As Kai was slowly waking up he felt sunlight fall on his face then heard the sound of a horse
Kai saw that he was being carried by a horse tied up he coudnt move to see who it was
Then a voice of a woman was heard
"Oh youre awake?"
Kai immediately tensed up He said
"Where am i?and why am i tied up?"
The woman said
"well you are tied up so u dont fall off the horse.And we are leaving the mountain outpass.But man you are beaten up I came here to kill the horde of monsters
but saw 2 corpses without their head and then saw you all beat up near death...just what happened?"
Kai said
"K-kill the monsters oh right the neyris opened didnt it? what happened?"
The woman replied
"I killed them. There were 58 minotaurs and 2 ghouls and 50 mermans"
Kai's eyes widened in shock
"You killed all 110 monsters?"
The woman chuckled
"Yep.So what happened to you and those 2"
Kai replied cautiousley
"We were chased by a man wearing a black cape he killed them in less than a minute and I-i-i fainted"
RON says
"oh wow lying now.Ah well not that it matters"
Alice raised an eyebrow. "That must have been rough. You okay, kid? What's your name?"
Kai said
"My name is Kai."
After a while he said "Kai vren.I am 14 years old"
The woman replied
"I am Alice silheart.Guess that makes me your senior by two years."
Kai's jaw was wide open
"16? Your only 16 and you completed a wave of neyris"
Alice chuckled and said
"Yea I am a gold Rank Monster hunter"
Kai coudnt believe what he heard Finding silver rank monster hunters was rare in its own but he met a gold rank
Kai after a while spoke
"U-uhm can you please untie me I can't even move my head.What even is this"
Upon a closer look kai found himself being tied together with a golden rope
Alice replied
"Nope I still dont know if you mean harm or not"
Kai instantly said
"I am very weak there is no way I can even imagine harming you.I dont even have a rank!"
Alice shrugged
"fine"
She stopped the horse and got off
"[Ropes of gold]"
RON said to kai
"That is the blessing [Ropes of gold] It makes a person unable to move"
Kai thought
"Oh so thats why i cant move"
Alice undid the blessing and kai fell head first to the ground
"OMPH.Ow that hurt"
Alice coudnt stop her laughter
"Sorry I should have warned you"
Kai stood up and saw a Woman in a Silver armor with hair that looked as shiny as gold her skin reminded him of his mother a bit both of them share the same ivory skin color
Alice raised an eyebrow and said
"What you staring at? Something in my face?"
Kai told her
"N-No its nothing.Its just youre shorter than i imagined"
Alice in a flustered voice said
"I AM NOT SHORT I AM 5,6 YOURE WAY TOO TALL WE ARE THE SAME HEIGHT"
RON in a angry voice said
"DAMMIT"
Kai thought
"What happened?"
RON Replied
"Kai I forgot to tell you something very important"
Kai wondered what RON was talking about
