Cyberpunk Edgerunners: Hacker System [R-18]

David went straight to the Night City medical facility where his mother worked. Even though the car was broken, he was able to hack and modify the old car with his system and get it running and even make it faster and newer. But he could only modify outdated technology, so the inside frame of the car was still in crappy condition, but the hardware inside had been upgraded and modified by David's system, as well as the engines. He wondered if he could modify the car's body frame like in the Transformers. David looked at his mother and wondered what he could have done differently.

"I should have slowed down and hacked the gangster's cars and guns faster! But another car quickly pulled up next to me and shot at me and my mom, someone was probably hired to kill us, but why? We were both targeted. Someone wants the implants that my mom hid from me? The one she stole, the Militech Sandevistan. David already knew this info from his past life. Did they want me dead after I hacked Katsuo and took all his money? I erased his memories after I hacked and covered all the tracks with my system, so even the best Netrunners of Arasaka couldn't track me. So who the fuck wants me and my mom dead? Someone must have hired the Animals gang leader to go after us, but a gang war broke out against rival gangs instead, " David deeply thinks to himself , sitting behind the wheel, his hacker system alerts him.

[David]: Have you found the person who shot my mom?, he command his system in an irritated tone with hatred filling his entire body.

[Hacker System]: Hired killer from the "Animals" gang. Exact location found. It looks like he's dealing with the cyberpunks that used to work with your mother. His name and face have been blacked out, currently being scanned for more information on the assassin.

David gritted his teeth angrily, "Damn, that piece of shit must have been a Netrunner, he covered his tracks quickly after shooting me and my mother. Who hired him?"

[Hacking System]: An agent from Arakasa.

[David]: Who exactly?

[Hacker System]: You'll have to hack into the Arakasa mainframe computer and database to find the exact agent. This could be the work of many other agents, cyberpunks, Netrunners, and bandits, even Militech could be part of it. They're probably killing anyone who might have stolen from them, or it could be something else entirely. They could have more than one target not just you and your mother, probably hiding some secret weapon. David's A.I says in a sharp female android tone.

"What the hell kind of implant did my mother steal?" David examines the implant and finally pulls it out of Gloria's jacket.

[Sandevistan]- A high-end Militech implant:

Sandevistan slows down time by a certain percentage for a set duration. Some variants can increase the chance of critical damage. Mods allow the user to upgrade Sandevistan to increase the duration, decrease the duration, and other useful benefits. [Critical Chance] will increase the number of headshots and the execution speed. Critical damage deals more hits and sometimes causes [Overkill].

[Modification/Hack]: You can now combine and fuse Sandevistan with any other implant. You can also increase the duration of the slow-down time speed and even stop time with advanced modifications of the Hacker System.

"Fucking Nova, I'm gonna do some major hacks, upgrades and implants when I get back to my apartment, I can use the Sandvistan and implant it in my body, maybe later first I'll need a team, find some new Docrippers, Fixers, Netrunners, cyberpunks and brute force, but for now I'm doing this alone, First I'm gonna kill that bastard who shot my mother, after I beat his brains out into a fucking pool of blood," David thinks about the severe mind torture he's going to inflict on that asshole who shot him and his mother. He was going to hack the hell out of the bastard who ruined his mother's life. David speeds up and pulls up to the Medtech Center. With luck and his Hacker System can try to save his mom from her fatal injuries. 

"Tell me straight doc, how's my mom?" David says to the doctor who took care of his mother. He's going to do whatever it takes to get his revenge and he will do whatever it takes to save his dear mom.
