By the end of the feeding i was different now my vascular system can expand easier and move oxygen were its needed while my bio-metallic skin was turned into metallic fibers interwoven to form a soft and durable lair of skin...which is more durable then the simple metal lair of bio-metal...that was bendable...this is more so... stretching to absorb impacts with ease...while extra hardened bio-metalic plates forme on my chest belly not the sides , but covering the shoulders and back reaching my ass and covering my groin also covered the tips of my legs and from finger tips to four-arms, and i can retract the plates on my torso...not the shoulder...

The plan started....i also used a capture capsule on his big ship as vegeta,s first blast was big enough to cover it and make it seem like it was vaporized...i used the ark wings jump speed to get out of the way then he went for friza with extreme prediges...after few clashes he tapped out as goku made a dinamic entry and i lached on Vegetas back and started healing him then he chewed on the quouter of the bean getting back in shape and growing stronger then goku tapped out and repet...this went from first to third and lastly the fourth...Vegeta used his Wrath form and Goku did the same....i took distance....and when Friza lost his tail i got it to eat next was his lower half...another tasty meal...this time i got more then just Magic...

Frizas power level was at 120,000,000 and the tail and lower half together got me about half..as the tail held a bigger ammount but the cut was not perfect...and his missing hand was vaporized before i could get it ...ao 50% of that power refined to 10% of stats for me is...48,000 for each category a large boon for my fragile body.

As the planet was set to blow up we flew out of the atmosphere in a barrier i made were i pulled out the big ship..from here we flew to Yadrat...
