Hogwarts : Max Level Unforgivable Curse

Chapter 37: **Chapter 37: Accumulated Pressure**

"Even if you searched the entire world, there might only be one of these. Even if you had a million Galleons, you still couldn't buy any information about it."

Dylan paused and added, "Of course, if you really did have a million Galleons, you might still be able to buy some information."

Upon hearing this, a thoughtful look flashed in Harry's eyes.

"It seems like those people didn't steal a single Galleon when they attacked Gringotts."

Ron, still confused, pressed Dylan for an answer. "So, what exactly is that thing?"

Dylan shrugged. "Even if it were a pile of dog poop, I wouldn't know!"

He then offered Ron a suggestion. "If you're so eager to find out, why don't you ask Professor Dumbledore? After all, it was the Headmaster who sent Hagrid to retrieve it. He must know."

Ron: ( _ )…

"Are you trying to get me killed?" He shook his head vigorously, gesturing for Dylan to keep his voice down, while sneaking a glance toward the professors' table.

"How are we supposed to ask him? Should we just tell Professor Dumbledore that we sneaked into the restricted area yesterday? Good grief, he'd expel us from Hogwarts for sure!"

Harry also shook his head like a rattle-drum. "We can't tell any of the professors about this!"

Dylan rolled his eyes inwardly.

He already knew about what the little troublemakers had done yesterday.

If it hadn't been for the little furball, Harry and the others might have been caught by Filch in the restricted area.

But the furball had already led Mrs. Norris and Filch away halfway.

Yet, Harry and the others still ended up in the corridor on the fourth floor, right side.

They saw and entered that room.

According to Ron, they were chased by Peeves.

However, Peeves, who had been around since the founding of Hogwarts and was a constant headache for every caretaker, was just a mischievous poltergeist. Strictly speaking, he wasn't even a real ghost.

Would he really lead young wizards into a restricted area?

During the Battle of Hogwarts, Peeves had shown absolute loyalty to the school.

He even fought against Voldemort and the Death Eaters.

Sure, he loved pranks, but would he really lead a group of first-year students into a life-threatening situation?

Dylan also subtly glanced at Dumbledore, who was calmly eating at the professors' table.

He remembered the spell *Morsmordre*, which was created by Voldemort but had been modified by the system to some extent, allowing it to repel spirits and dark creatures.

If it could repel spirits, then among the countless spells in the world, could there be one that could directly control or manipulate spirits?

As the greatest wizard of the 20th century, would Dumbledore happen to know such a spell?

Even a younger dark wizard like Voldemort had created *Morsmordre*.

Dumbledore, who had been close to Grindelwald in his youth, certainly knew a thing or two about dark magic.

Dumbledore was never a rigid or old-fashioned man.

Voldemort might seem terrifying now, but if Dumbledore had devoted himself to studying dark magic, it's unclear whether Voldemort could even hold a candle to him.

"Anyway, whether it was Dumbledore or not, Harry and the others are safe. Why should I care so much?"

After breakfast, the group headed to class.

Thanks to Dylan's influence, Harry, Ron, and Neville had all become more enthusiastic about studying.

They no longer sat at the back of the class but instead joined Dylan in the front row.

Of course, it wasn't just because they realized that sitting near Dylan meant the professors would be nicer to them during questions.

Or that Dylan occasionally gave them hints to help them pass the professors' quizzes.

They genuinely wanted to sit in the front row and pay attention.

Friday's class was History of Magic.

Hogwarts' only ghost professor droned on about the material on the syllabus.

Finally, after a long day, Dylan's drowsy mind began to clear.

"Time to go get some extra lessons from the professors!"

Dylan quickly packed his things.

Today, he had arranged to meet with Professor Sinistra, the Astronomy teacher, to explore the magical phenomenon known as "stellar tides."

Dylan was very interested in this.

Astronomy might seem unimportant, but the fact that it was a required subject for young wizards spoke volumes.

After studying Astronomy for a while, Dylan noticed that many names were derived from astronomical phenomena and celestial bodies.

For example, the Astronomy professor—Aurora Sinistra.

"Aurora" could mean dawn or the aurora borealis, while "Sinistra" was the name of a star in the constellation Ophiuchus.

There were also more obvious examples, like Sirius Black.

Even Draco Malfoy's name was derived from the constellation Draco.

This showed that pure-blood wizards placed great importance on celestial bodies and constellations.

In some way, this also suggested that a wizard's power was connected to the stars above.

Even if you ignored all that, if you wanted to study Divination, you still needed to know which star was which.

Dylan hadn't delved deeply into Divination yet because he hadn't fully mastered Astronomy.

Time flew by in the blink of an eye.

During this period, Dylan's life was incredibly busy.

He woke up early every morning to study and stayed up late for extra lessons with professors.

Even on weekends, Harry and the others rarely saw Dylan in the dorm during the day.

Hermione's relationship with Harry and the others also improved during this time.

After all, they had been through a lot together.

For example, they had broken school rules together and even escaped death together, forming a sort of "comradeship."

Even if they hadn't gotten along at first, after all they'd been through, it was impossible not to become friends.

Fortunately, while Dylan was busy, Harry wasn't idle either.

Wood saw Harry as the true "savior" of the Gryffindor Quidditch team and put him through intense training.

Although Harry didn't have to wake up at 4 or 5 a.m. like Dylan, he still had to be up by 7 every morning.

Often, after Dylan finished his extra lessons, he would run into Harry on his way back to the dorm.

During this time, Dylan quickly mastered many spells and magical knowledge.

He even unlocked several new achievements, further enriching his magical abilities and his stash of Galleons.

However, the pressure on Dylan gradually built up as he went about his daily routine like a robot, constantly on the go.

Until...
