I Can Assimilate Everything

Chapter 188: Arise III

Living Script came to life in Achilles' hand.

Lines of purple Evolutius Runescripture and gold Primordial Runescripture came together into a single bundled mass of capability, and from the surroundings, dense streams of metalloids, crystals, and other unique materials- already brought forth by the Titan Dwarves- flowed into this seething mixture of Living Script.

King Darrun Flamewake trembled. Even at the height of his power, he would never have been able to assemble such pure Runescripture.

The true difficulty wasn't merely the technique, though that alone was a daunting art, it was the understanding. The act of creating Living Script required an in-depth comprehension of energy itself, and the ability to turn raw, intangible forces into structured forms.

It was not something easily done.

And yet here was the man the Ancient One, Seraphelle, had confirmed as King Primal...doing it effortlessly.

"King Primal…just what are you?" King Darrun Flamewake muttered as he watched. "Even with all our memories, none of this would be possible."

Before them, the mixture of purple and gold radiated a blinding wave of light, everything around it spinning in a rising hum.

HUUM!

Like an engine stirring to life.

In front of Achilles, a spinning purple-gold circular mass filled with Living Scripts hovered, pulsing and radiating waves of wonder. Achilles nodded to himself, his voice steady with accomplishment.

"The Nexus Core Runescripture of the Ancient Impenetrable Titanwall Dome...is now forged. Let's move."

Turning, he faced King Darrun Flamewake and the hundreds of Titan Dwarves floating above and those far below in the City of Titanfall, all staring up at him in awe.

He paid them little mind as he confirmed.

"All relevant materials are gathered, yes? I will take the Nexus Core Runescripture underground to the heart of Neon, and the Dome will be built from there. The more Titan Dwarves who can forge Runescripture that join us, the quicker we finish. I will act as the Primordial Forgemaster of this project. Does anyone object?"

…!

His voice boomed outward, heavy and final.

No one answered.

King Darrun Flamewake said nothing.

None dared question a being whose capabilities so clearly shattered expectations of race and heritage.

From the side, Rose watched, smiling as Achilles gave a light nod and rose toward the Kingdom of Neon.

"Let's go. We have a Kingdom to take to the skies."

---

In the Kingdom of Neon.

In the region where the Leyline Fracture of the Lightning Treants had once torn the land apart—

"Am I seeing things?" Major David muttered, shaking his head.

He stood amid shattered buildings just beginning reconstruction after the devastation. But now, where the Leyline Fracture had been sealed, a massive crystalline tower had risen—an enormous trunk of violet and gold that soared into the heavens.

Beside him, Eloise nodded, frost gathering around her body as she stared, dumbfounded.

"It has the same texture as what he used to shield us against the Treants...it's his, alright. Everything still feels surreal. I can't wrap my head around it. Is this really the same Transcendent Human who fought through the Leyline Fracture with us?"

Her voice trembled at the edge of disbelief.

Major David sighed, nodding.

"And now a Delegation from the Magitech Colony Dynasty is supposed to be coming here? With the True Magitech Throne herself leading it?"

The words felt like they belonged to a fairytale.

How could a ruler of an entire Dynasty already be en route to a city that had only days ago declared itself a kingdom?

And how could they all simply accept that the very man who raised this crystalline tower had awakened his Ability Factor mere days ago?

Yet they could only believe what their eyes witnessed, the massive purple-gold crystalline trunk rising into the sky, unfurling at its peak into a flower-like spread.

Golden and purple crystalline petals stretched outward, forming a flat land atop the tower, spanning nearly ten miles in diameter- a floating village in the skies.

And from this raised surface, vines twisted and danced in real time, weaving the first outlines of an intricate castle.

It was no longer Fort Cape of Hope, no longer a repurposed mansion stolen from the Lunaris Dynasty.

Achilles was building something of his own- for himself and for Rose.

A day or two ago, he would never have thought to do something so bold. But now, as King Primal, he could.

And no one could question him.

Not after he liberated Neon into a Kingdom, not after he prepared to lift it into the skies.

Thus was the Primal Neon Tower born.

Its trunk thick enough to support the weight of the city above, a land spread of crystal ten miles wide. Above it, vines twisted ever upward, fashioning an intricate castle like a living sculpture.

Six constructs stood like colossal sentinels—three Solareth Constructs and three Myxilith Constructs, shining in luminous white gold and silver brilliance.

And as the tower blossomed...

BZZT!

Above Neon, a transparent segment of the city's protective barrier peeled back. Through it floated massive humanoid suits—Magitech Frames—with buzzing mechanical wings, leading a young king who radiated a golden allure.

At the distant peak of the Primal Neon Tower, a massive Lunar Dreadnought and accompanying vessels approached. Inside, Dr. Shaw and others prepared for the meeting that would seal an alliance between the Kingdom of Neon and an entire Dynasty.

Below, Major David and Eloise jumped aboard a humming Enforcer Warship, rising toward the heavens.

"Let's go see it with our own eyes," David muttered. "Otherwise, I won't believe it really happened..."

The skies themselves seemed to bend as Neon's first grand assembly took form atop the Primal Neon Tower.

---

Above the Primal Neon Tower.

The Primordial Avatar of Achilles made his descent, landing beside the towering obsidian-purple Magitech Frames resting on the crystalline floor.

Behind him, Dr. Shaw, Luna, Nyxaria Moonveil Lunaris, Overseer Jackson, and two other Overseers arrived, awe filling their faces as they beheld the mechanical behemoths.

Achilles addressed them smoothly.

"We're doing some renovations. This place will serve for our discussions. Those behind me will handle the smaller details of the alliance. I intend to keep my focus on the bigger picture."

Always the small things- negotiations, logistics, agreements- piled up when one tried to lead.

But Achilles understood something to lessen all of this- to delegate!

Let others handle the infrastructure, the exchanges of technology, the aid agreements.

He would carve the future.

Even the True Magitech Throne seemed to respect this. She had ruled long enough to know- true leadership meant empowering capable officials.

On the screen of a Magitech Frame, her dark skin gleamed with an intense light. She nodded with a smile that was half intrigue, half approval.

"We'll leave a few Magitech Frames behind for the Kingdom of Neon, along with a fast communication network. All we require now are those purple-gold fruits you offered. What do you call them?"

On the screen, her Frame twirled one of the glimmering fruits in its mechanical fingers.

Achilles answered, his voice calm, almost casual.

"Primordium Evolutius Fruits- containing the essence of the old and new."

…!
