DOULUO: THE DRAGON GOD WITH GACHA

Chapter 33: ZERO TWO

After his meditation, Xuanyu stepped out of his shop into the open area outside. The cool breeze brushed against his face, a reminder of the serene yet unfinished state of his personal world. He paused for a moment, his gaze scanning the ever-expanding horizon.

A sense of ownership and pride filled him. This was his lword, and he had built it from nothing. But there was something nagging at the back of his mind—an important task he had forgotten earlier.

Frowning slightly, he tapped open his system screen, the translucent interface materializing before his eyes. He scrolled down, his finger tracing a glowing path along the logs.

"Ah, there it is," Xuanyu muttered to himself, a small smile tugging at his lips. He quickly found what he was forgetting.

He quickly opened his system inventory and selected the GALVANIC MECHAMORPH option.

In the next instant, a soft, rippling sound filled the air as a peculiar creature materialized before him. Its form was gelatinous, shifting slightly as it solidified into a humanoid shape.

The creature had a striking appearance. Its body shimmered with a green hue, covered in intricate circuitry patterns that pulsed faintly with light. Its single cyclohexane eye in the center of its face glowed like a miniature star, observing Xuanyu with curious intelligence. Though it had no mouth, its developed forehead, pronounced chin, and voluptuous figure gave it an oddly human-like appearance. Its torso was shorter, making its proportions distinct yet balanced.

Xuanyu blinked in surprise. "Is this… a female alien?" he mused.

Before he could dwell on the thought, the creature spoke, "Greetings, I am Zero Two, a Galvanic Mechamorph." Despite not having any mouth, only its glowing eye pulsed slightly with each word.

Xuanyu took a cautious step forward, startled but intrigued. "Greetings, Zero Two. I am Lan Xuanyu, owner of this little world," he replied with a friendly smile.

Zero Two tilted her head, her circuitry patterns flickering momentarily. "Your world?"

Xuanyu nodded, a touch of pride in his tone. "Yes, it's my own universe. It's still in its infancy, but it's growing stronger every day."

Zero Two's eye brightened, her voice carrying a hint of curiosity. "Are you a Celestialsapien?"

Xuanyu frowned slightly and shook his head,"No, I'm human, though I possess draconic bloodlines. Why do you ask?"

Zero Two paused, as if processing his answer. "In my universe, only Celestialsapiens possess the power to create entire universes. It is a rare and awe-inspiring ability."

Xuanyu's eyes widened slightly. The revelation that beings capable of creating universes existed elsewhere was both humbling and intriguing. "Fascinating," he murmured.

The two engaged in a conversation, exchanging knowledge about their respective worlds. Xuanyu shared stories of his universe's creation and its growth, while Zero Two explained the unique abilities of her race. Her descriptions of nanotechnology, energy manipulation, and adaptability intrigued Xuanyu, sparking new ideas in his mind.

When their discussion shifted to technology, Xuanyu's eyes lit up. He accessed his system inventory and retrieved a small USB drive. It appeared in his hand, glowing faintly with stored data. He held it out to Zero Two.

"Can you access the data in this USB? It contains blueprints for some armors I got from somewhere."

Zero Two extended her hand, her fingers dissolving into a swarm of nanites that enveloped the USB. Her circuitry patterns glowed brighter as she processed the information.

After a moment, she spoke. "The data contains designs for various armors. The lower-tier designs are simplistic, but the higher-tier ones, such as MARK L and MARK LXXXV, are remarkably advanced. They incorporate rare nanotechnology and are capable of channeling immense energy. These designs could rival those of powerful intergalactic empires in my universe."

Xuanyu nodded, pleased with her analysis. "Can you create five of these armors?"

Zero Two considered his request. "Yes, as long as I have the necessary materials."

Xuanyu opened his inventory once more, retrieving a shimmering chunk of adamantium. He handed it to Zero Two. "Can this material be used?"

Zero Two examined the metal, her nanites briefly covering it. " What an fasinating metal. This is an excellent material—nearly indestructible with high energy conduction. It's challenging to integrate into nanites, but I can manage."

Satisfied, Xuanyu then retrieved something far larger—a damaged warship. The massive vessel appeared with a loud thud, its battered frame casting long shadows over the ground. Its hull was riddled with dents, holes, and scorch marks, a testament to the battles it had endured.

"Can you repair this warship?" Xuanyu asked, his gaze fixed on the broken craft.

Zero Two moved closer, her nanites rippling across her body. "Spatial technology? No… there's no visible tech here. Perhaps spatial abilities," she murmured, studying the ship intently.

Xuanyu smiled but said nothing, letting her analyze the vessel.

After a moment, she replied, "I can repair and even modify it, but I'll need additional resources to replace the damaged parts."

Xuanyu nodded, summoning ten tons of adamantium from his inventory. "Use this for both the armors and the repairs. If there's any left, you can keep it for yourself."

Zero Two's body shimmered with approval. She extended her nanites, which spread across the warship like liquid metal. The vessel was soon enveloped in a black sheen with glowing green circuitry. Within moments, the damaged warship transformed before Xuanyu's eyes. Its surface smoothed out, the holes sealed, and the dents vanished. Blue circuitry lines pulsed across its hull, signaling renewed life.

Zero Two reappeared, stepping away from the now-pristine warship. "The repairs are complete. I've restored its structure and essential systems. However, its ammunition is depleted, and its core is dead. You'll need to charge the core with a significant amount of energy. It have a fasinating feature that it can absorb any type of usable energy to recharge itself. Some of its advanced tech remains damaged, but it won't affect its basic functionality."

Xuanyu nodded thoughtfully. "I'll assign Storm, the Fairy of Thunder, to handle the core charging. As for the advanced tech give me the list, I'll gather the necessary resources later. For now, focus on the armors."

Zero Two inclined her head. "The five armors will be ready by tomorrow night. I've already begun optimizing the designs to suit your race's unique physiology and combat styles."

"Good," Xuanyu said.

They spent the next few hours together, with Xuanyu growing more familiar with Zero Two's abilities and the warship's systems. He also explained various aspects of his universe, ensuring Zero Two understood her new environment.

As the sun began to set on his little world, Xuanyu left Zero Two to her tasks. The Galvanic Mechamorph wasted no time, diving into her work on the armors and further enhancing the warship.

With a satisfied smile, Xuanyu stepped away, his mind already racing with plans for the future.
