I Am The Annihilation Maker In Marvel

Chapter 9: The Sage of Black Light

When Samuel basically disappeared off the face of the world so too did Savage Lands and the ring of Volcanos around it. What was left was just the natural environment of Antarctica. The entire world was shitting its pants at the moment as the Domain that Samuel released during his fusion with his three godly Pokemon, everyone felt it.

The Mutants, Inhumans, Atlanteans, Sorcerors, Wakanda, Latveria, and Transylvania, there was not a single country, being, or power in the world that didn't feel what Samuel did.

As for Samuel himself, no one had any way of finding him as his Pocket Dimension was basically imperceivable. He had found a way to speed up the amount of time he had to master his abillities as he needed more time.

In his Pocket Dimension, he essentially created a Hyperbolic Time Chamber where he could spend years inside with only days passing.

---

Inside his Pocket Dimension, the time that had passed had been 12 days. For someone like Samuel that was enough time to cause a great amount of changes. For one, through the combined power of Giratina, Dialga, and Palkia the former Stark Industries Headquarters he stole was converted into a futuristic castle.

The castle combined the aesthetic charm of medieval castles with the futuristic technology of the future. Deep underground, his science team worked on different technologies with the new resources available thanks to the Savage Land and Android 21's ability to produce raw materials for their work.

The entire castle was powered by a gigantic Infinite Ki Arc Reactor that produced endless power for the building. As for Samuel himself, he had made his personal quarters in the center of the castle where he built his throne room.

Here he sat on a large black throne exactly like the throne of Ainz Ool Goan from Overlord. The Throne of Kings was created through the combined power of his three godly Pokemon.

Standing at his sides stood three people. To his right was a smiling Demon with black combed hair, black golden eyes, and a perpetual smile. The other was a platinum silver-haired woman in a maid outfit who kept her eyes closed.

Behind him was a towering shadowy winged Angel who had his arms crossed. They were his butler, his maid, and his bodyguard Diablo, Grayfia, and Bellion. He created them not only because of their power but utility.

Diablo and Grayfia were excellent at their jobs as they were completely loyal, dedicated to serving him, and would defend him with their lives. Bellion who stood behind his Throne scanned the room searching for any threat to his Master.

As for Samuel himself he currently has his eyes closed as he extends his senses through his Pocket Dimension. For one the Savage Lands and its inhabitants had not dared to come near his castle as many monsters protected it.

Samuel used his connection to the many creatures he had made which included The Ancient Leshen. The Woodland Spirit had begun to create its totems as its power spread through the Savage Lands.

The mana that flowed through the dimension nurtured the Leshen and the Leshen nurtured it. Another such creature was currently lumbering through the Savage Lands feeding on the vegetation.

Behemoth who he had intended to create before. The Titan's radiation spread through the Savage Lands promoting plant growth. The feces of Behemoth added needed nutrients which were absorbed by the Dimension which caused vegetation to spread faster.

Flying high in the sky was Rayquaza the Pokemon God of the Sky. His Authority was over the sky which in the Pocket Dimension caused proper weather phenomena. Rain, clouds, snow, and other aspects of the sky.

The others were Groudon The Pokemon God Of Earth and Fire which gave the dimension 'heat' and nurtured the earth itself. When combined with the Leshen, and Behemoth this allowed the barren dimension to rapidly begin filling with power.

Aside from Rayquaza and Goudon, he had to have Kyogre the Pokemon God Of Water, and the Oceans. The six Pokemon Gods together created a resonating effect, but they also had a few other Titans to speed up the process.

Already swimming through the forming oceans, was Godzilla the King of Monsters himself. Godzilla much like Behemoth had natural radiation that wasn't inherently harmful. Instead, it promoted regrowth of biodiversity as Coral Reefs grew when Godzilla swam through an area.

In high doses to a human though would be fatal, but to his dimension, it sped up the process. The third and fourth Titans he created over the last few days were Rodan and Shimo.

Rodan made his home in the volcanic regions feeding off the thermal radiation caused by Groudon. As for Shimo, she made her home more to the North where she began to form a tundra out of her power.

All these Titans and Gods had their purposes. Rayquaza the Sky, Groudon the Earth and Fire, and Kyoger the Oceans. Behemoth for the jungles, Godzilla to infuse the oceans with life along with Kyoger, Rodan to control the Volcanos with Groudon and Shimo for the glacial regions.

In total, these were Giratina, Dilaga, Palkia, Rayquaza, Groudon, and Kyoger. Six Pokemon Gods that were all aspects of the world. The four Titans, Behemoth, Godzilla, and Rodan were not just mighty creatures they infused more energy into Samuel's world.

In the coming years, they would change this entire place, but after sensing them, he pulled his senses back. When Samuel opened his eyes he took a breath. Diablo and Grayfia both bowed toward him without speaking.

They waited for him to speak which he did.

"These 12 days have been rather eventful. My creations are infusing this dimension with much-needed life. I have thus far ignored the native humans of this place, which I think should change."

Diablo smiled as he gave his ideas.

"Should I bring these humans into compliance? This is your world now, my Lord. For them not to worship you is tantamount to ignorance."

He shook his head.

"Diablo, there is no need to do that, as time goes on they will naturally come to see me that way. It's not even intentional as it is just expected that they will see me in such a manner. I created this entire world. We wait it out."

