Land Of Waterfall's Clinic]

In the clinic of the Waterfall Village Amezuma found himself laying down on the bed looking at the ceiling in pain as his bandaged nose ached intensely while thoughts raced through his head, 'Damnit, I can't believe that bitch would put a child in genjutsu! What are you even saying, idiot, it's your fault for being weak!'

Amezuma came to this world around two years ago and he was excited at first, he had a system in one of his favorite animes but soon he realized a few problems, he wasn't born in Kohona so meeting his favorite characters were impossible since soon Amezuma found out that the 2nd Great Ninja War was yet to happen making him way older than the main cast of characters.

With this Amezuma still kelp high spirits wanting to make the best of what he was given until began to starve in the slums of the Waterfall Village, in his past life Amezuma faced being a poor collage student but that was a huge difference from this world that didn't have cheap processed foods.

Amezuma unfortunately was born to a single mom who lived in poverty all her life and during one bad food shortage the child previously named Amezuma and his mother died before the current Amezuma arrived in this world of danger only the age 10 with no family or friends to help him.

The first few days were hell for Amezuma as he couldn't find no food and no one was willing to give uo their share of food, he was a useless child who couldn't offer nothing, not even hard labor so Amezuma had to resort to methods other poor slum kids used to survive, which was scamming, stealing, and even begging.

Amezuma first went with begging and sat out in the city area everyday to beg for Ryo or food but after a few days of getting kicked out from in front of shops or getting threatened by adult homeless beggers Amezuma soon resort to stealing out of pure unadulterated hungry but after stealing from a fruit stand he was quickly caught by the adult and Amezuma fell to his knees hoping begging the person would spare him, and of course, the man didn't listen and just beat the shit out of a 10 years child in a back ally.

After being sent to the hospital Amezuma quickly discovered that the hospital provided patients with free food while they recover and during his week in there Amezuma ate like a king, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, and while in the hospital Amezuma quickly pieced together that no exploited this and soon he found out all adults had to pay for hospital fees while kids only received free health care.

Then Amezuma wondered why kids didn't exploit this but then he remembered how painful the beating he received was and realized no sane child would willing get their ass beat for food but to Amezuma he saw it as a trump card to prevent him from starving while he gathered knowledge at the hospital library. Soon after a week of reading and researching Amezuma found none painful ways to fake different illness and injuries allowing him to say in the hospital to eat.

Amezuma got so good at faking it to the point he was a normal patient in the hospital that the doctors just assumed he had a very weak immune system and usually didn't nag him about leaving, and one time a plague broke out and of course Amezuma risked faking symptoms and it paid off as he was put into a small quarantine unit by himself for two months.

This is what Amezuma did for two years to survive in this world and since he found a strategy to survive Amezuma quickly grew complacent, as he didn't use this time to train and better his situation or to figure out the system's function, instead his lazy modern day mind grew comfortable.

'Sigh, I have to do better, even though I purposely provoked that kid to hit and injury me, I didn't expect for that lady to use genjutsu,' thought Amezuma as he called back to that scene, he was truly terrified at that woman's genjutsu, 'It felt so real, man I thought being a Naruto fan would help me see through genjutsu but I was wrong, shit the system didn't even help me,' thought Amezuma once agian looking at the transparent blue number that read.

The system didn't do anything other than go up by one everyday and weirdly on Amezuma's birthday go up by 50 points, 'Hmm, is the system a shop or something, why do it say Editor Points,' wondered Amezuma as he normally did but deep down inside apart of Amezuma knew he was hoping the system would save him, that's why over the two years he didn't do anything to improve his own abilities even thought his chakra was unlocked.

Amezuma still recalling that scene grew more dissatisfied with himself, 'YOU IDOIT! You wasted two years of potential training,' he wanted to punch himself but their were nurses help patients near by, 'Damnit, I have to try and get stronger, especially since the 2nd and 3rd Great Ninja War is yet to happen. Yeah, I'm a normal civilian but aren't we the most in danger of people schemes,' questioned Amezuma to himself.

It was clear to Amezuma this world didn't care for normal humans since even in the Waterfall Village with a low Ninja population civilians were treated as second class or slaves in some cases, 'Shit, I should use this opportunity to to get stronger since I might not get another chance,' thought Amezuma knowing that he wasn't going to get a new chance to become stronger in a small place like the Waterfall Village.

Strengthing his resolve Amezuma decided he would try his hardest to grow stronger even if the system wouldn't help him, 'You know, Master Fang Yuan would be disappointed in me,' laughed Amezuma in his head before wincing in acne from smiling making his nose hurt more.

"SHHH," sounded Amezuma as his mood began to grew brighter while a new fire brunt in his brown eyes, 'I need to think of a training plan but that future Amezuma's problem as the sleeping medication they gave me is starting to kick in,' thought Amezuma closing his eyelids entering a deep sleep.
