Hogwarts: The Unscientific Wizard (TL)

Chapter 590: Chapter 590: The Third Year Career Comes to a Successful End

After the battle, the news caused a stir in the wizarding world for a while, but it died down after a few days. After all, people still have to get on with their lives, and who has the time to care about other people's business?

What's more, the wizarding world is currently facing a multitude of crises, and everyone is preparing for the next big battle.

Some are fleeing to other countries, some are hiding, and some believe they are not in danger and are doing nothing.

After a few days of commotion, the wizarding world returned to its usual calm.

Oh, yes! There is one more thing worth mentioning.

After the battle with Voldemort, the Daily Prophet newspaper expressed an interest in featuring an exclusive interview with Andy, but Andy declined.

There is already enough publicity, so there is really no need for this kind of thing.

The main reason is that Andy doesn't want to keep sneaking around.

It's not good to be too high-profile, either!

Instead, he can let his aunt, Ashia Collins, interview him exclusively once the summer holidays begin.

Well, it's also a way to support his loved ones.

Hogwarts was as lively as ever, and the Weasley twins even organised a 'search for Andy' event, which was quickly suppressed by Professor McGonagall.

Because the end-of-term exams were approaching!

And the Quidditch finals were also approaching, in which the Weasley twins were the main players for Gryffindor.

Everyone is busy!

So is Andy.

At the moment, Andy is also busy preparing for the upcoming final exams—not in any other subject, but in Herbology!

Professor Sprout has already made it clear that she cannot allow a young wizard who can single-handedly confront Voldemort to score anything less than full marks in Herbology.

Andy is under a lot of pressure for the exams!

Given Andy's current reputation, if he doesn't get full marks in a subject, people won't think it's because Andy's not capable; they'll just think the professor of that subject is lousy.

In the last Herbology class, Professor Sprout questioned Andy for almost the entire lesson.

Just thinking about it gives him the shivers!

As the exam approaches, the pressure on the young wizard is increasing day by day, and Andy is beginning to be noticed at Hogwarts.

Hogwarts Library.

Andy is now focusing on finding information about the Obscurus as well as some information on the human mind.

Once the holidays begin, Andy will focus on fusing his mind and magic. The more information he can find now, the better prepared he will be.

As for the information found in the Department of Mysteries office, it can wait for now.

There are priorities. Andy simply does not have the energy to study other fields of knowledge. The mind alone is enough for Andy to study for a long time.

The Hogwarts library is huge.

The books inside are also extensive.

With a thousand years of accumulation, it contains almost all the books in the wizarding world. Except for a few rare books, you can find any book you want to read here.

You can also learn whatever you want to learn.

Andy's life gradually returned to normal.

Time passed slowly as the students studied, and before they knew it, the final exams were over.

Andy had scored full marks in twelve subjects and tied for first place in the third year with a certain Miss Know-It-All.

The little witch was also very diligent!

After Christmas, she started revising for the final exams.

The intensive studying almost overwhelmed even Andy.

After the exams, Andy also gave up some subjects.

It was too exhausting to take twelve courses, and many of them were not very useful to Andy.

For example, the Muggle Studies course and the Care of Magical Creatures course.

If not for the History of Magic and Herbology being compulsory subjects, Andy would have given up even those two courses.

After getting full marks in the Herbology class, Professor Sprout also began to smile when she saw Andy. She even gave Andy a potted strange plant as a gift for getting full marks in the exam, which made a certain young witch sulk for a few days.

This is so unfair! (Voldemort: Yes, yes, it is!)

As for the Quidditch match...unexpectedly, the two houses that made it to the final were Gryffindor and Hufflepuff.

Cedric scored a last-minute goal, knocking Slytherin out of the competition.

But against the Gryffindor team, which was backed by the school's number one Gryffindor sponsor (Whale)—Sirius Black—Hufflepuff struggled for most of the game and lost by a wide margin, missing out on the Quidditch championship this year.

As for the Ravenclaw team... Andy just hoped that Cho Chang's beauty would make Cedric and Harry both lose their minds and fight, while incidentally causing Slytherin players to be collectively hospitalised.

In that case, Ravenclaw might have a chance of winning the championship!

Amidst the hustle and bustle, Andy's third year finally came to a successful conclusion.

Ravenclaw once again won the House Cup.

Although Gryffindor was at the bottom of the house points scale, they did win this year's Quidditch championship, so they had something to show off.

Hufflepuff didn't win anything, but they were second in the house points scale and came second in the Quidditch championship.

Being second seemed to suit the little badgers' low-key, unassuming nature.

As for Slytherin... they were second in everything, but it was second to last.

Snape's face darkened as the days passed.

He has already warned the Slytherins that if they fight with the Gryffindors again next year... they must win!

Well...

There's no need to care about the House Cup.

The Quidditch championship... there's obviously no hope either when faced with Firebolt brooms.

So the fight must be won!

Especially since it's against Gryffindor, they have a reason to win!

On his last day at Hogwarts, Harry found Andy again.

"Hi, Andy!"

Harry said with a smile, "Sirius has been discharged from the hospital. He's recovering very well. To thank you for your help, he wants to invite you and Hermione to the Quidditch World Cup this year."

"Discharged? That's good!"

Andy nodded, then asked curiously, "The Quidditch World Cup? When? Where is it being held?"

Ron on the side couldn't believe what he heard: "Andy, you haven't been paying attention, have you? Goodness, it's the Quidditch World Cup!"

"Erm... I only pay attention to duelling competitions."

Andy shrugged, "But I don't really care much about it anymore; given, I won't lose now."

Hermione also looked disinterested.

She went to watch the Quidditch matches just to be part of the fun, not because she really had a passion for it.

Harry explained, "I heard from Sirius that this year's Quidditch World Cup was supposed to be held in England, but as you know, with You-Know-Who showing up..."

Harry looked helpless as he said this, and Ron also looked sad and unwilling.

You-Know-Who returned at the worst possible time.

If only it had been a year later!

It's delaying our World Cup!

"But the Ministry is still striving to make it happen..."

Harry continued, "Sirius said the Ministry hopes to boost morale by using this event and to talk to the Ministries of other countries about support."
