Chapter 5: Belobog III: Godfather
One week....ONE Goddamn week have passed and we haven't done anything at all, like no progress, since the "team building" exercise back fired on us and those two wanted to spend more time together and were too busy going on dates. The first day I didn't mind since March and I both used it as an excuse to have fun together. But on the second and third day those to still wanted to "hangout" and I was forced to help Hook with something. And the same thing happened on the fourth day but instead of helping Hook I ran errands for Raven. While the rest me and March explored the town and was essentially a date I'm like slowly losing my mind, we're going to be stuck here forever. Listening that goddamn couple do it every night, and every day Dan Heng looks at me and March and saying it's you guy's fault.
[Hey when are we going to meet the leader of wildfire!] I asked Seele while slowing getting more angry.
[Oh... he said that he was busy and was going to the mines and told us to not worry about it and have a break... come to think about it we haven't seen him for a few days. We should check up on him, just in case.] Seele replied back. As I got a bit or anger and gritted my teeth and said [Oh~ wow~ really~ you don't say~.]
All of us decided that we should check on the mines to see if the "leader" of Wildfire who Seele called Oleg on our way there, is alright and safe. And as we entered The Great Mine we see a group of badly injured miners.
[Huh? Isn't that the doctor lady?] March said out loud when she spotted Natasha
[What's Natasha doing here...? Things must be worse than I thought.] Seele commented about Natasha's sudden appearance at the mines
[Nat! I didn't think you'd be here. Where's Oleg?] She continued as we approach closer to her.
[Hey Seele, and... Sampo's guests. So, it looks like you've already met. I haven't seen Oleg. The miners said they saw him take a group further in, a few days ago but hasn't come out.] Natasha replied to Seele
[Are you here to help these injured people?] I asked her
[I heard that the miners had been having violent clashes with local thugs, with significant numbers of wounded. I hurried over to see if I could help. You see these people? They're all miners and their family members. They want an explanation from the instigators. This area up ahead is a vagrant dwelling, but they've sealed off the entrance. I guess they're afraid that angry miners might try to take revenge.] She explained to us as she looked concerned about the people
[If they are the miners and their family.... then who is she?] I asked her while pointing at a extremely suspicious person, who was in a pitch black rob with purple and white stars decorating her robe.
[she said that she knew you, Stelle and was waiting for you] Natasha answered, as the woman approached me
[Nice to meet you... captain of the Hyperion, STELLE, I am a nameless emanator of the finality, Terminus.] she said as my body subconsciously copied a fraction of her powers. And the power I took... it just seems like it just buffed my current power and it was nothing special... like at least give me the power to manipulate time...
[who are you? And how do you know me?] I asked her, and looking closer the emanator had pitch dark hair in a extremely long ponytail with black gloves on with a image of a purple eye in the center, plus she is the same height as me.
[lets, talk in another location, since we don't want others to hear our little talk] She said in a happy tone
[Uh... hey, Stelle will you be ok?] March asked as I gave her a thumbs up and told her not to worry about it. And as we walked to a secluded location, she told me that I can only ask 3 questions total.
I asked my first question [How do you know my name from my pervious life?]
[Trade secret~] she answered back, come to think of it me being here is extremely suspicious... originally I thought that this world and the world of HI3 is based off of the game but what if it's the other way around, the game being based off of these worlds. Was I peering into these real worlds? I can't ask her that since she will dodge that question, so I have to think of another one.
[Judging by your choice of colors, are you related to the Honkai?] I asked my second question
[Maybe~ or Maybe not~ it's a trade secret~] She answered back the same as she previously said.
Shit! She's dodging all my questions and that means I have to make my last one count. [since you know the future what will happen to me?]
[That's a boring one but fine~. You're going to die but get revied and get even stronger and might be an emanator~ but, who knows~ I might be lying~.] She said as the nameless girl disintegrated into nothing while laughing and saying [remember Origin is the End and Finality is the Beginning]. A quote from the Herrscher of Finality's trailer, which is making me suspicious. Is she a captain like me or is something different entirely, but one thing is certain and this the fact that she is a unreliable narrator, just like me and everyone else in this multiverse. Since we all have our won agendas, mine being living my life to the fullest and enjoying it as much as a I can.
