Level 3 -> 31 to 60 percent. Enter Body Modification. Parasite gradually transforms your body for complete submission. Reports average an increase of 150% on physical and mental strengths.

Level 4 -> 61 to 90 percent. Enter Degradation or Perpetual State of Conquest. Only one subject has reached thus far and two minds are currently fighting for control over the body.