Diablo smiled.

"I apologize for my failure to realize this."

Samuel shook his head.

"No need for that Diablo, you did what you were supposed to."

Samuel stood up from his throne before he began to walk down the steps. Diablo, Grayfia, and Bellion followed behind him as the three rarely left his side. Grayfia for her part walked directly behind him matching his steps.

"My Lord, will you continue your training or do you desire to have a meal?"

Samuel had no need to eat as his Immortal Blood kept him energized. However, he had taken to eating once more since he did like to eat.

"Hold off on that meal Grayfia. Later shall be a good time, for now, I have something to do."

Diablo smiled as he asked a few simple questions.

"Like what, my Lord?"

Samuel turned around before looking at Diablo.

"I have thus far focused on creating powerful monsters to infuse my world with life. I just need to let time pass by so I will be focusing on creating a few creatures with the powers I require for my sake."

Grayfia and Diablo stopped speaking while Bellion only spoke when necessary. Once he had descended his throne, he held his hand as he gathered his mana once more. Unlike when he created Titans or Gods, his mana didn't plummet, but it still fell by quite a lot. Almost 25% which for him was an astronomical amount as his mana had grown after every single one of his Titana and Pokemon gods.

His mind quickly focused on the person and entity he wished to create before an orb of mana appeared in his hand. He dropped that orb of mana into his shadow which began to expand in a dark purple glow.

From his shadow emerged an unassuming man in a black and red jacket. He wore a pair of blue jeans with short black hair. Once he was out of Samuel's shadow, he dusted himself off before he gave a bow.

"Alex Mercer reporting my Lord? What do you need of me?"

Samuel walked toward Alex before he placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Alex, first I would like to apologize to you. I created you for a single purpose. I will let you know that you will be lost. I won't demand it of you, I will ask it. Will you give your life for me?"

Alex grinned before he nodded.

"You only need to ask, what do you need of me? Your will is my will."

Samuel smiled as he extended his hand.

"Your job Mercer, is simple. Absorb me. When that happens, my biomass, my bloodline, and my soul will merge with your body. Since your soul is a concentrated orb of my mana, my soul will quickly reassimilate it.

When that happens, you will die, and I will take over. I will merge with the Blacklight Virus with my World Sage Bloodline and my Immortal Soul. Do you still wish to go on?"

Alex Mercer grinned as he grabbed Samuel's hand firmly without a hint of fear or hesitation.

"It will be an honor that my first and final act is to grant you my powers."

From Alex's hand, the tendrils of the Blacklight began to flow over Samuel's body. Since the Blacklight Virus was created by Samuel along with Alex, it served his will. He didn't resist as his entire body was rapidly consumed which was quite painful, but he didn't utter a sound.

In moments his entire body was devoured which flowed into Alex Mercer's body. When this happened, Alex smiled as he closed his eyes. As Samuel had said, there was no way for Alex to survive this process as his soul was quickly snuffed out as Samuel's immortal soul settled into its new body.

As the Blacklight Virus and his World Sage bloodlines fused together Samuel felt himself quickly begin to take over the body. Alex's features shifted back into Samuel's who opened his eyes which were no longer blue.

They were crimson-red and he glanced down at his new body. He could feel his powers over the Blacklight Virus within him. His World Sage blood flowed through his body which began merging with the biomass of the Blacklight.

His mana once again flowed through his body causing the Viral Biomass that made up the Blacklight to empower itself. When the fusion was complete he felt completely different.

He was still himself, just that now his World Sage bloodline had been merged with the Blacklight Virus. His immortal blood had enhanced the Virus itself causing him to be even harder to kill now.

He could now absorb the biomass of other creatures to take their DNA, memories, and powers for himself. That included Mutants, Inhumans, animals, and aliens, there was technically no limit.

He clenched his hands which on instinct were covered in a dense layer of mana-infused viral matter which formed bladed claws. The black and purple which caused him to smile. He relaxed as his arms returned to normal.

Diablo grinned as he looked at his master.

"Shall I build him a statue to remember his sacrifice?"

Samuel nodded.

"Yes, he gave the ultimate sacrifice for me. His death must be remembered."

Diablo bowed before walking off to do just that. As for Grayfia, she decided to ask him once more.

"Shall I get the meal started?"

He nodded.

"Tonight I feast in his honor."

With a bow, she walked off to do just that. The dinosaurs, mammals, and other extinct animals that were called the Savage Lands home made fine eating. While his maid and butler left his side, that just left him with Bellion.

The Shadow Angel didn't speak a word so Samuel thought of something. He focused on that man, Ahrimane Blade, Ahra Manyu, The Life Hunter, Death Hunter, and Silver Emperor of Life Hunter.

Could he make him now? The answer was a massive, hell no. When he imagined creating Ahrimane and his bloodline his instincts warned him he didn't have nearly enough mana.

He smiled as of course he would not make the Eternal Night god Ahrimane Blade.

"That would be too easy."

He laughed to himself as he returned to his throne with Bellion behind him. He wondered what The Ancient One would say if she saw the future after this. He smiled as he rested his hand on his chin.

His abillities and powers were growing and in the years to come he would be even more terrifying.

(So yeah, Ahrimane from the Life Hunter Webnovel is a broken character. He is even more so in the sequel The Harvestor.)
