Atsu forced a smile, trying to lighten the mood.

They had all heard about the side effects of losing a Vision—losing one's dreams, hopes, and even memories, turning the victim into a shell of their former self.

When Itto had first lost his Vision, they had been terrified he would become like that. But to their relief, he had remained his usual self, eating and sleeping as if nothing had happened.

But now, it seemed the side effects had finally caught up to him.

He trailed off, too afraid to finish the sentence.