As I went back to my teammates, they weren't there anymore except of Natasha.
[Hey Nat uhhh... where are they?] I asked her
[Seele suggested to continue without you and so they went into the mines to find Oleg] Natasha answered to by question
[Why do I have a bad feeling about this.... See-ya Nat going in] I said to her as I quickly rushed into the mines to find them, but the deeper I entered, the more enemies appeared and they seemed to be robots and they were extremely aggressive and attacked me on sight, which I retaliated and hit them with my bat and kept continuing forward, while trying to avoid fighting as much as possible. As I kept running trying to find them, I finally found them and they are in a fight with a giant robot, which looked pretty round and kept summoning minions and it seems like Seele and the rest of them are struggling. I started to pick up the pace and I enhanced my bat which became light blue and had tiny bits of electricity coming out of it and I threw my bat as hard as I can and it hit the giant round robot that they were fighting.
[It's Stelle, she's here!!] March excitedly said
[Yeah I saw, plus she completely obliterated the robot] Dan Heng replied back to her
[How strong is she...] Seele and Bronya asked them
[Pretty strong~ I do say for myself~] I replied back
[It's because she is a emanator] March excitedly said to the surprised Seele and Bronya when they heard that information
[March don't say anything unnecessary, and we need to hide the fact that she is one. Since most worlds don't let unknown emanators in.] Dan Heng told March and was scolding her
[No wonder why she is so strong when I fought her] Bronya commented
[anyways, how many of these big guys is Svarog hiding?] March asked Seele
[A lot... which is why Wildfire has never been able to take him down. Svarog's forces are too strong. We don't have enough firepower.] Seele replied back to her
[Who's Svarog?] I asked Seele
[A giant robot, that is the one that makes these robots. And he always talks a bunch of nonsense. And he is also pretty strong as well] Seele told me
[If he's so strong then why did he leave, instead of fighting you?] I asked her. Since if someone is that strong why would they want to leave thing to their subordinates.
[ Because that guy barely leaves his nest. It's rare to see him away from the Furnace Core. Even when he does appear, he doesn't stick around for long.] Seele answered back
[So, he just is lazy?] I commented to her answer
[Maybe, but it might also have been because Clara was here. A little girl in red. She's best pals with Svarog, always following behind him.] she told me, while saying a name of a person I've never met before
[A girl in red?] I asked
[ Clara? Oh you haven't met her yet. Don't worry about her. That girl is best pals with Svarog, she's always following behind him. He wouldn't harm her.] She told me as I took a while to prices most of the information that she has told me. A little girl in red with a robot protecting her..... let's see the only person in the hi3 x hsr event that was protected in Belobog is blue Seele and it was red Seele that protects her. But that doesn't make sense.... wait never mind the event was a joke event so I shouldn't think too hard about it.
[Oh yeah did you find your boss? Since I didn't bother searching for him or know what he looks like and also I mainly had to rush to you guys.] I asked Seele
[No need to look far. Nice work, Seele. We were attacked on both sides by robots — who knows where they came from. We thought we were in it for the long haul, hahaha!] Said the unknown man, who I assume should be the "leader" of the Wildfires
[Chief! Is everyone okay? Is anyone injured?] Seele concerningly asked him
[We're fine, we're used to it at this point. We sent those pesky robots and ragtag troops packing. The mine should be quiet for a while. And who are your friends here...] He answered back
[Ahh, them! They're outsiders that Sampo brought down from who knows where. They need a favor from Wildfire, so I brought them with me. It'll be faster if they explain.] She explained to the old man
[nice to meet you. We're here to make friends with Wildfire. Oh yeah, what's your name, I don't remember Seele telling us your name.] I told the old man
[Hah, it's been a while since I heard that anyone was pleased to meet anyone, haha. I won't forget you in a hurry. Wildfire welcomes you. My name is Oleg] Oleg said while extending his hand for a handshake, which I grabbed and shook.
