Earth With Dungeon: Saving the World With an Economic Boom

Chapter 302.2

Chapter 302.2. The Rebirth Of Humanity

She had wanted them to live as true fairies, free and unbound, so she had removed their administrator privileges. They were free.

[To think they’d become so silly… Am I the only sane one? Fairies are so whimsical.]

[She’s thinking something rude, this girl.]

[God~, did your figure change?]

[Chubby cheeks~]

One mischievous fairy pinched Shizuku’s cheeks, while another who mentioned her figure got a flick on the forehead.

[I’ve become a god! I can do anything now. But I choose not to, because my husband likes this figure.]

[You got married?]

[That sounds suspicious~]

The fairies giggled, some complaining of hunger, others lying down on the ground, claiming they were sleepy. It was a scene of pure, chaotic freedom.

The silly banter with her companions. It had been a while since she last felt this way. Tears of joy welled up, but she cleared her throat and shared her memories with them through telepathy. It was an easy task for her now.

Receiving her memories, the fairies fell silent, their expressions filled with awe. Shizuku looked around at them with a proud smile.

“We defeated the dungeons!”

One of the fairies jumped for joy, while another hugged her.

“Congratulations~”

Everyone’s faces were filled with joy. They had endured a harsh battle. And they had even lost their lives. Their joy was all the more profound. They all hugged her, nearly crushing her.

“As you can see from my memories, this is what happened. Now, about the future, I plan to hide this fortress from the world and create a new fairy country, [Tir na Nog].”

As she began to explain, she snapped her fingers. With that, the fortress was hidden from human eyes, concealed in space.

Inside the fortress, the metal structures transformed into earth and rock, with lush vegetation, clear streams, and flower fields covering the ground.

It had just become the new fairy country, [Tir na Nog].

“Let’s keep the shops.”

“That’s right. The cake shop is important.”

One of the fairies raised her hand, and the others nodded in agreement, so Shizuku made a few adjustments.

“In this country, we’ll intervene in human affairs just enough to prevent their extinction, while having some fun. We plan to avoid using force as much as possible. Let’s sneak into people’s homes at night and play harmless pranks. That’s what fairies do, after all.”

“Agreed!”

“That sounds fun!”

“Are we the new humans?”

Mischievous fairies who loved humans. They wholeheartedly agreed with Shizuku’s proposal.

“Now, let’s revive humanity! The dungeons and monsters will be erased. Skills and magic will be exclusive to fairies!”

After all, the dungeons and monsters were nothing more than shadows of programmed computer systems. Without self-awareness, they would disappear on their own once the self-destruct program was activated.

The skills and magic that had distorted the world were also removed. Humanity would return to a civilization of the distant past.

“Now, humanity, arise!”

Once again, Shizuku unleashed the power of creation. A vast amount of golden particles burst from her body, raining down on Earth through space.

The monsters and dungeons touched by the golden particles crumbled like sand. The souls of self-aware monsters were extracted, floating in the air.

The golden particles that fell to Earth took on human forms. Men and women, young and old, of various races—many of the dead humans were reborn, their souls entering new bodies.

The souls extracted from self-aware monsters, originally human, also entered human bodies.

In a world of nature, overflowing with greenery.

“Where am I?”

A man staggered, patting his body. The body that had been eaten by a monster was now restored.

“We were dead, right? Ah, we’re alive!”

Next to him, a woman ran to a child, tears of joy streaming down her face as she hugged and cried out.

Many people looked around in confusion. A vast grassland stretched before them, with trees and a curious deer watching the humans it had never seen before.

As the humans wondered what had happened, the ground shook violently.

From the earth, pure white towers emerged. They appeared everywhere.

The people, seeing the towers, twisted their faces in fear. They knew the terror of the dungeons. They feared monsters would pour out and kill them.

After all, they were all wearing only simple robes. Unarmed, they had no way to resist.

But their fears were pleasantly betrayed.

“Ah, testing, testing. Can everyone hear me?”

A girl’s voice came from the towers. A mischievous, cute voice echoed around them.

“These towers are temporary shelters. They contain three years’ worth of food, medicine, and materials to rebuild civilization. There’s enough for everyone, so please don’t fight over them. If you do, fairies will come and play pranks on you.”

The cheerful, adorable voice continued.

“Fairy squad member, Pixie. I hereby announce the successful completion of humanity’s revival mission. The rest is up to you. I repeat…”

The girl’s voice echoed around them. It seemed humanity had been saved. The people looked at each other.

They understood that life ahead would be tough, but at least humanity had avoided extinction.

In a world with fairies, humanity once again began its path to revival.
