The city without lights seemed somewhat serene; the sudden upheaval brought panic to the ordinary people of Fuyuki City. Without electricity in the dead of night, for most, it was still best to sleep soundly at home.

Hearing Rin's words, Illyasviel blinked her ruby-like eyes and then chuckled,

"That won't do, you see. The Holy Grail War is fought and won by force. Now, I am formally issuing a challenge to you all. Are you ready?"

After that, she pointed straight ahead.

"Berserker!"

Hercules, merely at the call of Illyasviel's name, erupted from his feet as if triggered by a Command Seal, instantly closing the distance between them.

"He must have sensed the hidden threat. There's someone else,"

Mr. Men said with a gentle smile, appearing to simply be stating a fact. Then, unexpectedly, he looked up,

"Is this an attempt to take us all out at once? What a fine gate."

No sooner had his words fallen than a huge, slowly opening gate began to appear in the sky he was gazing at.

A terrifying suction force began to emerge from the gate as if intent on dragging everyone into it.

As soon as Tao Yu saw the door open, his Spirit Perception jumped wildly.

He had a feeling that once he was sucked into this gate, he would die!

Grabbing onto Shirou Emiya, who was almost sucked in, Tao Yu commanded Hashirama Senju with a grave voice,

The newly appeared Lancer, who had been easily shut out with Mr. Men's door-opening move and then simply lured out from the shadows by Assassin.
