He Who Rises Through Blood

Chapter 2: Ruthless Fellow!

"What a strong killing intent! It can actually make me feel a strong threat! Who is this madman? Is he trying to get himself killed?" A sixth heaven expert that had just killed a fifth heaven peak demon happened to look in the direction Cheng Shan was and his eyes couldn't help but pause.

Killing intent was a form or artistic conception that was developed from too much killing. Only unlike the other concepts, it was dangerous and those that grasped it were required to have a strong spirit.

The result of not having a strong spirit, is obviously being assimilated by killing intent and turning into a killing madman. What made the sixth heaven expert think that Cheng Shan was seeking death was his fourth Heaven cultivation.

Be it in terms of the artistic conception or talent, the demons will definitely not spare him.

It was just that when he looked at state of armor Cheng Shan was wearing and sighed, as he could see the armor wasn't holding on, but he was alright.

"What a domineering body! Has he awakened some sort of special physique? Even if it is a special constitution, isn't his combat power abit exegerated?"

The sixth heaven expert couldn't be blamed, Cheng Shan actually had a sword with him, but his attacks seemed to rely heavily on his Physique alone.

The cracked sword had already been abandoned by him.

As he punched outwards, he was thinking, "I can no longer use this sword! It has already reached the limit. My contribution points are enough to change for a new sword and amor."

The third heaven demons that had attacked him couldn't even withstand one slash, as their bodies were divided into two. He then casually pointed out his figure a blood red sword Qi shot out piercing their heads.

In the dark, an invisible strange force kept flowing from the corpses of the demons on the ground towards him.

Boom!

His aura become terrifiying just like an ancient beast. He sheathed his sword and walked away, but even so the blood red eyes we're scary.

Whenever he looked at an enemy it ally, they felt a strong oppression forcing them to look away.

He had been on the battlefield for more than six hours. It was time to go back to the barracks and do something about his armor and weapon.

Knowing Cheng Shan though, relaxing was probably not the reason he was heading back.

Walking into the military base, he arrived at the training grounds.

"I should be able to see how much kilograms my punches can unleash." He felt that the third heaven demons were just as light as paper when his slashed at them earlier.

Walking through the glass doors of the training ground, he finally arrived near the strength tester.

He put his cracked sword at the side, before walking towards the tester.

He took a deep breath to calm himself, then a savage aura started to gather around him. It was directed towards his arm.

The ground shook slightly as his figure vanished before appearing before the tester and punching straight.

The fist caused air to explode, resulting in visible strong wind like rings in the pathway of the fist.

Boom!

The moment his fist landed, the tester wasn't shaken at all, but figures on the upper region kept jumping until it stopped at 11700killograms.

He retreated and then unleashed another punch by leveraging the entire body power.

Boom!

The results indeed changed and it was reflected as 12321killograms.

"Indeed! My physical body can reached the limit of sixth heaven in terms of power with the right conditios. As long as I can continue to fight and kill demons, perhaps I might even be able to rival a seventh heaven demon at the fourth level." He was excited.

The stronger the body becomes, his power will also transforme and perhaps breaking through in that situation would be far more impactful.

Even though he was thinking about training to the seventh level of dragon elephant technique at the Fourth level, he knew it was impossible unless he had enough contribution points.

The reason behind this was simple, the body techniques practiced by those in the Heaven realm are meant to transform the body and mold it back into innate form.

To achieve this goal, he had to chose part of the essence extracted from the dragon elephant, but he didn't have access to this.

What was even more concerning was his abnormal physique, ordinary essence of a dragon elephant creature would not work.

He had to get the strongest and it had to be higher than the sixth heaven. But the contribution points where not enough.

Since that was the case he might as well focus on the issue at hand, and repair his armor.

What is even more important is that he actually doesn't need the the fifth level of the Dragon Elephant technique urgently since his strength can continue to increase.

But his sword and armor couldn't hold on longer. The cracks covering them, was an indication that they needed to be replaced.

