I Fucked My Mother-in-Law to Marry My Girlfriend

Chapter 7: Chapter 7 – Moving from a Studio to a Mansion

The luggage I brought from my studio apartment wasn't much.

Over the six years I lived alone, I hadn't spent much money, except for dates with Yeonji. Aside from clothes and daily necessities, items like the refrigerator and TV were part of the studio's furnishings, so I never bought them separately.

*'Is it a blessing in disguise that I don't have much?'*

Even if I had owned large appliances, they wouldn't have matched the mansion I was about to move into, nor would they have been necessary. They'd just end up as trash.

"Two suitcases for all my belongings…"

Combined, everything I owned fit into two suitcases, and one of them was nearly empty.

*'Well, I've been frugal all this time, so I guess that's a good thing in its own way!'*

From the start, my goal had been to work hard and buy a house. I saved as much as I could, and the minimal luggage I packed for this move reflected those efforts.

"Come to think of it, did I achieve my goal? …It's so overwhelming, I can't quite grasp it…"

Even if I had saved more money to buy a house later, I never imagined I'd live in such a grand place. It takes ten minutes just to walk from the front gate to the house through the garden…

The thought of living in a home I could never afford, even if I worked and saved my entire life, made me feel detached from reality.

"Haa… Everything else is fine, but… Mother-in-law…"

I'm thrilled that I've been allowed to marry Yeonji and that we're living together. But as Yeonji's boyfriend, what weighs most heavily on my conscience is my relationship with her mother.

No matter how much her mother has her reasons or her past, the fact that I'm "training" her is a huge blow to my conscience. Yet, I haven't been able to refuse her advances even once. Just today, I've received handjobs, blowjobs, and thigh rubs from her multiple times.

I can't look Yeonji in the eye, but I can't give up now either. My mind is a mess, but there's no clear way to resolve this.

"Let's think about the complicated stuff later and head out…"

As I packed my luggage and left the studio, Secretary Yeonhee was waiting for me.

"Am I a bit late?"

"It's alright. Please get in."

I awkwardly smiled at Yeonhee's curt reply, stowed my luggage in the trunk, and got into the car.

*'This is awkward…'*

Yeonhee is also a housemate living with us, but our relationship is a bit complicated. She's close to both Yeonji and her mother, but there's an underlying tension.

*'They said they'd explain later… I'll have to wait.'*

I've become part of the family, but I'm not close to anyone except Yeonji yet. So, I decided to wait and get to know them gradually.

*'But… it's so awkward…'*

Since it was our first time meeting, an uncomfortable silence hung in the air. To break the ice, I decided to speak up.

"By the way, I had no idea Yeonji was part of the Choi Han Group… haha…"

"The Madam and the young lady are hidden figures even within the Choi Han Group."

"Huh? Isn't your mother-in-law the CEO of the Choi Han Group?"

"No. To be precise, the Madam is the largest shareholder and the de facto owner of the Choi Han Group, but she doesn't get involved in management."

"Is that so… That's why I've never seen her in any Choi Han Group-related news."

"Yes, the Madam and the young lady prefer to live quietly… The young lady hasn't told anyone except her closest friends, so very few people know they're part of the Choi Han Group."

Given that the Choi Han Group is a global company, it's natural for its CEO to be well-known. But the current CEO is someone else, and I've never heard anything about the Madam or Yeonji. They stay out of management and keep their connection to the Choi Han Group under wraps, so only a select few are aware.

"The Madam could become the CEO of the Choi Han Group anytime she wants… but she's not that kind of person."

"…I see."

I've only just met her, so I can't claim to know everything, but I got the strong impression that she has no greed.

*'Well, she already has everything she needs, so there's no reason for her to want more…'*

Despite being part of the Choi Han Group, she doesn't flaunt it. She possesses enormous wealth and assets, and if she has no desire for fame, there's no need for her to involve herself in corporate management.

"Have you known Yeonji for a long time, Yeonhee?"

".....Yes, I've been serving the young lady since she was a child."

She seemed reluctant to elaborate, so I didn't press further. In the end, we couldn't break the awkwardness and drove to the mansion in silence.

.....

Upon arriving at the mansion, my mother-in-law was slightly surprised by how little luggage I had, but she didn't seem to mind much.

"Ah… Could you tell me where the nearest bus stop is around here?"

"Bus stop? Why do you ask?"

"Yes, I need to take the bus to work tomorrow."

"Work?… Ah… It's okay, you don't need to go to work anymore."

