Borderlands Multiverse of Madness

i wnat to ask a serious question to all of you.

id appreciate as many comments and reviews if possible regarding what i want to ask you.

when i was going over all my chapters regarding both my Borderlands fics, i had a bit of a inner debate about the story.

i have seen that many of you did not like him being so OP right away. when i reviewed it myself and looked at the future of where the story will go with all my planned notes.

i saw that this wouldnt be very interesting after a certain point since he has all these powers. i did plan to make him be forced to sacrifice some of his powers so it becomes more balenced, but then i also foresaw the problems with it.

when going over my new Borderlands fic, i saw that it was an okay story but could be so much better.

reason for why it can be better is because the new fanfic is apart of the original concept i had along time ago, even before i started writing.

when i began writing Borderlands: Multiverse of Madness, i had actually used around 35 - 45% of the original concept.

i then began writing Borderlands: Siren in the Multiverse which is the original concept. i thought about it and asked myself:

why give all of you two 5/10 rating stories where the ideas are 50/50% split between the two stories?

why not just do a 8/10 story with 100/100% of the original concept in one?

that is what i want to ask you.

do you want me to continue this version of Borderlands fanfic where its kinda trash and OP and will potentially get boring and ruin such good ideas, like The Seer taking control of John/Handsome Jack...

or do everything i have done in this fanfic and transfer it over to my new one in an appropriate way?

what i had planned for this fanfic, was to have him clear out the Caustic Caveerns

Terraform the Caustic Caverns into a base.

reinforce the ceiling so Helios moonshots when ANgel decactivates shield dont break the ceiling of the Caverns.

go to Isolus and wreek havoc while he takes the key fragment from MAliwan and Atlas.

go and open Promethian Vault of The Rampager.

some other stuff.

conqours and dominates an army of Bandits and brainwash mind control them with miniture Rings of Power like Sauran did to the 9 Nazgul

time skip

talk and stuff with Angel

becomes a teacher on Eden 5 when he returns there so he can watch over Gaige and slowly convince her to join his side since she is super smart and a badass

time skip to Borderlands 1

the rest i wont say in case you do want me to continue this fic, but this all seems like wasted potential due to how strong he is.

in my new fic it is much more balenced and everything that ha happened so far will happen in my new fic, Old Man Kwang, Alithia, encounter with Maya will be better, Isolus stuff i mentioned, Something special he will do with Jess (Athena's sister which Atlas tricked her into killing which is reason why she went rogue and hates Atlas), The Seer, Angel Romance will be far better since i have read a romance novel recently to get ideas. his Destiny Weapons will still be there, Nazgul powers will be aquired when he goes to LOTR universe, none of the weird romance with Elika and Mikasa, he will still get Mikasa when he visits AOT Universe but she will be his daughter (or sister if you guys want it) in my new fic, all the Multiverse options/the ones i had planned originally will be carried over.

essentially i will be merging the ideas and alot of stuff from this fanfic over and into my "Borderlands: Siren in the Multiverse" fanfic. Tet's Champion will change to a more interesting Champion (of other Gods, not Tet) which MC will have to face and an entire story for it.

the plot will be revealed after the events of Borderlands 1 is finished. Tet will inform him of something important and that MC (Raime Hawke is name) will have to obtain certain things and strengthen himself in certain ways to survive the "Test of the Gods" which had been decided.

originally in this fic i was going to have it where there are sime original things and he goes through the normal game events as usual of B1 and B2 but with various alterations.

but in my new fic i decided to go completely orignal and derail the story at the end of B1. small tearser spoiler.

u remember "now is not the time for bickering Vault Hunters. War is Comming, And you will need all the Vault Hunters you can get" that the Watcher says to Lilith and everyone.

yep.

im gonna do a full scale war in my new fic.

new fic will go through all the DLCs as well of the various games.

i have the notes written down, and i must say when i looked over it, it was better in general.

but i want you thoughts on this and i would appreciate as many replies as possible to know how you feel about this.

if you do choose my new fic over this one. then instead of the 1-2 chapters each week for this fic. my new fic will get 6-8 chapters each week.

know that if there are not as many replies from all of you.

there is a 87% chance of me dropping this fic and copy and pasting the contents of this fic to my new one.

so what do you guys think. i will check daily here to see what you all want. until one week passes, i will post more chapters on "Borderlands: Siren in the Multiverse"