The only way to get something good was accumulating enough contribution points and having a personalized armor. The advantage of this was that it could grow with him.

He also needed a stronger sword, and the contributions he has made over the year would have completely been drained.

But he didn't think twice about this, as he looked walked out of the training grounds.

He was happy with his current improvement in strength, after all in just a year, he was almost a hundred times stronger than before.

The stronger he was, the safer he felt.

The demons were not only thing that made him uneasy, rather humans too were a threat.

Only by being stronger than them, could he be able to feel at ease.

Walking toward the merit hall, he heard crisp female voice.

"Cheng Shan! You have made some breakthrough again?" He turned his head and saw the person that was speaking with a questioning gaze.

He saw a young woman in a white arnor, even though he didn't approve of this, he had to admit that it was handsome.

The most important thing was the strange golden lines flowing on the armor.

This was completely different from the one he had on, it had the capability to self repair, and that was not all.

Strange runes were present on the armor that resembled gears rotating.

Such an armor was capable of withstanding attacks from ninth heaven demons without being damaged.

When the woman stopped him, his eyes were never on her, rather kept looking at the armor she had on.

She was able to see this, and didn't get angry.

This piece of armor was obviously intentionally made white to show off.

Besides her was a slightly older woman. Shifting his sight from the armor, he met the woman's eyes and nooded slightly at her.

She reposponded with a slight smile.

He then turned his sight towarrds the white armored Ruo Xin, covering her face with a black mask.

She had an ethereal aura about her, he didn't think it was because of the armor. Her strength was probably not weak.

Even though she didn't give out any overbearing aura, he felt a strong threat just by standing next to her. He obviously wanted to stay away from such people, lest his secret is discovered.

"Huh?" He just looked at this woman and wondered why she was investigating him.

"The domineering aura around you has become stronger! The killing intent around you is also almost turning into substance."

"Congratulations in advance! Perhaps you will be among the fastest in this year's batch to enter the seventh heaven." She said with a laugh.

But she stopped wheh she saw that he didn't have any reaction at all. He was just looking at her, with blood red pupils that contained no emotion.

"Are you going to exchange for the next section of the high level martial arts? Within a few years perhaps you will also be able to advance in the ancient battlefield."

She concluded as she looked at his leaking aura.

But what was puzzling to her was why he was still moving around with a tattered armor.

She didn't ask though, as they weren't that close.

She just didn't understand why he was being so cautious even in the military camp, but she forgot she also had her armor on.

But he just shifted his gaze from her, before entering the merit hall.

Ruo Xin was left standing in place. She just couldn't get why that guy didn't even acknowledge her existence.

It seemed like she was angry, but she had nowhere to vent this anger.

She looked at the young man that kept walking away, ignoring her small talk.

What she didn't know was that Cheng Shan was having different thoughts, "This woman is dangerous. Better have less contact with her in the future."

If she did know what he was thinking, she probably would erupt in anger. She was just being nice and the guy was already becoming wary of her.

She couldn't be blamed. She was a genius and has risen fast, with only Cheng Shan being the other person she spotted in the military that kept becoming stronger without a pause.

That was not all, she could see that his sword technique had already reached the state of transformation. But due to limited realm, he was incapable of unleashing the full potential of transformation stage technique.

The good thing from all of this was that his cultivation would not be hindered all the way to the celestial realm.

But despite her praises, she felt that the kid was wary of her.

"Why does he act as though I'm some thief that is after something from him? I just wanted to invite him under my barner after he reached the seventh heaven." She complained as she she looked to the side.

"Qin Xuan! You saw it yourself right? I was just being nice to this brat, and he ignored me. How could someone be so disrespectful. Doesn't he know about respect. I'm after all a celestial realm expert right?" Ron Xin complained but the woman walked away.

"Hey! You are also ignoring me!" She finally chased after the Qin Xuan.

"Qin Xuan, do you know that brat? How come he acknowledged your existence while treating my like a nuisance!"Ron Xin finally couldn't help herself.