[So, you went to all this trouble to find Wildfire. What help is it you need?] The old man asked us. In which Dan Heng calmly told Oleg and Seele, what happened and our mission of finding and taking the stellaron away from this planet.
[Ha! I didn't know you'd put on a show for the Overworld too. Impressive.] Seele responded to Dan Heng
[Well this is new. Wildfire can barely take care of the Underworld, and now outsiders are looking for assistance from us. This "Stellaron" you speak of , I've never heard of it. But if it's a secret that even we locals don't know about, then one name does come to mind...] Oleg told us with a concerned expression
[I knew it... it was Cocolia, can't she be a good person for once.] I exhaustedly said, when I realized the events that happened in my dream that I had a few days ago was very real.
[The current supreme guardian is a liar who uses sweet words to deceive the Underworld. She's never cared about our survival-] Oleg tried to explain to us before was cut of by Bronya
[Stop right there... I... won't allow you to insult the madam guardian. She... must have a good reason.] The conflicted Bronya told the "leader" of the Wildfire. Listening to her say that is annoying but I guess it's the step(?) in the right place since she is doubting her mother right now. But not good enough since she still believes in her and is finding excuses.
[Miss Overworld, my words may be painful to you, but every one of them is true. Go out into the towns and hear for yourself- see how the people here suffer. I haven't gotten close to voicing the extent of the Underworld's grievances, young lady. But I will respect your request. I will leave it at that, for now.] Oleg told Bronya, who is now beginning to doubt her mother even mother and is slowly but surely not trusting her. And the old man turned to us and continued [Let's get back to the main topic. The name that came to my mind, was Svarog.]
[Huh...!? Isn't Svarog Wildfire's sworn enemy?] March asked him, With Dan Heng adding on [Why would a mere robot in the Underworld have knowledge of important secrets?]
[Sworn enemy? Not how I see it. The young master here is closer. Svarog is a cold and unfeeling machine. He recognizes only the dead reasoning of his calculations. Svarog is not against Wildfire... or perhaps I should say: Wildfire isn't even of concern to him. That ancient robot witnessed the war... If you're looking to pick up a thread... he may well be your best source.] Oleg explained to us
[you mean the war with the Antimatter Legion? That means that he's super old...] I asked him
[Yeah, I remember hearing this world was invaded by the Legion hundreds of years ago.] March added on to my question
[Robots don't forget. If Svarog hasn't heard of your Stellaron, then I'm afraid perhaps no one has.] Oleg told us, while suggesting that we should go look for him.
[In which case, we need to think of a way to convince Svarog to communicate with us.] Dan Heng pondered to himself
[Or get him to hand over his memory bank. We could go through it ourselves.] March added on to Dan Heng
[ What should we do?] He asked Oleg
[We've tried repeatedly to negotiate with Svarog, but he rejects every effort. He believes that Wildfire is a threat. Still, if it were you guys... Hmm... It's difficult to say. Let's discuss this tomorrow.] The old man told March, Dan Heng, and I. Who were disgruntled.
[Again? We have been stuck on this planet for a week and counting] March said out loud. And the three of us including Seele and Bronya head to the hotel that we are staying, as we're heading to the hotel, I noticed that Dan Heng's face looking dreadful.
[what's wrong Dan Heng?] I asked him
[It's just that... I regret coming on this expedition with you guys...] said the tried Dan Heng. Now that I think about it, is Dan Heng like ace. Since he is always disinterested in romance and that kind of stuff... eh whatever. As I looked back, I see Seele and Bronya flirting with each other as if they forgot that the whole Svarog incident even happened.
[Hey, Seele where do you even live? Do you have a home, since you always sleep with Bronya in the hotel.] I asked her
[It's because I live in a tent in the vagrant camp...] Seele told me as the mood got awkward.
As we returned back to the hotel and me and March entered back to our room, I took our the remaining beer we have and asked March if she wants a drink but she told me no and also told me to drink in moderation.
[Plus... I want to have fun with you tonight... and I don't want you to be drunk when we do it...] March told me while looking embarrassed.
