"Cold!" Ye Feng's voice echoed.

In the next second, Ye Feng folded his arms, shivering, with ice crystals forming on his body.

This lasted only a second. The ice crystals vanished, and Ye Feng's skin began to turn red, as if it were a piece of burning iron.

"Hot!" Ye Feng groaned as the intense heat surged through him. He instinctively activated his spirit power, causing his clothes to burst off, leaving him completely naked.

"Ah!" Xiao Wu screamed, her eyes darting downward curiously before she quickly covered her face, blushing furiously.

Ye Feng, stunned by the situation, felt the extreme heat in his body shift into extreme cold. A thin layer of ice crystals covered his skin.

"Cold!" Ye Feng trembled all over.

The drastic change from heat to cold caused immense pain, but it also heightened Ye Feng's awareness. Despite the burning pain, Ye Feng ignored the gaps made by his fingers and curiously glanced at Xiao Wu. Without a second thought, he jumped into the Yin-Yang Eye of Ice and Fire's spring water.

The moment he entered the spring, the extreme cold and heat he'd been experiencing were significantly quelled. Though the pain didn't vanish entirely, it was within a bearable range.

"Xiao Wu!" Chen Xin called, turning to Xiao Wu. "Whether you want to transform or not is entirely up to you."

Chen Xin stopped trying to convince Xiao Wu like Ye Feng had. He stood guard like a sentry, protecting Ye Feng.

Xiao Wu hesitated, her gaze shifting from Ye Feng, who was immersing himself in the spring water, to the Star Anise Ice Grass and Fiery Apricot. Her resolve firmed, and she picked the leaves from both herbs. Swallowing them, she too began to experience the alternating hot and cold sensations in her body.

Suppressing the pain in her abdomen, Xiao Wu tapped her toes lightly, leapt up, and dove into the spring water of the Yin-Yang Eye of Ice and Fire. Like Ye Feng, she began her rare transformation.

Xiao Wu couldn't help but wonder: after this physical training, would her second spirit ring become a thousand-year purple spirit ring?
