Douluo Dao : Soul Archer: The Bow of Destiny

Chapter 109: Super Douluo…?

Dugu Yan sat cross-legged on a stone bench, still feeling the aftereffects of the emerald pill that Feng Xuan had given her. The cool energy flowing through her meridians had stabilized the poison in her blood, and for the first time, she felt truly balanced.

Feng Xuan stood before her, arms crossed, his golden eyes calm and composed.

"This pill will help for now," he said, "but it's not a permanent solution. Your poison is still there—only suppressed. To truly master your Jade Phosphor Serpent martial soul, you'll need something more."

Dugu Yan looked up at him, her emerald-green eyes serious. "You mean a Soul Bone, right?"

Feng Xuan nodded. "Yes. Without a Soul Bone capable of guiding and refining your poison, your cultivation will always be unstable. The stronger you get, the harder it will be to control."

Dugu Bo, standing nearby with his arms folded, let out a deep sigh. "Soul Bones aren't easy to come by, especially ones suited for poison refinement. It could take years to find the right one."

Feng Xuan smirked slightly. "Not necessarily."

Dugu Bo raised an eyebrow. "Oh? You have an idea?"

"I have connections," Feng Xuan replied. "And I have ways of tracking rare treasures. If I search properly, I can find an appropriate Soul Bone for Dugu Yan."

Dugu Yan's expression softened. "You… you'd do that for me?"

Feng Xuan met her gaze. "Of course. I promised to help you, and I always keep my promises."

Dugu Yan's face turned slightly pink, and she looked away. "Hmph. Well, don't take too long, okay?"

Feng Xuan chuckled. "I'll do my best."

Feng Xuan then reached into his storage ring, pulling out a delicate jade box. The moment it was opened, an ethereal fragrance filled the air, and a pure white herb with soft, petal-like leaves lay inside. A faint mist swirled around it, exuding an aura of serenity.

Dugu Bo's eyes widened. "That… That's an Immortal Herb!"

Dugu Yan, sensing the sheer purity of the plant, felt her heart tremble. "What is it?"

"This is the Swan's Kiss Herb," Feng Xuan explained. "It is an extremely rare immortal herb that has both purification and enhancement properties. If taken correctly, it can push a Titled Douluo's power to the level of a Super Douluo."

Dugu Bo's breathing quickened. "A Super Douluo…? You're saying that if I consume this herb, I could reach Rank 97 or higher?"

Feng Xuan nodded. "Yes. But you can't just consume it carelessly. Unlike other Immortal Herbs, the Swan's Kiss requires precise absorption techniques to reach its full potential."

Dugu Bo's eyes gleamed with excitement. "Tell me what I need to do!"

Feng Xuan carefully placed the jade box in Dugu Bo's hands. "Before taking it, you must circulate your Jade Phosphor Poison to its peak state. Then, use the herb's essence to cleanse the impurities in your poison while refining the remnant medicinal energy into your martial soul. If done correctly, your Jade Phosphor Serpent will evolve, and your poison control will surpass anything you've ever known."

Dugu Bo's hands trembled slightly as he gazed at the herb. This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

"And what about Yan'er?" he asked.

Feng Xuan turned to Dugu Yan. "There is an Immortal Herb suited for her as well, but she shouldn't take it until she has a Soul Bone that can regulate her poison. Otherwise, the sheer medicinal power might overwhelm her body."

Dugu Yan bit her lip, clearly wanting to grow stronger but understanding the risk.

"What kind of herb is it?" she asked.

"The Serpent's Heart Lotus," Feng Xuan said. "It will enhance your poison resistance and give you a secondary purification ability, allowing you to wield your Jade Phosphor Serpent's power without harming yourself."

Dugu Yan's eyes lit up. "That sounds perfect! Where is it?"

Feng Xuan smiled. "Once I locate the right Soul Bone, I'll also retrieve the Serpent's Heart Lotus for you."

Dugu Yan nodded, her respect for Feng Xuan growing. "Thank you… truly."

Feng Xuan waved it off. "Just make sure you don't act recklessly until I return."

She smirked. "I don't make promises, but I'll try."

Dugu Bo laughed. "Stubborn girl."

With the Swan's Kiss Herb in Dugu Bo's hands and a promise to find a Soul Bone for Dugu Yan, Feng Xuan felt satisfied. He had completed what he came to do.

Dugu Bo clasped his hands together and bowed slightly—a rare gesture from the Jade Phosphor Douluo.

"Feng Xuan, if you ever need my help, just say the word. Whether it's for battle, protection, or gathering resources, I will be there."

Feng Xuan nodded. "I appreciate it. I may call on you sooner than you think."

Dugu Yan crossed her arms, smirking. "Don't forget about me either. Once I master my martial soul, I'll be strong enough to help too."

Feng Xuan chuckled. "I'll be looking forward to it. I am gathering team to fight in tournament. If possible join me to win tournament."

Dugu Yan chuckle and said, " I am already member of Tiandou royal academy team. But if you asked me nicely I will join you."

Feng Xuan, "okay, Then I will invite you to my team with soul bone."

Then, without another word, Feng Xuan activated his teleportation ability.

A faint glow surrounded him, and in the blink of an eye, he vanished from sight.

Dugu Yan let out a small breath. "He really is something else."

Dugu Bo, still gazing at the Swan's Kiss Herb, smiled. "Yes… he is."

Feng Xuan reappeared in the Thunder Abyss Academy, standing atop a tall training tower. The cool night breeze blew against his face as he looked out over the academy grounds.

Everything was in motion now.

He had healed Dugu Bo, stabilized Dugu Yan, and set the stage for their future growth.

Now, he needed to focus on his own path.

His next goal was clear—increase his strength, locate the Soul Bone for Dugu Yan, and continue mastering his own elemental abilities.

For Soul bone I think man faced spider's soul bone which was acquired by Tang san is best. I will go to star dou forest tomorrow to find that spider.