[Alright~ let's do it~] I lovingly replied back, as I took my clothes off.
As me and march have done the deed and fell asleep I had a strange dream about Cocolia again, but this time it's about the current Cocolia and from what I assume is the aftermath of Sampo kidnapping Bronya and it seems like Cocolia is arguing with the stellaron but it seems like she does have a loving side to her since she was worried about Bronya in my dream.... just like hi3 Cocolia.... Goddamn it why am I dreaming about fucking Cocolia, I rather dream about my girlfriend than that crazy hag.
As I carefully got off the bed to not disturb the sleeping March, she woke up and asked where I was going, in which I told her that it was just a stroll.
[.... fine... be safe out there alright...] The extremely tired March told me as I opened the door and headed outside. And as I exited outside I see a similar silver haired women.... it was Bronya zoning out.
[Who goes there? Show yourself!] She said as a approached behind her
[...It's you. Don't sneak up behind me next time. Lucky for you I wasn't armed... No sleep for you either, huh?] Bronya continued
[Yeah... I'm keep getting glimpses of Cocolia's conversation with the stellaron... It feels like a nightmare.] I told her, as she made a confused expression
[Madam Cocolia? If that is true then what did she say?] Bronya said with a skeptical tone
[she sound like she was extremely worried about you like having a mental break down... also please just call her mom, it just feels weird when you call her that...] I replied back to the sliver haired woman
[Actually, seeing as there's no one around... can I ask you some things? This Stellaron you speak of... if you were to find it, how sure are you that you could stop the Eternal Freeze?] Bronya asked me trying to get an answer for the problem that this planet is in.
[If it's similar to a disaster that I know of then, yes it will stop the freeze but it will take a long time to fully get rid of the freeze. It will likely take about 10 or so years from what I'm assuming but the issue is the wild life here... since the freeze has killed almost most of the wildlife...] I honestly told the worried Bronya
[I see... thanks for telling me this... and also bringing up another issue.] Bronya replied back to my answer
[You know, it was difficult for me to believe you. Some of the words you use are too alien for those that have lived their entire life in Belobog. As far as I was concerned, Madam Cocolia's order to arrest you sounded reasonable... but why didn't she issue it straight away? She must have realized something about you... Something I haven't yet been able to perceive for myself, and it bothers me... What must have transpired to cause her such a drastic change? ...Still, orders are orders. It's not for soldiers to question their superiors.] Bronya explained to me as I was starting to zone out a bit, and I told her that she shouldn't follow orders so blindly since it's always a bad idea and that it would make her but a mindless puppet. And when I told her that she started to make excuses and was trying to explain herself.
She would also explain to me about Belobog's past and how the solider would fight the fragmentum and no matter how many they have killed the fragmentum never stops and how the the underworld and the overworld use to be in a friendly relationship until one day Cocolia wanted to cut that link off and Bronya sadly agreed with her at the time, which she regretted when she saw the current state of the underworld.
[But how can I change her mind? I've tried, but she won't listen. I don't know how to get through to her...] The sliver haired woman pondered to herself.
[If you want change then you should become the supreme guardian.] I honestly told her, since the current Cocolia is not fit to rule over Belobog and it's residence.
[You mean... be the next supreme guardian... What was I thinking!? No... I shouldn't... That was a diabolical thought!] Bronya shouted out loud
[The more I think about it, the more disoriented I get, which in turn makes me think about it even more... I just want a better life for the people of Belobog...] The silver haired woman continued
[well... the world is always more complicated then you think.] I told her trying to comfort her
[ ...Maybe you're right, or not. Right now I just... need more time to think. Walk with me. Let's forget our problems for a while.] Bronya said to me as me as she started to walk. As we were walking around Boulder Town Bronya was talking about things like the people here and crimes and she was trying to engage in small talk with me but was interrupted when we heard a familiar voice... it was Seele and it seems like she is talking with Natasha.
[Is that Seele. Stelle let's take a look.] Bronya told me as she rushed forwards.
