abyss of secrets

Katherine walked out of her bathroom in a daze.

"I need to get Kendra back."

She has been thinking about Kendra lately.

Katherine said as she sat on the bed naked.

"Sigh. But my instincts tells me she gonna be okay" Katherine stood up and went to her dressing table, opened the drawer and picked up the hair dryer.

"But how can she be safe with that lunatic"

Katherine picked up her phone and those pictures flashed in her eyes making her eyes and being turn cold.

She dropped the hair dryer and walked to her closet, picked up a red jeans, res shirt and a red windbreaker

"Kal, put the house on defense mode and protect Ken"

Katherine shouted as she left her bedroom.

she opened up the app called "Lunatic Fergus" and a GPS map popped up showing the location of Sean. When Katherine saw the location was the hospital, she felt like crying.

"What did that bastard do to Kendra?" Was the first thought that came to her mind; She started to imagine all

the possibilities of what Sean could have done to Kendra and she remembered those pictures again. Tears flowed down her face even harder.

" I swear with my life, I will make that bastard pay for harming Kendra"

Katherine continued to cry and get legs wobbled but she didn't fall.

"No, I'm not going to be weak. I have to bring you back, back home"

Katherine said after sometime and wiped her tears, her eyes filled with determination and many other

emotions.

She checked Sean's location and saw he was still in the hospital.

MSK HOSPITAL.

Katherine parked her sports car in a distance from the hospital.

She put on a panicked expression which was really natural as that was was she felt, in hurried steps, she walked to the receptionist.

"Hello, ma'am, I'm looking for a patient- Kendra, she was admitted to the hospital.

"Give me a minute" Responded the Receptionist as she browsed through her computer.

"Yeah, she's in room No 108. Seventh floor, left turn"

"Thank you"

Katherine quickly ran up the stairs. She didn't bother putting on a a mask as it would attract more attention.

Katherine finally got to the room and she saw Kendra lying down on the bed in a hospital gown with two drips attached to her body

Her fingers trembled and her eyes turned Misty. She quickly blinked back the tears but they still fell.

She wanted to quickly carry Kendra, hug her and plaster kisses all over her face but she couldn't do that.

Katherine eyes roamed round the room marking some things.

Immediately she ran downstairs and went to her car and parked it at the back of the hospital and started climbing the building. The seven storey building looked magnificent and high but for Katherine, it was nothing.

After ten minutes of climbing, she got to the window and kicked it open but to her surprise, Kendra was gone including the two IV drips but the yellow teddy bear was still there indicating, she was not in the wrong room.