"Huh? What do you mean…"

I had made a marriage promise and moved in, but I hadn't quit my job.

*Ring ring*

Just then, my phone rang. It was the president of the delivery company, so I answered the call…

– Oh my, it's a shame for this driver to quit like this… But it's for a good reason, so that's great, haha!!

"P-President?"

– Okay, I think you're busy, so I'll hang up now. Let's have a drink sometime~

*Click*

The president, who's usually quite irritable, was suddenly so cheerful to an employee who just quit? I looked at my mother-in-law, and she gave me a faint smile.

*'I don't know what she did… but it looks like my mother-in-law had a hand in it…'*

As the hidden owner of the Choi Han Group, this kind of thing would be trivial for her.

I became unemployed in an instant, but I turned my head and looked around the house.

*'Do I… not need it?'*

There's no reason to continue working as a delivery driver now, and even if I did, it wouldn't mean much.

"Now you don't have to do hard work, Oppa! That's great!"

Yeonji, who always cheered me on, was happy that I quit my job, probably because she saw how hard I worked as a delivery driver. She hugged me tightly.

Yeonji had urged me several times to quit my job, offering to support me financially, but I kept working out of pride. Now, it ended so abruptly.

*'There's no point in being stubborn…'*

The moment I realized what kind of family Yeonji came from, there was no reason or meaning to cling to my pride anymore. So, even though it was sudden, I felt a sense of relief about quitting my job.

"Then I'll help you unpack, Oppa!"

"Okay, thank you, Yeonji."

Excited, Yeonji dragged my suitcase to what would be my room, followed by Yeonhee.

"Hehehe… Now we won't have to waste time because of work."

"Yes, Mother-in-law… Ugh?!"

As soon as the two of them disappeared, my mother-in-law smiled and approached me, gently placing her hand on my crotch.

"When Yeonji goes to school… and Yeonhee follows to help Yeonji… it'll just be us at home♥"

"S-Surely, Mother-in-law's goal is!?"

It's such an absurd reason, but if it's my mother-in-law, it's entirely possible that she made me quit my job just to have time to "train" me…

*'It's… plausible!'*

"Then, until the arrogant bitch becomes obedient… please take good care of me. Master♥"

With a seductive smile, my mother-in-law removed her hand from my crotch. I headed to my room to unpack, filled with both anticipation and fear about what my life would be like from now on.

.....

My room was, in a word, *huge.*

Considering the size of the house, it was to be expected, but honestly, it felt awkwardly large. My room alone seemed to be over 30 pyeong, with a separate bathroom, shower room, and dressing room.

"Hmm… It would be good to buy some more of Oppa's things."

"That's right. It's too bare."

I've always lived frugally, but honestly, two suitcases of luggage weren't enough to fill this spacious room. It had been empty for a long time, so there wasn't much furniture, which made it feel even more desolate. Aside from the bed and table, there was almost nothing, so it seemed like I needed to buy more.

"Hmm… Let's go to the department store together tomorrow to get the necessary furniture."

"Huh? W-with Mother-in-law?!"

"Oh my, do you not want to?"

"N-no! That's absolutely not it."

"I'll go with you!"

"No. Yeonji, you'll be late after school and your lectures… I'll just go with him and buy what we need. You can buy clothes together on the weekend."

"Hmm… Okay."

After a moment of thought, Yeonji agreed with her mother's suggestion and nodded.

"Please bear with it a little today, even if it's a bit uncomfortable."

"Ah… Yes, Mother-in-law…"

It wasn't just the lack of luggage—honestly, the bed was far better than what I used to have, and the room had everything else I needed, so it didn't seem like a problem.

"Then let's go to the living room and talk more. Since it's our first time living together, there are things we need to adjust to each other."

"Yes, Mother-in-law."

As my mother-in-law suggested, we all went to the living room and spent time discussing the house rules.

.....

That evening, after learning about the house rules and having dinner, I lay alone in my room.

"I want to be with Yeonji… Tsk."

I wanted to be with Yeonji, but…

*'Today, Lee-seobang also had a lot of things to do, so let him rest.'*

She had said that and deliberately separated us. I didn't know what she was thinking, but I was tired, so I spent time in my room scrolling through my phone.

As it got late, I went to Yeonji's room to say goodnight, gave her a tight hug, and then returned to my room. I turned off the lights and lay down on the bed.

*Knock knock*

"Lee-seobang."

"Mother-in-law?"

Just as I was about to fall asleep, my mother-in-law knocked on the door. I got up and headed to the door.
