A Multiverse Tale: Hope in Another World!

Chapter 11: Chapter 11 - A Classic Naruto Scene!

Takuma Kirie had originally planned to keep things low-key.

But the problem was, the perfectly synced Sage Body and transplanted Two-Tomoe Sharingan were just too damn good.

With both bloodline limits harmonized, the potent Yang Release and Yin Release pumped his life energy and spiritual energy to absurd levels. Chakra—a fusion of physical and mental energy—usually forced others to rest after refining for a while, lest their bodies and minds buckle. But for Kirie, it was like tapping into a gushing underground spring. Two months of training, especially the brutal sessions with Might Duy, had pushed his chakra reserves to a typical chunin's level.

Already set on making a splash and schooling the academy kids, Kirie got carried away. In a spur-of-the-moment flex, he burned through every drop of chakra, unleashing a downsized Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees.

Sure, it paled next to the original, but it still sprouted a forest the size of a football field—enough to leave those bratty kids dumbfounded.

The scene had been downright terrifying. In reality, though…

If someone like Might Guy—fearless to a fault—had rushed him right then, Kirie would've been stuck slugging it out with taijutsu and Rasengan.

Too bad the academy punks were green. The sight of his Two-Tomoe Sharingan and the legendary Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees crushed their spirits, snuffed out their fight, and let Kirie pull off a massive stunt.

Now, Konoha—hell, the whole ninja world—was probably losing its mind.

Not that Kirie cared much. With True Soul Reincarnation, his time here was almost up anyway. When the clock ran out, he'd just spin the Multiverse Roulette and bounce.

"I'm actually pretty scared of dying," he admitted, locking eyes with Orochimaru fearlessly, his gaze unnervingly calm. "But I can promise you, Sensei, no one in the ninja world will find me for the next few years."

"I can't explain why—not to you. Everyone's got their secrets, right? Trust that your student's smart, and trust your own judgment."

Blood-red tomoe clashed with cold snake pupils for a tense beat. Finally, Orochimaru looked away.

"Have Anko come help me log experiments for a few days. Stay home yourself. If there's nothing else, you're free to go, Kirie-kun."

"No problem. But before I dip, I've got a killer no-seal ninjutsu I'd love your take on, Sensei."

A pale blue Rasengan spun up in Kirie's hand. He pitched it like a pro, breaking down its training process and principles with flair.

Orochimaru listened in silence, then eyed the boy with an unreadable expression.

"Kirie-kun, inventing this makes you a genius. What do you want from me?"

"Ryuchi Cave Sage Arts."

Kirie didn't hesitate, naming the prize he'd coveted for ages.

"I'm betting you've met the White Snake Sage, Sensei. With your personality, no way you didn't snag the Ryuchi Cave training method."

"Sage Mode's a brutal grind," Orochimaru warned. "It demands massive chakra reserves—low chakra users get devoured by natural energy. Even with huge reserves, the risk's still there. Get overwhelmed, and you're done."

"Kirie-kun, this isn't for you yet. Like Mt. Myoboku's toad oil for sensing natural energy, Ryuchi Cave needs the White Snake Sage's 'oil' to kickstart it."

"No worries, I'm just studying it," Kirie insisted, unwavering.

Seeing his resolve, Orochimaru didn't push back. He handed over the Ryuchi Cave Sage Arts training method.

Bingo—Rasengan, the transmigrator freebie, had netted him another sage art, basically for nothing.

"Then I'll head out."

Kirie memorized the method and turned to leave.

"Oh, and if Dan—cough—if Shimura Danzo comes sniffing around, feel free to squeeze him for a fat payoff. Tell him you'll hand me over."

Orochimaru stared at Kirie's retreating figure for a long moment before turning back to his work.

---

Kirie went on training with Might Duy like nothing happened.

Meanwhile, the Hokage's office was hosting an uninvited guest.

BANG!

The door slammed open, and Shimura Danzo stormed in.

"What time do you think it is, Hiruzen? You're still sipping tea?!"

Danzo's blood boiled at the sight of the Third's kindly old-man act. He slapped the solid wood table hard.

The noise drew ninja running, but one look at the masked Anbu at the door sent them scurrying back.

"That kid's potential is insane! For the village, he needs to join the Root—or he needs to die!"

"He's the last Senju bloodline heir with Wood Release and Uchiha blood. Neither Tsunade's Senju remnants nor the Uchiha clan will let him go. Pushing this will only rile up the Uchiha, Danzo," Sarutobi Hiruzen replied, calm as ever.

With Nawaki's death, the Senju line had nearly withered. A Wood Release prodigy popping up was a miracle—if anything happened to him, Tsunade would storm back and raise hell.

And the Senju hadn't died out—they'd just shed their name for the village's sake.

The Uchiha? They were already on edge with Konoha. If Kirie, a Two-Tomoe Sharingan genius, got nabbed, those latent lunatics might snap.

"This needs discussion with the Uchiha, Tsunade's Senju faction, and his teacher, Orochimaru."

"Discussion?" Danzo sneered.

"We should grab him now! Ninja exist to sacrifice. For the village, an unstable bomb like Takuma Kirie belongs under Root control! What's his freedom—or his life—compared to that?!"

BANG!

Sarutobi Hiruzen slammed his teacup down, his cloudy eyes flashing with steel.

"I said it's a three-way talk for the village's sake!"

"No! If the Uchiha get him, Konoha's done for—ruined forever. I'm the village's root—it's my duty to nip this in the bud!"

"Enough, Danzo. I'm the Hokage." Sarutobi shot to his feet, pounding the table with a roar.

"You'll regret this, Hiruzen!"

Danzo grit his teeth, slammed the table, and stormed out.

He cursed his past cowardice—if he'd seized it back then, the Hokage seat would've been his. That venom gnawed at him like a snake, eroding his reason. Turning on his heel, he headed straight for Orochimaru.

The Uchiha and Tsunade were dead ends. Orochimaru, Kirie's master, was the weak link.

Threaten him with those old human experiments, and he'd cave. Then…

Danzo's eyes glinted with ruthlessness.

"Submit—or everyone gets a corpse!"
