Chapter 127: Chapter 127 – Kahn’s Wish: Remember to Teach Me Autonomous Ultra Instinct Next Time!
"Alright!"
The Grand Priest's voice rang out with finality as Zeno clapped his tiny hands together.
A white light of erasure descended once more, enveloping Champa and the rest of Universe 6.
"Hit, I didn't expect you to…"
Champa glanced at Hit, who had a rare dejected expression. He had initially wanted to scold him, but after some thought, he swallowed his words.
"Sorry."
Though Champa didn't reprimand him, Hit still apologized.
From the beginning, he knew there was no way to defeat Kahn. After fighting him directly, Hit had personally experienced the overwhelming gap in power. Kahn felt like an insurmountable mountain—so terrifying that even now, Hit shuddered at the thought.
"Forget it. You all did your best."
As the moment of their erasure arrived, even the usually hot-tempered Champa softened.
"You must be joking. You're actually acting sentimental, Lord Champa?"
Vados, in an uncharacteristically teasing mood, smiled. Though she had been frustrated with Champa for targeting Kahn, she had still guided him for years. Now, as he faced erasure, she decided to say farewell in her own way.
Champa's eyelid twitched. "Vados, you're mocking me even now?!"
"Oh ho ho ho~"
Vados covered her mouth as she chuckled. "Lord Champa, if fate allows, we shall meet again."
Champa sighed, no longer in the mood to argue. It would only waste his remaining time.
"Hey, Shin!"
Caulifla suddenly stepped forward, her eyes locking onto Shin, who stood beside Kahn in the arena.
She waved enthusiastically and shouted, "Remember to teach me that Autonomous Ultra Instinct next time! Once I master it, I'll definitely beat you!"
Just as she finished speaking, Zeno's small hand clenched.
As their erasure became imminent, Champa turned to Beerus. "Hey, brother!"
Beerus glanced over and saw Champa sticking his tongue out at him like a child.
And then, in front of Kahn, Shin, and all the assembled gods, Champa, Fuwa, Hit, Caulifla, and the rest of Universe 6 vanished into white light.
All that remained was Vados, sitting alone.
Beerus, who had been eagerly anticipating Champa's erasure moments ago, suddenly felt hollow.
His expression became complicated, and after a long silence, he muttered, "You could've said something before leaving..."
Though they had constantly argued and even fought, in the end, Champa was still his brother.
Now that he was gone, Beerus realized he would miss those loud, pointless quarrels.
---
In the arena, Shin finally spoke just as Caulifla disappeared.
"I'll be waiting for you to challenge me—if there's ever another chance."
Android 18 smirked. "Looks like someone's missing Caulifla already."
Shin: "..."
"Haha! Son, don't be so down."
Kahn clapped Shin on the shoulder and grinned. "You'll see your little girlfriend again soon enough."
"Dad, don't talk nonsense! She's not my girlfriend!"
Shin's usual cool demeanor crumbled as his face turned bright red.
Kahn simply laughed, his knowing expression only making it worse.
As someone who had experienced love himself, how could he not recognize his son's feelings?
---
At that moment, the Grand Priest's voice echoed once more:
"With Universe 6 erased, only Universe 7 remains in the arena. The Tournament of Power has officially concluded! Universe 7 is the victor!"
Zeno and the Grand Priest exchanged a glance before the Grand Priest turned to Kahn and the others on the floating platform.
"Mr. Kahn," he announced with a smile, "after Lord Zeno's deliberation, you have been named the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament of Power. As a reward, you will receive the Super Dragon Balls, capable of granting any wish."
"Have you decided on your wish?"
The MVP title was undoubtedly well-deserved. Even if one ignored the later battles, Kahn had already cemented his status when he single-handedly eliminated the entirety of Universe 11.
Shin narrowed his eyes, having already guessed what was coming.
"Dad… is this what you meant before?"
Kahn gestured for him to stay quiet.
---
RUMBLE!
Seven planet-sized Super Dragon Balls slowly rose from the void, their divine golden glow illuminating the entire Null Realm.
As soon as they appeared, all the gods, angels, and even Zeno himself stood up in reverence.
The Grand Priest extended his arms and began chanting in the Divine Language:
"Come forth, Dragon of the Gods! Grant my wish and make it a reality!"
The moment the incantation was spoken, the Super Dragon Balls reacted.
Blinding golden lightning surged between them, connecting all seven into a single radiant sphere.
An immense pressure filled the arena.
RUMBLE!
The Null Realm trembled violently as golden light burst outward, engulfing everything.
Then—
A titanic figure emerged.
Super Shenron, the God Dragon, coiled around the entire battlefield. His eyes gleamed with divine radiance as he gazed down upon Kahn and the others. His voice, deep and otherworldly, echoed throughout existence:
"YOU WHO HAVE SUMMONED ME, STATE YOUR WISH. ANY WISH SHALL BE GRANTED."
The Grand Priest smiled. "Well, Mr. Kahn, have you decided on your wish?"
Zeno floated closer, supported by his attendants, his face filled with childlike curiosity.
"I can grant anything! What do you want?"
The Gods of Destruction from the other universes also leaned in, eager to hear his decision.
"I wonder what Lord Kahn will wish for," murmured Iwne from Universe 1.
"It's impossible to predict," replied Arak from Universe 5.
Vados, Beerus, Whis, Goku, and the others all turned to Kahn with anticipation.
His wish would decide the true outcome of the Tournament of Power.
Kahn tapped his chin thoughtfully. "To be honest, there isn't much I personally desire. But since the Super Dragon Balls are here…"
He suddenly grinned, looking straight at the Grand Priest.
"I've made my decision."
Raising his voice, Kahn declared:
"My wish is—"
