Item: Doghead Gold
Category: Item
Rarity: Rare
Description: A token of the Doghead Tribe, used in weapon and armor forging. There is a 100% chance of forging a Bronze item, a 50% chance of forging a Silver item, a 30% chance of forging a Gold item, a 10% chance of forging a Diamond item, and a 1% chance of forging an Epic item.
Additionally, forged weapons and armor have a certain chance of gaining traits that either suppress or enslave Doghead creatures. It can also be used as a material for upgrading equipment.
The lengthy description of Doghead Gold seemed like filler to Su Mu, but what caught his attention was the last line about being usable as an upgrade material. As mentioned before, Su Mu's class equipment was upgradeable, and upon meeting certain conditions, it could be evolved. Doghead Gold appeared frequently on the list of materials for equipment progression.
In Su Mu's past life, this item soared in price, and the Doghead Tribe's beginner dungeon became famous for it.
This item would certainly be useful to Su Mu in the future, and possibly quite soon, which was why he valued it so highly.
After placing the Doghead Gold into his storage space, Su Mu felt very satisfied with his haul.
He glanced up, noticing the faint light beginning to brighten in the distance—dawn was approaching.
With the Doghead Tribe camp dealt with, Su Mu didn't want to waste any more time. Next up, he planned to head straight for the Jackalman BOSS, complete his mission, and claim his SSS-rank class, which would set him on the path to the peak of his life.
The thought of the bright future ahead made Su Mu, despite the long night of fighting, feel wide awake, eager to go immediately.
However, there was still one more important matter to address. Su Mu's level had risen to Level 7, surpassing Level 5.
As a general rule, every time he exceeded a multiple of five levels, like from 5 to 10, he would be able to summon a powerful monster.
Su Mu focused his gaze on the Necromantic Staff in his hand and suddenly thrust it into the ground.
A black vortex silently appeared, and a hexagram array bloomed within it, followed by a burst of intense fire shooting into the sky.
Roar! A mighty roar filled the air, followed by a scorching and brutal aura that swept over the area as an enormous creature leaped out of the vortex.
Standing five meters tall, the creature had three giant heads, thick legs like elephant hooves, and fur as dark as ink. Its body was engulfed in black flames, with the fire running across its steel-like fur, burning fiercely.
The three massive canine heads exposed sharp fangs, with drool dripping from their mouths, ready to devour anyone in sight. Its black pupils held an undeniable bloodlust, and the creature was an image of pure terror.
Upon its appearance, its enormous body crushed several large trees, and the flames on its body spread, incinerating everything in a 100-meter radius, including several Blighted Spiders and a Unicorn Demon Leopard that failed to escape the inferno.
Su Mu's brows furrowed deeply as he looked at the rampaging Hellhound Trio, a glint of anger flashing in his eyes.
"Stop it!" Su Mu stepped forward and shouted.
Roar—
The Hellhound Trio suddenly turned, howling at Su Mu. The three canine heads, six eyes, locked onto him, emitting threatening growls.
"Looking for a fight?" Su Mu's eyes gleamed coldly. He leapt into the air and threw a punch directly at the center head.
Seeing Su Mu charge, the Hellhound Trio let out an angry roar, swinging its head in an attempt to retaliate.
However, Su Mu snorted and, with a thought, the Hellhound Trio let out a high-pitched wail of pain, its body collapsing in agony.
Seizing the opportunity, Su Mu landed a powerful punch to the creature's head, the impact so strong it tore through its skin, leaving a bloody mark. The Hellhound Trio let out a howl of anguish.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Su Mu unleashed punch after punch, venting his frustration. The Hellhound Trio was powerless to resist, and its flames did not affect Su Mu in the slightest. It could only lie on the ground, screaming in misery.
"Damn it, you beast, you're asking for a beating!"
"You lousy mutt! I didn't even lift a finger when killing the Doghead Tribe, but now I'm fighting my own summoned creature. What a hassle."
Su Mu grumbled, standing on one of the creature's heads and stomping viciously on another of its canine heads.
Creatures from the Abyss, like this Hellhound Trio, were typically bloodthirsty and uncontrollable. They needed to be beaten into submission before they would obey.
Of course, they could never bite the hand that summoned them. Even Abyssal creatures of level 100 could never harm Su Mu. No matter what level Su Mu was, if he had summoned the creature, it could never hurt him.
In fact, all Su Mu had to do was focus his will, and he could make them wish for death.
After giving the Hellhound Trio a thorough beating, it finally lay down obediently.

Description: I'm just a weak, poor, and helpless little puppy. What did I do wrong? (╥╯﹏╰╥)ง
Despite both being level 10 monsters, the Hellhound Trio was significantly stronger than the Doghead Tribe Leader. This was still just the juvenile form, though. A fully-grown Hellhound Trio would likely be around level 50, and extremely fierce.
With the addition of the Hellhound Trio to his forces, Su Mu was much more at ease, knowing he wouldn't have to put in much effort to defeat the remaining Jackalman BOSS.
"Stop playing dead, get up!" Su Mu kicked the Hellhound Trio, scolding it.
The Hellhound Trio whimpered like a puppy and obediently stood up, waiting for Su Mu's next command.
Su Mu checked his map, pointed in a direction, and the Hellhound Trio obediently began running that way.
Other creatures like the Blighted Spiders and Unicorn Demon Leopards followed at a distance, trailing behind.
A horde of monsters, under Su Mu's command, marched out of the dense forest.
Far in the distance, the sky began to brighten with a faint white glow. The booming sound of distant footsteps grew louder.
Soon, an enormous beast crashed through the trees, its massive form revealing three heads, all covered in flames.
The terrifying aura it exuded made it feel like something straight out of hell, sending shivers down one's spine.
Yet, atop this fearsome beast stood a young boy, his clean face exuding a calm and cultured aura, starkly contrasting with the savage creature beneath him.
"Finally, it's out!" The boy muttered with a tone full of bravado, breaking the scholarly air about him.
One couldn't help but sigh, What a handsome guy, but why does he have to talk like that?