[Need help with anything Nat, Seele.] I asked the both of them
[Aren't you supposed to be sleeping? What are you doing out here?] Seele worryingly asked the both of us both, but it seems like she was more worried about Bronya than me.
[We're just having a walk. Neither of us could sleep.] Bronya replies to the concerned blued haired woman
[You should go back to the hotel it's dangerous out here.] Seele worryingly replied back to her, but Natasha told Seele that we should stay since we might be able to help. Natasha would procced to fill us in on the current situation, it seems like Wildfire ran out of medical supplies and told us that most of the supplies are in a northern town that she and Seele us to live at but have to leave because of the corrosion of the fragmentum.
[Go to a corroded town to collect some useful resources? I'm in.] Bronya replied to the doctor
[Yeah... lets do it... It would be pretty bad if well.... people died due to lack of supplies] I added on but Bronya look worried and replied back to me [You want to come as well? But you look quite tired.]
[Hold up! I never said you could join us!] Seele interjected me and Bronya's conversation.
[People's lives are at stake. Why wouldn't you want another person to help? Besides, I have some experience with the fragmentums. I'm sure I will be of use.] Bronya told the concerned Seele
[*sigh* Well... just don't get hurt ok?] Seele reluctantly agreed to Bronya's demand
[Seele's lack of outright rejection means she approves of you, hehe. With you all accompanying her, my mind will be more at ease. Come. Let me give you a list of materials we need.] Natasha told the three of us here. And the place that we are going to is called Rivet Town, where we have to go north a bit and past some mountains. The materials that we are getting are metal plates, bandages, rubbing alcohol, and lastly painkillers.
[Metal plates and bandages, rubbing alcohol, and painkillers... Got it, piece of cake. Let's go, if we leave now we can still make it back before sundown. When it comes to helping injured people groaning in pain, the sooner the better.] Seele told me and Bronya as we followed her to Rivet Town and as we entered there Seele commented on how everything is still the same and would suggest to get a higher view of things.
[Way over there, see that house on the hill? That's Natasha's old orphanage. After Oleg found me, he sent me there. I spent over half my childhood in that place.] Seele said as she points at the far way orphanage on the hill.
[It looks quite impressive...] I told her, while being surprised on how big the house is.
[Natasha said that the house was donated by some rich businessman. Whatever his business may have been, he must have been a good person.] She replied back. Now that I think about it this is eerie similar to raven's story minus the rich man... First was the private island that Raven bought and built an orphanage but was later destroyed by Sirin and everyone one there except for raven was killed. Second The Roost, an orphanage for kids and a safe haven for people that where stuck in Nagazora, the city that Raiden Mei destroyed when she first awakened as a herrscher... that means that this worlds Natasha should also have a brother or a dead one.
[Oh, I miss those carefree days as a kid...] Seele commented and started to reminisce the past and she looked at the confused Bronya and asked her what's wrong
[No, it's just... this place seems familiar somehow. Never mind.] Bronya told the confused Seele
[That's weird... Anyways, look down there. See the mess that remains of those old stalls? That's Rivet Town's market. The supplies Natasha wants are probably there. Let's keep moving. Watch out for monsters.] Seele told us as we continued. As we continued to explore and search the place, we would encounter fragmentum beasts and would quickly dispose of them. The three of us avoided most of them since it's a waste of time fighting them and would drain our energy if we always fight on the first sight. As we continued to the orphanage we tried to find as much supplies as we can but found nothing. Seele would spot a kid hiding away, it seems like a kid is here trapped in this town.
[...Eric? Hey, brat! How could you come here by yourself. Don't you know how dangerous this place is?] Seele interrogated the kid
[S-Seele? Y-You aren't the boss of me! I-I can go wherever I want, it's none of your beeswax!] Eric nervously replied back to her.
[You took the materials and hid them all here? Not bad, kid.] Seele said as she looked around him and continued [But if we didn't take care of those monsters, what were you planning to do? Just stay here, shaking in your boots?]
