Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Given that old ancestor from the Zhang Clan had not yet fully moved his clan into the territory of the Star Shattering Sect and was still in the process of doing so slowly. Prioritizing those from the younger generation, first along with a few elders chosen to guard these younger members during the journey, who now helped the Star Shattering Sect watch over the different spiritual fields, mines and other important locations in the chaotic region of the now fallen Sky Empire.

For now, the only Dao Seed Realm cultivator currently present inside the Star Shattering Sect outside of Pei Yang, was Qin Hao. The Dao Seed Realm cultivator he had managed to recruit into the sect just before he had ended up from the Dragon Tooth Mountain City.

Together with the ancestor of the Zhang Clan and Pei Yang, the current Star Shattering Sect now boasted a total of three Dao Seed Realm cultivators, a significant improvement in strength compared to the past, though their loyalty to the sect at the current was rather low given that they had just recently joined the sect. One of them not even having reached the sect yet.

As he thought about this, Xuan Hao felt like it would be rather simple for him to talk with Qin Hao and help him settle in.

On the other hand, his mind was far more preoccupied with the recently joined Zhao Ling, as she was someone at the Peak of the Soul Ascension Realm just a single step away from reaching the Dao Seed Realm.

If he could assist in her breakthrough, she would become a stable member of the sect and wouldn't be that worrying for Elder Song in the future.

Of course, all of this would depend on her breakthrough to the Dao Seed Realm, as no matter how positive he was about her breakthrough after seeing her determination to refine herself as much as possible before breaking through, there was still a chance of failure even if she had the guidance of someone in the Late Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm like himself.

Silently leaving the office of Elder Song as the old man quickly dived back into his work with a startling enthusiasm, Xuan Hao made his way in the direction where Qin Hao was currently located. Not being that difficult to find considering there were only two Dao Seed Realm cultivators currently present in the Star Shattering Sect.

As for how he intended to help Qin Hao fit into the sect and fully embrace his new identity? It was rather simple, as he would have him take on missions for the sect in teaching both the younger disciples and elders of the sect.

Even though this would be something completely unknown to a wandering cultivator who had no idea about teaching and had spent most of his time battling to survive, he was by far the best person when it came to teaching the younger disciples about fighting and survival. Preparing them for when they would go out into the world in the future and carve their own path.

In a sense, wandering cultivators were the best teachers when it came to surviving in the world… And while they did lack when it came to teaching others about cultivation due to their background, it was something they could easily pick up on by accessing the sect's library.

Although… A proper reward was needed to motivate someone in the Dao Seed Realm. Luckily, as he had broken through to the Late stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm and his comprehension on the dao was rather extensive, it wasn't a problem for him to guide someone in the Dao Seed Realm. Especially so given that the other party was someone who wasn't aware of the existence of the Dao Seed Realm before he had been recruited to join the Star Shattering Sect.

For Qin Hao, the best reward and the way to draw him closer to the Star Shattering Sect would be for him to teach him about the Dao Seed Realm and how to progress through the realm properly. Even if there wasn't that much of a major difference between how to proceed through the Dao Seed Realm and the Earth Immortal Realm.

The main difference between these two realms only really popped up when one broke through to the Middle Stage of the Dao Seed Realm, as that was considered the Peak of the Earth Immortal Realm… And even then, progress through the Dao Seed Realm mostly relied on comprehending one's main dao and strengthening it through comprehending subordinate daos aligned with said dao or minor daos as they were often referred to.

Minor Daos wasn't to say that these daos were any different so to speak but just referred to generally weaker daos that were easier to comprehend, but at the same time far too weak to even establish a domain and reach the Domain Lord Realm.

An example of such a dao would be the Dao of Rolling, a dao that didn't wasn't really that strong and at the same time too weak to be used in the establishment of a domain.

On the other hand, it could be used by someone in the Dao Seed Realm who had comprehended a dao like the Dao of Speed. Using the Dao of Rolling to strengthen the Dao of Speed.

Of course… There were always expectations who tried to make the impossible possible by comprehending a minor dao to a level where it would be able to establish a domain, but the compression required for something like that was unreasonable, as to establish a domain with a dao like the Dao of Rolling would require someone to comprehend it to the Perfection Realm.

Although it was easier to comprehend these minor daos, it wasn't to the degree that someone in the Nascent Soul Realm would be able to comprehend a dao all the way to the Perfection Realm. At least not that he knew of.

Smiling to himself as he thought about this, Xuan Hao soon spotted Qin Hao sitting quietly by himself enjoying himself with a cup of tea. Clearly enjoying the peaceful environment of the Shattered Star Peaks.
