In a small village nestled in the heart of the forest, an old woman named Hye-ja lived a simple life with her 5-year-old grandson, Ju-Hoon. Hye-ja's life had been marked by tragedy, having lost her daughter-in-law due to a brutal attack on her way back from the city.