[Wh-Who asked you to do anything? I was just about to escape, I didn't need your help at all!] The kid nervously told Seele
[Bronya... can you like negotiate with the kid... Seele is making this worse and I think I would also make this worse] I whispered to Bronya as she sighed and walked forwards to the kid
[Can we please have these materials right here... I will trade with you] Bronya softly told nervous the kid
[W-wait you are actually giving something to the little con-man] Seele asked Bronya.
[what do you mean by that?] I asked her. In which she told me that the kid Eric would steal from others and was a no good trouble maker.
[Hey kid what do you need the money for because I know that you're going to sell them] I asked the kid
[I really need money... my daddy...] Eric replied to my question seemingly about to cry. Did I hit a sensitive subject... I instantly look to Bronya and mouthed [do something]
[*sigh*..... It's Eric, right? Here, you can have this. This is a medal given to me by the Architects... See that blue stone in the middle? That's a Geomarrow crystal of the highest purity. You need money for your family, right? Take this and show it to a knowledgeable buyer, and they'll instantly know how valuable it is.] Bronya said to the kid as she gave him an expensive looking jewelry.
[*sniffle* ...Th-Thank you! I...] the young boy said while crying
[But... you'll have to promise me one thing: You'll never steal other people's things again. Promise?] Bronya told the little kid, she told the kid as he left.
[Did you really believe the kid and that object was pretty important to you, right? Are you sure you're okay just giving it to Eric like that?] Seele asked her
[If it will make him change his ways, it's more than worth it.] Bronya told Seele in a soft tone
[*sigh* your too good of a person you know that] Seele told Bronya with a exhausted tone
[From a young age, my mother taught me to be forgiving and to preserve the goodwill in people's hearts... Even if I am but a small glimmer of light in this world, I must try my best to shine brightly for others.] Bronya told Seele, yeah Cocolia is surprisingly a good mother but an awful person as always I though to my myself and sighed.
[I got the box it's full of metal plates and bandages lets continue forward] I told the two of them, if I didn't interject their conversation, they would have been all lovely dovely and I would have felt like the third wheel... is the what Dan Heng felt like....
[Alright, let's continue] Seele said with Bronya agreeing. The three of us continued our journey to the orphanage and climbed up the stairs leading towards the house Bronya mentioned something that Seele didn't notice but made me suspect something... and that is that Bronya is a undergrounder and that's why she felt like Rivet Town was familiar it's because she was adopted by Cocolia... well it was obvious and also I had some hi3 lore to help with the hsr even to help a bit more.
[...We made it! It's been so long... but this place hasn't changed one bit. Oh! It looks like there's a lot of stuff piled outside. Let's go see if there's any rubbing alcohol for Nat.] Seele commented as we finally reached the house. And the three of us decided to split up and find some supplies.
[These crates have been sitting here for many years, right? Even if they have materials in them, are you sure they are still usable...?] Bronya told Seele and I as we approached her when she said that
[we undergrounders usually don't car about expiration dates. Since having any supplies is a miracle] Seele explained to Bronya, as she approached the crates and check all of them, she told us that all of the creates are empty. As ice cold crackling noises started to ring behind us.
[Careful! Enemy behind you!] Bronya yelled at Seele
[That is surprisingly big.... and cold] I commented a the large fragmentum beast that's made out of ice.
[I've only seen this kind of monster before in the restricted zone...] Bronya commented on the frozen monster that was floating above land.
[Hmph, I don't care how big you are. You dare sneak up on us from behind. This is it for you, pal!] Seele angerly said to the fragmentum beast. As the fight began the monster started to charge up and started to glow an it seemed like it was launching a strong attack. The fragmentum beast launched a wave of icicles that froze the floor when launched. Well... it wasn't that surprising that an ice monster would us ice attacks. Actually it was pretty easy to dodge all of it's attacks since it was well telegraphed and it attack pretty slow. Plus it only used range attacks, but the only thing annoying about it is that the monster is extremely tanky.
[Ha... That was it?] said exhausted Seele
[Well, it was three against one.] I replied back, as I walked up to her to heal her.
