Chapter 15: Chapter 15: Rampage, Unstoppable
The goblin patrolman screamed as the skeleton warrior's blade slashed into him. Enraged, the goblin swung his mace harder, trying to fight back.
"So, you hit me with a stick, and I cut you with a knife," Marsh thought, feeling a sense of satisfaction.
The battle between them was intense, back and forth. The goblin hit the skeleton warrior, causing it to stagger, but the skeleton warrior did not flinch. It retaliated with a precise slash that tore into the goblin's flesh.
With each swing, the goblin patrol's defense weakened, and after five strikes, the goblin fell, blood pouring from the wound.

A bone material appeared in Marsh's storage space.
Every professional receives a storage space upon changing classes, and as they level up, the storage space increases. Various items, materials, equipment, and food can be stored, making it incredibly convenient.
Marsh tried to store his skeleton warrior in the space but was unable to.
After killing the goblin patrol, Marsh had a good understanding of the strength of level 10 monsters.
In general, monsters of the same level didn't differ much in strength.
With a thought, Marsh released all 28 skeleton warriors.
Just like in the novice dungeon, these skeleton warriors dispersed quickly, each seeking out enemies of their own.
The monster density in the wild was much higher than that of the novice dungeon, and Marsh's experience bar began to rise rapidly, even faster than before.

The screen filled with notifications, the messages flashing by like a rapid stream. Marsh couldn't help but feel a bit dizzy as they stacked up.
At this rate, he would reach level 8 in under an hour.
"That's right," Marsh muttered to himself, excitement bubbling inside.
If this continued, reaching level 15 before the big exam shouldn't be a problem.
As for reaching higher levels, that was uncertain. It would depend on the changes in experience after level 10.
The skeleton warriors continued their rampage, each one cutting down monster after monster, and Marsh's experience climbed with every kill.
He was quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with.
The magical professions, like mages, often ran out of mental energy, and knights grew weary from continuous battles.
All professions required rest and recovery.
But skeleton warriors didn't need rest. As long as they weren't destroyed, they could fight indefinitely.
"No wonder..." Marsh thought, looking around at the empty grove.
In just over an hour, the entire area had been cleared of monsters by his skeleton army.
Marsh had no choice but to leave the grove and venture deeper into the wilderness.
Before he realized it, he was farther away from Xihai City than he had intended.
At this point, the monsters he encountered were no longer limited to level 10. Marsh found himself facing level 11, 12, and even 13 monsters with ease.
The skeleton warriors cut down these monsters with barely any effort.
If the monsters landed a few hits, the skeleton warriors barely flinched due to their high physique. The monsters' attacks couldn't take them down, but the skeletons easily eliminated their foes.
It was that simple.
As a level 8 character leading a group of skeleton warriors with overwhelming attributes, Marsh wiped out entire swaths of monsters wherever he went. No one could stop him.
By the afternoon, Marsh had reached level 9, with his experience at 99.0%, just one step away from level 10.
At this point, the number of skeleton warriors had reached 40. They were like a relentless, unstoppable army, rampaging through the wilderness, leaving no monster behind.
"You can learn new skills at level 10, but unfortunately, I don't have a skill scroll," Marsh mused.
"It looks like I'll have to rely on my innate skills for now. Fortunately, they're strong enough."
Even without new skills, reaching higher levels wouldn't be a problem.
Professionals learned new skills every 10 levels.
There were three main ways to acquire skills: learning from an instructor, using a skill book, or acquiring a skill scroll.
Hidden professions like Marsh didn't have instructors.
Since he was a unique profession, there were no skill books available to him either.
His only option was to learn new skills through skill scrolls.
Skill scrolls could be purchased at the exchange. The primary skill scrolls for professionals below level 20 cost 100,000 gold coins each.
They were expensive.
By using a skill scroll, a professional could randomly obtain a new skill for their profession. However, there was a risk: the scroll might grant a skill that had already been learned, rendering it useless and wasting the 100,000 gold coins.
Even more advanced skill scrolls, including intermediate and advanced ones, existed, and their prices were even more astronomical.
But for Marsh, if he wanted to learn new skills, this was the only option available to him.
As he pondered this, the light of a level-up flashed around him once more.
Finally, he had reached level 10.
