Ace Of Terrans

Chapter 994: Hunt.

Shi Lang spent a few days teaching Xiao Meng about sword and her cultivation also improved quickly now that her bloodline fused completely. Her body had shown some signs of changes, such as the color of her hair now had a blue sheen to it and on the corner of her eyes was a star like mark that was a trait of the mist peacock’s real form.

After two weeks, Shi Lang said, "Xiao Meng, let’s go. It is time to leave this peak."

Xiao Meng asked, "Where are we going master?"

Shi Lang replied with a smile, "To hunt a donkey."

The young girl didn’t understand this, but she nodded and then followed Shi Lang down the mountain. They flew and they walked, they rested when she was tired, but Shi Lang always told her to practice hard.

While Shi Lang was moving according to his instinct, Xiao Meng was enjoying this out worldly feel. The Terran did not mind, after all it was not hard to handle the donkeys.

He was getting closer to a city when he suddenly stopped in his steps and said, "Oh, I did not expect you all to gather up for me. What a surprise."

Seven men appeared around him, and Xiao Meng was surprised. She did not expect such a thing, and worriedly she got close to Shi Lang. The Terran looked at all the people and with a smile he said, "Well, you all will not harm a child now, would you?"

Xiao Meng was being put through a pressure of seven Dao Kings. Shi Lang saw that the monks did not reply him and even gathered their spiritual energies to attack him and he frowned as his gaze turned cold.

He said, "Xiao Meng, stay close to Master, okay?"

His tone was soft, and Xiao Meng nodded in agreement. Shi Lang said, "I did not wish to kill you all, after all, you have been manipulated into this situation, but since your Monk Supreme does not even have compassion for a child, you all can die as well."

He held the hilt of his sword and said, "Shura Slashing All Directions!"

One slash created seven slashes and all the monks released their attacks at the same time. The Terran did not hold back while attacking them. The attacks collided but the Buddhist attacks were all scattered, and the sword energy targeted the monks.

The monks were shocked and they wanted to resist but they were all evaporated by Shi Lang. Even their immortal souls were erased as well. Shi Lang did not say anything, but Xiao Meng was shocked. She asked, "Master, what was that skill?"

Shi Lang smiled and said, "Child that skill is a sword art that can only be practiced when you have pursued the way of slaughter. It is not suitable for you yet, probably in the future, I will teach you."

Xiao Meng nodded and then the two people moved. Shi Lang still had to go to the city because he was sure that a Dao Emperor level person was inside the city. He did not care about the ravines he left on the ground.

The young girl held his hand tightly as he led her to the city. Inside the city he found the people looking at him with menacing eyes. However, he let go of his supreme aura and they did not dare to come at him.

Soon, Shi Lang reached a Stupa, where an old monk was sitting on the ground chanting a sutra. Although it was not loud, the sutra still had the power to influence the thousands of people living in the city.

Shi Lang looked at the old monk and asked, "Old master, how long do you intend to pretend?"

The old man opened his eyes and said, "Demon, you will bear the price of your sins."

Shi Lang smiled and said, "I like your humor, Old Donkey. Well, you can go on your way like your little cronies."

The old man was about to attack when Shi Lang’s eyes flashed with red. The monk was frozen in his place, and then Raksha appeared behind the old man. She waved her hand and the old man was disintegrated into fine ash.

Xiao Meng was surprised and asked, "Sister Raksha, how did you do that?"

Raksha smiled brightly and came over to the young girl and said, "This is big sister’s secret technique. Don’t tell others, I will teach you when your sword develops a sword spirit."

Xiao Meng smiled brightly, this little girl was pure hearted, but when she held a sword, she be changing colors faster than a modern LED.

Shi Lang shook his head and said, "Grandaunt, how dare you make her call you big sister? Have you forgotten how pre-human you are?"

Raksha locked her eyes with him and said, "This is why good spirits rebel and kill their old ass wrinkly masters, kid."

Shi Lang smiled and said, "My ass has no wrinkles, and you calling me kid automatically makes you old."

Raksha wanted to come back when Shi Lang said, "Work on your game, I like it when you try to one up me." Discover stories with NovelBin.Côm

Then he turned around and walked out of the city. The soul of the old monk has been captured by Shi Lang using the Shura domain. He was questioning the soul for the details of where the Spirit Avatar of the Monk Supreme was located.

The Terran did this because he did not want Monk Supreme to know he could do this. The spirit imprint on the souls of the people could transmit the data to the other side and Shi Lang did not want his enemy to know about his cards.

After two days of waiting, the city folks woke up and Shi Lang found out about a hideout where about seventy monks were gathered. This hideout was a rotation center where monks would go to receive care from the Monk Supreme and feed on his wisdom after traveling through the southern continent.

Shi Lang found it very funny and laughed about it. He even wrote back to Shi Tao about it and they both laughed. (They have grown to be dark hearted, what can I say.)

Shi Lang stood on top of a mountain, then he jumped down to come to a ridge where he carved a cave. Xiao Meng was told to stay inside and practice till he comes back. She had the communicator, and could talk to the rest of the people if she wanted to or she could watch him confront the monks via nano drones.

She did not want to stay on the sidelines, but Shi Lang told her that he would have a hard time fighting if she was beside him as he would have to protect her as well. Xiao Meng was pure but also wise, so she agreed. In her mind, Shi Lang was an almighty person, who made her grandma freeze and apologize. He brought her away from the clan and taught her many things. He was her hero, like all the other disciples.

Shi Lang travelled for a day and he came to the location of the hideout. The entire valley was covered in defence formations and isolation barriers. Not one or two, but a dozen of each stacked up together. Even a Dao Sovereign might have trouble breaking through these and the worst part was that they were all shifting and morphing every few minutes.

Shi Lang sighed and said, "These motherfuckers can’t just do things easy can they?"

Raksha appeared beside him and said, "I think it is going to be tougher when we go to the northern continent. Like looking at them, they are beginning to learn that you are after them. I thought donkeys were dumb."

Shi Lang looked at her and said, "I am not in the mood right now, go away."

He was annoyed that he had to work hard this time. He stood before the formations counting and calculating the changes. Thankfully, after two days only, he found out that these people really did not spend too much effort and limited the combination and permutation of the nodes to a limited number, otherwise, it would be a deadly wait.

After he figured out the formation mechanism, he walked through the moving array using the fraction of second that the nodes had before they reconnected. Shi Lang had mastered the speed of the lightning when he went to the forbidden valley as his sect joining mission.

This was a child’s play to him. What he did not know was that Xiao Meng was watching all this and her mind was entering a state of enlightenment.

After five minutes, Shi Lang stood inside the hideout, which was actually a huge monastery, built in the valley, and he took out his sword right away.

His hair turned red and his aura changed to that of a sinister killer. He walked forward slowly and asked, "Monk Supreme, please come out."

He did this to hide his aura from the other people. He did not want to be recognized by the Monk Supreme and raise his guard. He just wanted his spirit avatar to die. The hunt for the donkeys had reached the climax for the first phase.
