Travis arrived at the flat, a modern-looking building with about eight floors. The exterior was sleek, with large glass windows reflecting the evening sky. A sign ran diagonally across the wall, its bold letters spelling out Nayeon Villa. He smirked as he pulled into the front parking lot, sliding into a space beside a pristine white G-Wagon. The vehicle gleamed under the streetlights, its polished surface suggesting an owner with both money and taste.

Leaning back in his seat, he pulled out his phone and navigated to the number listed on their website. His fingers hovered over the call button for a moment before he tapped it, bringing the phone to his ear.

'Pretty nice place, honestly,' he mused, glancing up at the building. 'I should aim for a room on the second-to-last floor, at least. Getting closer to them is the priority. It's a shame I can't live with them directly—it'd make my job way easier. But I guess I'll work with what I have. Besides, having a place all to myself isn't bad either.'

As the call rang, his thoughts drifted to the heroines. There weren't many, roughly the same number as Not Safe For Work, but unlike a simple game or story, this was real. He'd actually have to put in the effort to win them over. No shortcuts, no guaranteed paths—just persistence, charm, and strategy. Some would be easier to approach, others... not so much.

The ringing stopped. A soft click sounded on the other end, followed by a voice—light, melodic, and effortlessly captivating.

"Hello?"

Travis felt a small smirk tug at his lips. That voice belonged to none other than Yeon-Ah.

Travis straightened up slightly, keeping his tone casual as he replied,

"Hey, I was wondering if you have any available rooms. Preferably on one of the higher floors."

There was a brief pause before Yeon-Ah responded, her voice carrying a polite warmth.

"Oh! Yes, we do have an available unit. It's a three-room flat, quarter furnished—meaning there's a stove, cabinets, and a few essentials. Is that alright?"

"Yes, that would be great," Travis answered without hesitation. "Preferably on the second-to-last floor if there's availability."

Yeon-Ah hummed thoughtfully on the other end. "Let me check..." The faint sound of typing filled the silence, and Travis found himself picturing her—brown hair tucked behind her ear, eyes focused on the screen as she scrolled through the listings.

After a few seconds, she spoke again. "You're in luck! We have one on the seventh floor. It's spacious, has a nice balcony, and a great view of the city. Would you like to come in for a tour?"

Travis smirked. Perfect.

"Yeah, I'll be right in," he said, already reaching for his car door handle.

"Great! Just head inside when you get here. I'll be there to assist you," Yeon-Ah replied cheerfully, completely unaware that he was already outside.

Travis didn't bother answering, hanging up as he walked into the building. The lobby was modern but cozy, with warm lighting and a sleek front desk. He barely had time to glance around before the elevator doors slid open.

The moment Yeon-Ah stepped out, his world froze.

She was breathtaking.

Her brown hair was tied neatly in a ponytail, strands framing her delicate face. She wore a fitted brown dress that clung to her curves in the most flattering way, accentuating her hourglass figure. Her chest was full, her waist narrow, and her hips swayed subtly as she walked. But beyond that, her face was mesmerizing—soft features, bright eyes, and lips that curved into a gentle smile.

Travis took his time drinking in every detail.

'I'm already in love, honestly,' he thought, smirking to himself.

Yeon-Ah blinked in surprise when she spotted him. She had assumed he was still on his way, not already waiting inside. But she quickly brushed it off and approached him with a warm smile.

"Hi, my name is Yeon-Ah. May I know your name?" she asked, her voice as sweet as it had sounded over the phone.

"Travis," he answered smoothly. "Nice to meet you. I knew from your voice that you'd be beautiful."

She giggled, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Oh, thank you! You're quite handsome yourself." Her eyes lingered on him for a second longer before she added, "It looks like we'll be good neighbors."

Travis raised a brow. "Oh, so you live here too? That's pretty smart."

She nodded. "Yes, I do. It's convenient, and I love the area. Now, shall we?" She turned, leading the way toward the elevator.

Travis' gaze naturally dropped, watching the sway of her hips as she walked. The dress hugged her figure in a way that made it hard to look away.

He smirked, following her inside.

'I'm going to have fun here.'

The elevator ride was quiet at first, the soft hum of the machinery filling the space between them. Travis leaned against the wall, hands in his pockets, stealing glances at Yeon-Ah. She stood with perfect posture, her eyes focused on the panel as she pressed the button for the seventh floor.

"So," she said, breaking the silence. "What made you choose this place?"

Travis smirked slightly. "The view, mostly. And the location seems nice. Plus, now that I know you live here, I think I made the right choice."

Yeon-Ah laughed, shaking her head. "You're quite the charmer, aren't you?"

"Only when I see something worth charming," he replied smoothly, his eyes lingering on hers.

Her lips twitched into a knowing smile, but before she could respond, the elevator chimed and the doors slid open.

"Well then, let's see if the apartment is as charming as you," she teased, stepping out.

Travis followed, his eyes naturally trailing down again as she walked ahead. The hallway was clean and modern, the soft lighting giving it an upscale feel. Yeon-Ah stopped in front of a door near the end of the hall, pulling out a key card from her pocket.

"Here we are," she said, unlocking the door and pushing it open. "Come in."

Travis stepped inside, scanning the place with interest. The apartment was spacious, just as she had said. The living room had large windows that stretched from floor to ceiling, offering a stunning view of the city skyline. The kitchen was sleek and modern, with dark countertops and stainless steel appliances.

"The balcony is one of the best features," Yeon-Ah said, walking over to the sliding glass door and opening it. "On clear nights, you can see the city lights stretching for miles."

Travis joined her, stepping outside. The air was crisp, and the view was just as stunning as she had promised.

"Not bad," he admitted. "I could get used to this."

She turned to face him, her expression warm. "I'm glad you like it. So, do you think this place suits you?"

Travis glanced from her to the apartment and back again. "Yeah," he said with a slow smirk. "I think it's perfect."

Yeon-Ah chuckled. "Good. Then let's go over the paperwork inside."

She turned to head back in, but Travis took his time following, his gaze dipping down once more as he walked behind her.

'Yeah… I'm definitely going to enjoy living here.'