[Nah, I could've taken it on by myself. But still... fighting alongside you two was pretty fun.] She replied back to my comment
[ Should be all clear now. Let's poke around. The kids at the orphanage were always getting into scraps when we played out here. If I remember it right, there ought to be some supplies for our cuts and bruises stored in that corner there. I just hope the monster didn't get to them.] Seele continued on as we were search the place
[ ...It wasn't my imagination.] Bronya randomly said out loud
[ Huh? What are you talking about?] Seele replied to Bronya
[This building, this playground equipment... I've seen it all before.] Bronya told the both of us
[What!? Come on, the overground and underground have been sealed off from each other for over ten years. It would've been news if a Silvermane Guard had come down here, let alone an Overworld princess. Wait, unless, before that...] Seele said which piecing the together on what Bronya had told us
[..Yes, it's a possibility. That would explain why my memory of it is so blurry. Come on, I need to look around a bit more before I can be sure...] Bronya said to the both of us as we continued to search the area. And as we were searching Seele was reminiscing the past when she was at the orphanage. The three of us eventually stumbled across crate full of rubbing alcohol and some of them where in good condition. Seele also found a snow globe hidden between some of the alcohol, it was an image of a snow owl hunting a bunny in the snow.
[This is... something from when I was a child.] Bronya commented on the snow globe
[Wh-When you were a child!? Are you sure...?] Seele confusingly asked her
[I-I used to live here... B-Before the Architects took me away, before Madam Cocolia adopted me... I used to live here! I'm... an undergrounder.] Bronya said as she finally remembered her past
[ You're... an undergrounder? Wait a minute... you're saying that Cocolia, the Supreme Guardian, adopted you? Then-] Seele replied to Bronya in a confused tone
[Yes. I'm the successor chosen by the Architects. In the future, I will become the guardian who leads Belobog. Why... Why didn't I remember this until now? My childhood memories are so blurry...] Bronya wondered to herself
[probably because of childhood amnesia] I told the distressed Bronya
[Yes. I'm the successor chosen by the Architects. In the future, I will become the guardian who leads Belobog. Why... Why didn't I remember this until now? My childhood memories are so blurry...] Bronya said in distressed tone
[Well probably because of childhood amnesia] I told the distressed Bronya
[Well I'm going to leave to find the painkillers you can do whatever you want~] I added on as I left leaving the two of them behind... wait what is that sound that I hear. Well I should check it out just in case, as I walked closer to the noise I see a small girl in red... is she Clara the kid that Seele mentioned yesterday.
[Warning. Warning. Danger detected-] said the robot that is just a traffic light with four legs.
[I'm just passing by-] I said but was interrupted by the robot
[Protect Clara. Initiating active defense mode-] It said as I was getting ready to fight
[Perkins, don't! Stop! She doesn't seem like a bad person] The young girl said to the robot
[You must be Clara right? Seele mentioned you... I need the medicine for the miners can we split it?] I asked the young girl
[You're friends with Ms. Seele and you came here for these painkillers, too. There are a lot of people hurt at the vagrant camp, I guess the miners are no different? *sigh* If everyone could just get along, things would be easier... Mm... Here you are. I hope the medicine is of help to you...] Clara said as she gave me half of the pain killers
[what's your relationship with this Svarog person or robot?] I asked her
[Mr. Svarog, he... he's my family. I met Mr. Svarog when I was real little. He took me in and took care of me.] Clara answered my question.
[alright, you can leave with the rest now... I'm just going to wait for Seele. Oh yeah my name is Stelle, sorry for not mentioning it.] I told Clara
[It's alright, I'm Clara and thanks for the rest of the painkillers, Ms. Stelle] Clara said as she left. And I was all alone waiting for the two of them.
[Sorry for making you wait... Oh you got the pain killers] said Seele with a blushing Bronya behind her. I probably should ignore Bronya's blush...
I told them that I meet just meet Clara and told them that we agreed to split the amount in half between the both of us. Which I would and over to Seele to double check.
[Metal plates and bandages... rubbing alcohol... painkillers. Great, that's everything. Let's go report to Natasha in Boulder Town, it won't take long to get back.] Seele said as we left Rivet Town and headed back to Boulder Town.
