Douluo: Evolution to Dragon God Starting from Luo Sanpao

Chapter 6: Chapter 6: Bibi Dong Arrives – Let’s Call It Shenglong

"You... you!" Hu Liena's eyes widened in disbelief as she pointed at Gu Han with her delicate jade fingers. She was utterly speechless.

"Senior Sister Hu Liena, I recognized you. Didn't you recognize me?" Gu Han sighed, sounding somewhat helpless.

"You recognized me, and yet you still told me your name was Han Xiaogu!" Hu Liena puffed up her cheeks, her pretty face flushed with embarrassment.

"When I went out, I overheard people talking about me. Their tone wasn't very kind. When I heard your name, I recognized you, but I didn't know how you felt about me. How could I dare to reveal my real name?" Gu Han explained, his expression tinged with sadness.

"I'm just an orphan. What if you were like everyone else?"

An orphan... Hu Liena's heart ached when she learned about Gu Han's background. Seeing his handsome yet sorrowful face filled her with guilt. She remembered calling him a "little loser" earlier and felt even worse.

As a senior sister, how could I act like that? Xiaohan is already so pitiful. I'm truly terrible! Hu Liena wanted to hit herself for her earlier behavior.

"Xiaohan, don't worry. Senior sister was just joking earlier. You're my dearest and most beloved junior brother. How could I ever want to scold you? You're so cute! Even if your martial spirit and innate soul power aren't the best, the teacher's judgment can't be wrong. You must have something special about you."

"Others don't understand this. They're just jealous that you were accepted as a disciple by the teacher. They're spreading rumors out of spite!" Hu Liena assured him, her voice filled with warmth and protectiveness.

Gu Han was slightly speechless at Hu Liena's sudden change in attitude. However, recalling how her behavior toward Tang San shifted after he awakened the Blue Silver Emperor bloodline in the original story, he realized that Hu Liena had a tendency to judge people based on their appearance.

"Xiao Han!" At that moment, a familiar voice called out.

Bibi Dong, dressed in her majestic dark purple crown robe, stood tall and elegant, her mature beauty radiating authority. She held the Pope's scepter in her hand and smiled warmly as she approached.

"Is Nana here too?" Bibi Dong seemed pleasantly surprised to see Hu Liena with Gu Han.

"Teacher!" both Gu Han and Hu Liena greeted her in unison, bowing respectfully.

"Teacher, please come in!" Gu Han quickly took out the key, unlocked the courtyard gate, and invited Bibi Dong and Hu Liena inside.

The three of them settled in the hall.

"Xiaohan, are you settling in well here?" Bibi Dong asked, her eyes scanning the surroundings with a hint of nostalgia.

"Teacher, I'm very comfortable here. The environment is much better than the orphanage. The bed is large, and I sleep very well," Gu Han replied respectfully.

"That's good. That's good," Bibi Dong said, her tone tinged with emotion.

"By the way, Xiaohan, could you summon your martial spirit and show it to me?" Bibi Dong asked gently, her smile warm.

"Of course, teacher!" Gu Han complied without hesitation, summoning Luo Sanpao.

In a flash of purple light, a small, pig-like creature appeared. Its body was covered in light purple fur, with wide ears, a slightly plump frame, and a pair of deep blue eyes that sparkled with intelligence. Under Gu Han's control, Luo Sanpao trotted over to Bibi Dong, who picked it up and began gently stroking it from head to belly.

Luo Sanpao hummed contentedly under her touch.

However, as Bibi Dong caressed Luo Sanpao, Gu Han felt a strange sensation. Due to the unique connection between a spirit master and their martial spirit, Gu Han could feel everything Luo Sanpao experienced. The sensation of being stroked by Bibi Dong was... unusual, to say the least.

"Xiaohan, your martial spirit is a variant spirit and doesn't have a fixed name. Have you thought of a name for it?" Bibi Dong asked, her eyes filled with a mix of memories and regret.

Gu Han immediately understood Bibi Dong's intentions. If he said he hadn't thought of a name, she would likely suggest calling it Luo Sanpao, just like Yu Xiaogang's spirit. However, Gu Han didn't particularly like that name. After all, Yu Xiaogang had named it Luo Sanpao because it could only release three farts—hardly an auspicious name.

Thinking of Luo Sanpao's potential evolution into the Golden Holy Dragon, Gu Han quickly responded, "Teacher, I've already thought of a name for it. I want to call it Shenglong, the Holy Dragon. I hope it can evolve into a Golden Holy Dragon that surpasses the Blue Lightning Tyrannosaurus Rex!"

"Shenglong? Hoping it can evolve into a Golden Holy Dragon that surpasses the Blue Lightning Tyrannosaurus Rex? Xiaohan, that's quite a good name," Bibi Dong said, though her smile seemed slightly forced. She had hoped to name it herself, but she couldn't deny that Gu Han's choice was fitting.

"Xiaohan, you mentioned that Shenglong's materialized form might allow it to evolve through consumption. Have you figured out what it should eat to achieve this evolution?" Bibi Dong asked, steering the conversation back to the topic at hand.

Gu Han had already considered this. Based on his knowledge from the original story and the analytical function of the Tianyan System, he had deduced that Shenglong needed to consume light-attribute dragon flesh and blood, along with various spiritual herbs, to evolve. However, he couldn't reveal this directly without a plausible explanation.

Pretending to be troubled, Gu Han replied, "Teacher, I'm sorry, but I haven't figured this out yet. I don't know what Shenglong's original form was or the full extent of its abilities."

"Don't worry. I've prepared something for you," Bibi Dong said with a faint smile. She retrieved a stack of documents from her storage soul guide and handed them to Gu Han. "Although your martial spirit is unique, I happen to know its origins. These documents contain all the relevant information. Study them carefully."

Gu Han was surprised. He hadn't expected Bibi Dong to be so well-prepared. As he took the documents, he noticed something out of the corner of his eye.

Bibi Dong had taken out a white radish from her storage soul guide and was about to feed it to Shenglong.

"Teacher! Don't feed it white radish!!" Gu Han exclaimed, rushing forward to stop her and grabbing her jade-like hand.
