Douluo Dalu: An Uchiha Traveler

When Su Fan finishes buying ingredients for cooking at the market in the city, he returns to the academy's cafeteria to start cooking as he promised. Su Fan then asks for permission from Teacher Shao Xin before using the kitchen and immediately starts cooking. After more than half an hour of cooking, Su Fan finally finishes his dish and places it on the table.

Not long after, a male student arrives first and sees the delicious food on the table prepared by Su Fan. The fat guy seeing the food in front of him immediately tempted and quickly grabs a piece of chicken from the table. But before he can take a bite a wooden cane strikes his hand.

The men's gazes turn to Su Fan who is holding the cane while also carrying a plate in his other hand wearing an apron.

"Losers, you'd better wait for the girls to arrive first then you can eat together."

Dai Mubai, Oscar, and the fat guy are shocked by Su Fan's words. They think Su Fan will forbid them from eating. However, Tang San, who knows Su Fan's character, only laughs. After that, Su Fan returns to the kitchen, disappearing from their sight.

"I think you all have misunderstood Su Fan's character."

Dai Mubai looks at Tang San with a puzzled expression.

"Misunderstood?"

"I think Su Fan never sees you as enemies. At most, he's just annoyed with you."

"He's annoyed but actually hitting us? Are you sure it called annoyed Xiao San?"

"If he dislikes someone, Su Fan will definitely resort to violence. He's the type of person who doesn't like to talk when he's upset. To put it blindly, he's straight forward person."

The three of them nod in understanding after Tang San's explanation. As long as they don't bother him or get on his bad side, he won't do anything to them. Dai Mubai then remembers something and asks,

Dai Mubai and Oscar let out long sighs of relief, and the weight on their shoulders feels at least a little lighter. Seeing Zhu Zhuqing's cold personality, Dai Mubai believes he is the safest among them compared to Tang San and Oscar. Finally, after some time, he can smile again. But the fat guy talk and say:

They look happy seeing so much delicious food on the table, but their expressions change when they notice the four male students sitting there. Dai Mubai approaches them with a smile.

"Su Fan has prepared food for us. He told us to wait for you before having lunch."

Hearing this from Dai Mubai, Xiao Wu becomes angry.

"Hah?! Brother Fan made this food for us! Since when do you get a share?!"

Tang San then walks up to Xiao Wu and says,

"Xiao Wu, he has prepared plenty of food, so there's no need to worry about sharing."

Seeing Tang San's face, Xiao Wu can't help but speculate.

'Tang San! Did he ask Brother Fan to share? Damn it! Ever since I arrived at Shrek, he's really been testing my patience! If it weren't for his father being a Titled Douluo, I might have smashed his face already!'

Annoyed, Xiao Wu pulls out a chair and sits down with an angry expression. Tang San can only laugh awkwardly while Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing sit beside Xiao Wu. Because the table is round, two of the girls must at least sit beside a guy. Since Xiao Wu already take the middle chair, Zhu Zhuqing sit beside Dai Mubai and Ning Rongrong sit beside Oscar. Dai Mubai also sits down with a smiling face, but Zhu Zhuqing ignores him. Ning Rongrong on the other hand smile at Oscar first but after that start to ignore him by pretending not to hear anything from him.

After a while, Su Fan finally returns carrying a large bowl of soup and placing it on the table. He looks at them with a confused expression.

"Why haven't you started eating yet?"

"Brother Fan, we are waiting for you to eat together with us."

"Don't wait for me, just go ahead and eat. I already had breakfast and after this I'm going to train."

Su Fan then takes off his apron, folds it neatly, puts it back in its place, and walks out of the cafeteria. Seeing Su Fan leave, the fat guy immediately grabs the piece of chicken he hadn't eaten earlier.

"Finally! Time to eat!"

Seeing the fat guy silly behavior make the men laugh while the girls shake their heads at the sight of the boys' antics.

Night falls, and Flender takes them to the city, but two people—Oscar and Ning Rongrong—are not included because Flender orders them to continue training to increase their spirit power. Of course, Su Fan joins them after Tang San invites him worried that Xiao Wu wouldn't come if he didn't bring Su Fan along. Since Su Fan still holds a grudge against Flender, he thinks it's better to go along to gather information he can use for revenge.

"Alright! Since everyone is here, let's head to the Spirit Arena."

"Headmaster, you're taking them there on the first day?"

"Since you're all monsters, your training must also be monstrous."

Flender's words amuse Su Fan.

'Isn't this scammer just looking for a shortcut? Every spirit master eventually tries fighting at least once in their life; it's just a matter of time. In the end, this scammer isn't helping at all.'

Su Fan shakes his head but isn't surprised by Flender's actions. They start walking towards the Spirit Arena, where Flender explains that the arena is a place for battles and gambling. He also asks all of them to reach the Silver level before graduating.

"We understand, Headmaster!"

The boys enthusiastically obey Flender's command, while Xiao Wu clings to Su Fan's arm, and Zhu Zhuqing simply stands beside him.

"Mubai, take them to register."

"Yes, Headmaster."

Flender then walks away, leaving them, and Dai Mubai turns his gaze to his companions.

"Follow me."

They all follow Dai Mubai into the Spirit Arena. As they walk, Dai Mubai explains the badge rankings to them. From lowest to highest, the ranks are Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Purple-Gold, Sapphire, Ruby, and Diamond.

"The Silver badge is in the third rank. Not difficult!"

"It's not that easy."

Dai Mubai and Su Fan speak at the same time, causing them to glance at each other. Su Fan then nods at him, and Dai Mubai continues his explanation.

"I started fighting in the arena when I was at level 29. Up to now, I have 29 wins and 27 losses, making my score two."

Everyone is immediately shocked to hear this.

"Loser."

Su Fan then takes something out of his storage ring and reveals his badge—a Diamond badge, leaving them in awe. Curious, Xiao Wu takes it from Su Fan's hand.

Dai Mubai look at Su Fan weirdly cause he never seen him at soul arena before so that make him confuse.

"Wait, I've never heard your name in the Spirit Arena."

"Of course not. I earned this after less than three months of fighting."

"Less than three months of fighting…"

Dai Mubai recalls something, and his face suddenly turns to shock.

"Could it be that you are the sword master known as Young Master Sword?!"

Su Fan doesn't answer and simply nods. Dai Mubai and the fat guy stare at Su Fan in amazement. But four them remains confuse about the title of Young Master Sword.

"Young Master Sword? How strong is Brother Fan?"

"There's a legend in the Spirit Arena about a sword master who fought using only a sword without ever using his spirit power, yet he won 40 consecutive battles without a single loss when he's still at 20th level and his age is around 9 to 10 years old that time making him the youngest person on the continent to ever obtain a Diamond badge. Many factions, including the three great sects and the Spirit Hall, have been searching for him, but he disappeared after obtaining the Diamond badge. I can't believe it he's actually Su Fan."

Hearing Dai Mubai's explanation, Su Fan doesn't look proud. His face remains expressionless. However, those who listen are in awe, especially Zhu Zhuqing, who longs for the power to gain her freedom.
