Chapter 370: Loreia Didn’t Knock
Loreia charged through the hallway Liline had constructed.
No hesitation. No delay.
She reached the doors to Lucius' private chamber and pushed them open without knocking.
Inside, the room was dim and quiet.
Lucius was sleeping in the center bed.
His chest rising and falling in deep, undisturbed rest.
Loreia narrowed her eyes.
"Unbelievable," she muttered.
"Sleeping like a prince while I handle everything."
She stepped closer, eyes flicking over his perfectly relaxed face.
"Damn you."
"You really know how to look peaceful, huh?"
Behind her, Liline appeared, hands folded, expression tight.
"Lady Loreia—please."
Loreia raised a hand without turning.
"Don't intervene."
Liline stopped immediately, lips pressed into a silent line.
Loreia reached the side of the bed. Her voice dropped.
"Little brother… It's been a while since I gave you some love."
She smiled darkly.
"So let me remind you what that feels like."
Without hesitation. Without mercy.
She pulled her arm back and punched Lucius in the head.
Full force. Right between the eyes.
"WAKE UP!"
Lucius jolted violently, the entire bed frame shuddering.
His hand shot up, gripping his temple.
"Who the hell—"
His vision cleared.
He saw her.
Loreia.
Standing over him, arms crossed.
With an all-too-familiar scowl carved into her face.
Lucius froze.
"…Ah."
His mouth twitched into a guilty half-smile.
"Big sis."
Loreia raised an eyebrow.
"Had a good sleep?"
Lucius chuckled weakly, rubbing his head.
"Hehehe… define good."
Loreia cracked her knuckles.
"Define unconscious while I run your castle solo."
"With your strategist paralyzed, your knight vanished, and your clients multiplying by the hour."
Lucius groaned. "You're mad."
Loreia stepped forward again.
Lucius raised a hand quickly.
"Okay, okay! I'm up! Fully recovered!"
Liline remained quiet in the doorway, watching them with a faint sigh of relief.
Loreia leaned in one last time.
"Next time you break a woman so hard she can't walk..."
"At least leave a schedule for your backup staff."
Lucius muttered under his breath.
"Technically… that's a compliment."
Loreia's hand raised again.
Lucius scrambled out of bed.
"I'm up!"
---
Lucius walked quietly behind Loreia as they entered the hidden overlook chamber.
A private observatory built above Luxoria Castle's heart.
Loreia didn't say a word as she sat down on the sofa.
Her arms crossed, her face still radiating irritation.
Lucius stood at the side, frowning.
He quickly opened his system screen with a flick of his fingers.
"Alright. System—hack me, Luna, and Loreia. Full restoration."

---
Lucius inhaled sharply as warmth rushed through his limbs.
He stretched one shoulder and rotated his neck.
"Perfect. That hit the spot."
His mind was sharp again.
No fatigue. No pain. Fully Restored.
Loreia exhaled quietly from the side.
"Good job, little brother. Took you long enough."
She leaned back slightly.
"So you didn't need to sleep after all, huh?"
Lucius chuckled nervously.
"Hehe… yeah, big sis. Just... power nap, you know?"
Loreia gave him a side-eye glare that shut him up immediately.
Lucius cleared his throat and called Liline out.
Liline soon appeared from the wall, bowing down.
"Yes, Master Lucius?"
"Luna should be fully restored now."
"Bring her here."
Liline smiled faintly.
"Of course. She'll be here shortly."
She turned, but not before sneaking a small, amused glance toward Loreia.
Lucius saw it and frowned.
"Don't enjoy this too much, Liline."
Liline didn't stop walking.
"I'm simply relieved your skull is still intact."
Loreia snorted. "Barely."
Lucius sighed, rubbing his temple.
"Today's gonna be long…"
---
Luna suddenly woke up from her sleep.
She stretched slowly—then froze.
"...Damn."
She sat up, blinking.
"I feel amazing. Like… too amazing."
Her hands ran along her own skin, testing her limbs.
"Is my recovery always this fast? Especially after a night like that?"
Before she could sit up fully, Liline stepped out from the wall.
Luna flinched.
"The hell—when did you get in here?"
Liline clasped her hands gently.
"Apologies, Lady Luna. I didn't mean to startle you."
She gave a small tilt of her head.
"I came to inform you that you're fully restored."
Luna narrowed her eyes.
"Let me guess. Lucius used his hacking system."
Liline smiled.
"Correct. A full-body, mind, and spirit restoration. He included you."
Luna nodded slowly, sliding off the bed.
"Hmph. That sounds like him."
"Break me, then fix me like polishing a blade."
Liline stepped aside to give her room. "He's asked for you."
Luna raised a brow. "What, already?"
But then she paused, squinting.
"Wait… Your tone just shifted."
"You said he's calling me like it's nothing"
"But now you look like you're hiding something."
Liline's lips twitched slightly.
"He is… currently in a dangerous situation."
Luna immediately frowned.
"What kind of danger? Why are you smiling?"
Liline didn't hide the grin this time.
"Not that kind of danger."
She turned, gesturing toward the hallway, she just made.
"Come. I'll explain as we walk."
---
As the two women made their way through the corridors of Luxoria Castle...
Liline kept her voice calm and elegant as always.
But the story she told was anything but.
From the furious Loreia charging into Lucius' room.
To the full-force punch between the eyes.
To Lucius, scrambling like a child caught with stolen sweets.
Luna listened silently at first…
And then she cracked.
"Pfft—wait, wait—she punched him?"
Liline nodded. "With a smile."
"In the face?"
"Yes."
Luna doubled over, laughing hard.
"He's lucky he survived!"
Liline gave a small, satisfied nod.
"Yes. Master will think twice before oversleeping again…"
She paused, a faint smile tugging at her lips.
"...or trying to be arrogant in bed."
Luna leaned against the hallway wall, still snickering.
"Oh no. Don't tell me he boasted before passing out?"
Liline tilted her head ever so slightly.
"He might have said something about 'outlasting the divine moon's grace.'"
Luna's eyes widened, then she burst into laughter again.
"He said that? To me?!"
She wiped a tear from her eye, catching her breath.
"Yeah, okay. He deserved that punch."
Liline gently opened the final door leading to the hidden room.
"They're waiting for you now."
Luna straightened her coat, composed herself, and smirked.
"Time to greet my master…"
