Dragon Ball: The Strongest Training

Chapter 62: Mere Chickens and Dogs

Sial knew that Krillin was stronger than her,

but she had never imagined that his power level was 470,000.

Her own was only 150,000…

The shock was overwhelming.

Krillin saw Sial frozen in place,

so he smiled, cupping her beautiful face with both hands.

Word by word, he said:

"Now you can rest easy, right? You really are a silly girl!"

Then, he gently stroked her silky silver hair with affection.

Sial finally snapped out of it,

her cheeks puffing up in frustration.

She was a little angry—

Why didn't Krillin tell her earlier?!

Now, she had made a fool of herself in front of him!

"When are we departing?"

Since even Planet Zishan had received word,

then surely Saviza had known long before them.

"As soon as possible.

I can sense it—Mourning Star is about to reappear.

We must obtain it!"

Hearing Krillin's serious tone,

Sial also put away her playful mood.

"Ska is already making preparations. We can set out tomorrow!"

Sial answered confidently.

"No. Just the two of us will go."

Krillin shook his head,

"Ska and the others are too weak. If they come, it'll only be more dangerous."

Sial simply shook her head.

"They will go no matter what. It is their duty."

Krillin sighed internally.

"Damn it… Well, I'll just have to protect them when the time comes."

"Unless Cooler himself shows up, there's nothing to worry about."

"Fine."

Krillin finally relented.

Sial had expected him to keep insisting…

but he actually gave in so easily.

Her heart warmed even more—

Krillin always prioritized her feelings.

Feeling a little guilty yet also deeply moved,

she tightly embraced him.

Krillin felt her arms tighten around him.

He glanced down—

Sial's eyes were slowly closing,

her face lifting up,

standing on tiptoe,

gently leaning toward him.

Krillin chuckled inwardly.

"This little girl is asking for a kiss."

He leaned in slightly—

and pressed his lips against hers.

Sial felt the cool touch on her lips,

her body trembling slightly.

Hesitantly…

she reached out her delicate tongue…

The Next Day—

"Your Highness is ready. We can depart at any time!"

Ska stood fully armed, reporting to Sial.

Sial stood tall, looking down at her people.

She spoke loudly:

"People of Planet Perseus!

Mourning Star has reappeared!

This time, I will bring it back!

We will return to our home world!"

Her voice carried a powerful force,

filling the entire battlefield.

Below, the people of Perseus were overwhelmed with emotion.

If they could recover Mourning Star,

they would finally be free.

Their duty of guarding the remnants would be fulfilled.

"Long live Her Highness! Long live Her Highness!"

The cheers erupted passionately.

Every last survivor knew—

This was their final battle.

If they failed,

then the Persean civilization would vanish forever.

"Depart!"

Sial gave the final order.

Krillin watched from the side,

his eyes flashing with bloodthirsty coldness.

This was a battlefield-born gaze.

If he had never met Sial,

this ruthless glint would have been carved into her very bones.

Thankfully…

He met her early enough.

The moment Sial gave the command,

Krillin vanished with Instant Transmission,

reappearing inside the spacecraft.

Ska already knew Krillin's battle power was near 500,000.

And that he was willing to fight alongside them.

Ska was so moved,

he was speechless.

"With Krillin here…

Her Highness will definitely be safe."

The Fleet Launched—

The ships ascended,

breaking through Zishan's atmosphere,

moving toward the wormhole.

Leading them was a main warship,

followed closely by dozens of medium-class starships.

This was the last defensive force of Planet Perseus.

At the Same Time—

"Captain Saviza, are you sure Sial will come?"

A green-skinned alien,

wearing an ugly battle suit,

his head shaped like a bowl cut,

spoke up.

Saviza smirked wickedly.

"Drei, she will come.

Last time, a fake message was enough to lure her out.

This time, Mourning Star is real."

Seated on the main star of Planet Perseus,

Saviza stared at the massive red giant in the center of the system.

His heart burned with desire.

"Just by absorbing Persean minerals,

my power increased tenfold—

even if only temporarily."

"But if I obtain Mourning Star…

Could my power increase permanently by tenfold?

Or… even more?"

Saviza licked his lips,

his eyes gleaming with evil intent.

Meanwhile, Krillin's Fleet Exits the Wormhole—

Ska's ship navigated from the 2nd layer to the 1st layer.

Persean warriors had strong combat power

but lacked the ability to conceal their energy.

As soon as they entered the system,

they were instantly detected by Saviza's forces.

Krillin squeezed Sial's hand,

giving her a reassuring look.

He knew—

From here on, he would take full command.

"Approach the Red Giant."

"Destroy all patrol ships along the way."

His voice was calm yet commanding.

Hearing Krillin's instructions,

the Persean fighters felt a wave of relief.

After all, Krillin was now the strongest among them.

And in the future…

he might even become their king.

Patrolling ships were no match for them.

The Guard Corps easily crushed the enemy.

Drei watched as the Persean fleet approached the Red Giant,

slaughtering his men along the way.

He turned to Saviza,

his eyes bloodthirsty.

"Captain, let me take care of them!"

Saviza smirked mysteriously.

"Drei, Nez—

Space isn't our battlefield.

We'll finish them on the Red Giant."

On Krillin's Ship—

Krillin had his own strategy.

Space battles were inconvenient.

So—

He deliberately made a spectacle,

drawing the Mecha Troops to the Red Giant.

The Battlefield: The Red Giant

Saviza's forces had already arrived first.

The Persean fleet followed closely behind.

Suddenly—

A powerful energy barrage surged from the Red Giant's surface,

targeting Krillin's fleet.

The Guard Corps panicked.

The energy blasts were too fast—

they couldn't dodge in time.

Seeing this,

Krillin flashed out of the ship.

With a single wave,

he erased the incoming energy blasts.

He glared coldly at the attackers.

Three

figures emerged from the flames—

A yellow-haired, purple-bodied, blue-headed alien.

To his right—

a red-skinned mutant with multiple disgusting eyes.

To his left—

a hulking green-skinned brute.

Krillin sneered.

"Is this the so-called 'Cooler's Mecha Troops'?"

"They look… kinda pathetic."

He turned to Ska,

signaling them to fall back.

Sial flew to Krillin's side.

Krillin descended.

He stood before the three warriors,

silent for a moment—

Then, he spoke coldly:

"Just you three…? Mere chickens and dogs?"
