She opened her eyes but the room was so dark that she wasn't even sure if her eyes were open. The events of that night started playing in her head, the escape wasn't successful and she lost her brother.

" It's my fault, I killed him , I wouldn't have called him, he died because of me"

While she was talking to herself, the door opened..." Marco, I'm sorry please forgive me" she pleaded.

"Get up, you useless brat. Did you say forgive? You didn't nothing for me to forgive, I have a gift for you, come with me".

A guard came in and blindfolded Jasmine and led her to a room where the blind fold was removed.

Jasmine was speechless, she couldn't even cry. Looking at her brother's head placed alongside with her boyfriend's head on the wall, how would Marco be this wicked. He would have used disposed by their bodies why will he behead them and allow me to see their heads.

After the torture of watching the heads of her loved ones, she was taken to the room where she was supposed to sleep, everything felt like a dream.

"I'll advice you to sleep early, so you can get ready for tonight's work"Lena said walking close to her bed.

" I just lost my brother and my boyfriend how do y'all expect me to still go to work tonight by the way I'm sick I can't work" , Jasmine said angrily

"Tell that to Boss Marco".

At the club, she was taken to Pedro without any form of greetings she walked towards him trying to unzip his trousers.

"Are you okay, sit down bitch, what happened yesterday?"

She didn't answer him rather she took the bottle of tequila on the table gulping the content of the bottle down her throat.

"Jass, are you okay? Talk to me" he was gentle this time.

"I killed my brother, he died because of me ... I am the reason for his death" she started crying uncontrollablely.

"You didn't kill your bother, your father did , he is the one that put you in this position, I'll talk to Marco and know how I can help okay?

You don't have to do anything today just make yourself comfortable ".

"Are you married?" She tried her best not to ask but she has been thinking about him lately.

"Not like it's any of your business but yes I'm married".

He's married, why is he always there , what happened to his wife, alot of questions to ask but she decided to just keep it to herself and mind her business. She's nothing just a mere prostitute now.

Jasmine adapted to the routine of her new lifestyle, she became close to Cassie.

Her relationship with Pedro improved, most nights they will just seat together and talk he never asked for sex from her.

One faithful night, as they were talking he asked her if she'll like to follow him home and work for him in his house .

"I don't think Marco will allow me to go , I haven't completed the payment yet." She said quietly

"That's not a problem, I will talk to Marco and pay whatever your father owe and extra.

This is the best news she heard in days or even months, what if he is falling in love with me , what about his wife , would she welcome me to her house .

Probably she was also falling in love with Pedro, he made her sorrows go away she felt brand new whenever they're together, fortunately the feeling was mutual.

Later that day, Lena came to tell her that Marco was calling her , she went to meet him .

"Pedro wants to redeem your father's debt, you'll go stay with him. Respect yourself I don't want to hear you tried to escape, I'll make sure you don't have legs again ".

She didn't say a word to him . "Pack your things , once the car arrives you'll leave with it "

Finally, she was so excited that she's no longer a prisoner. Cassie has been moody since Jasmine told her that she will be leaving for Pedro's house, "I'll miss you, you're the only girl I love here and now you're leaving", Cassie said with a shaky voice.

"Cassie, I'll always be there with you I'll try and get some money I'll use to redeem your debt okay?, You can give me your number I'll call you to check up on you ". She said while holding back her tears.
