Chapter 8 Add some spirit
Tongbeiquan focuses on "hand, eye, body, step", and there are 108 single-handed methods for hand techniques alone.
Each single-handed method can be trained from three aspects: posture, strength, and usage.
After mastering the posture, it is considered a preliminary entry, and then start to learn strength and usage.
In layman's terms, after mastering the basic movements, you can experience the force-generating skills of each basic movement and its usage in actual combat.
As for "eye technique", it is a skill that assists the "hand technique" attack. It can be said to be a predictive ability or a tactical learning.
Body technique is the basis of strength and is also part of the force.
Without the foundation of body technique, even if there is strength, it is "original strength" rather than "skill".
That is, it is only the force of a single part, and the strength of the whole body is not used to maximize one's strength.
The strength training of single-handed hand techniques is actually the strengthening of the body technique route.
Only after mastering these three can one be considered to have the basic fighting ability, and then there is the "connected hand" training, so that it can be considered to have the ability to fight in actual combat.
In short, after reading all of this, Li Ang did have some profound insights into Chinese martial arts.
No wonder traditional martial arts are in decline now.
Regardless of whether there is actual combat ability, the difficulty of entry alone is enough to make most people give up before seeing any results.
According to the above experience, even the most basic entry-level training must be in "months".
However, Li Ang is not in a hurry. The biggest help that skill solidification brings to him is that the movements he can master are on the right path, without taking detours or even hurting himself.
Since he started learning Tongbeiquan, Li Ang has not used every breakthrough point he has obtained on [Physical Fitness], but accumulated them.
He wanted to test what kind of impact it would have on him if he added points to [Spirit] or [Reaction].
After breakfast, his [Breakthrough Point] has reached 0.24.
The reason why he accumulated points before adding points is that if the improvement is too low, he may not be able to perceive the change.
Li Ang first followed the video in the CD and performed the whole set of moves.
Although his memory has improved a lot, after a night of sleep, he still forgot some of the movements.
After the whole set, his movements were not graceful, and even fluent were completely unattainable.
With a little idea in mind, Li Ang added all his [breakthrough points] to [spirit].
Name: Li Ang
Strength: 7.92
Constitution: 10.03
Reaction: 10.30
Spirit: 13.40
Breakthrough point: 0
Skills:
[Cycling] 152/200 (skilled)
(Features: Lower limb strength and endurance increased by 10%)
[Running] 12/200 (skilled)
(Features: Lung capacity increased by 10%)
The moment the points increased, Li Ang felt that his brain was wrapped in a refreshing feeling like taking mint.
However, this feeling came and went quickly. If Li Ang really wanted to say that he could feel the difference in his brain immediately, he couldn't really say it.
After all, the increase in [Spirit] this time was only about 2%, which was not a breakthrough.
But in the following practice, Li Ang still found some differences.
That is, his thinking seemed to become more active. When practicing a certain action, he would not only copy its posture in his mind.
At the same time, he would also think to a certain extent, why this action should be so powerful? If this posture is slightly adjusted, will it be more suitable for his body? Can breathing at this point make his power more smooth?
And other questions like these kept emerging during his practice.
At the same time, he also had a different understanding of standing in a pile than yesterday.
He understood that standing in a pile is not only about standing in a "form", but more importantly, the "inside" of it.
First, you have to understand why you should stand in a pile? What part of your body is the pile exercise trained? Only in this way can you get started.
For ordinary people, these things can't be done at the same time.
In fact, this does not conflict with the requirement of martial arts training to have no distractions, because his current thoughts are not distractions, but training with the brain. According to traditional martial arts, this is called enlightenment.
Li Ang's body is doing the movements while his brain is thinking at the same time, and theory and practice are constantly verified.
Although he can only have a vague feeling about many things, the sense of gain brought by these things is real.
This sense of gain from practice has also become his motivation for practice.
It was not until the body felt a strong sense of emptiness that Li Ang came back to his senses and found that it was noon.
According to his usual habits, he had to eat at ten o'clock, and coupled with the continuous physical and mental activities, it is not an exaggeration to say that he is now starving.
Obviously, a strong [spirit] can also be said to increase the power consumption of his body.
Li Ang is a little skeptical. If he did not choose to increase [physique] first at the beginning, but added [spirit] all at once, could his body withstand it?
When he opened the refrigerator, he found that there were only a few ingredients left. Fortunately, Li Ang took them all out and cooked a whole meal.
He roughly estimated that his daily food intake was about the same as that of two adults of the same size.
This amount of food was not outrageous, and it was within the range of many fitness experts.
However, this also made his already limited savings even more stretched.
After a delicious meal, Li Ang rested for an hour, then rode his broken bicycle again to the supermarket for a big purchase.
As soon as he got on the bicycle, Li Ang subconsciously adjusted all parts of his body to the best condition. This proficiency in the [cycling] skill has made his technical level not inferior to some amateurs who have been cycling for many years.
At this time, Li Ang had completed this approximately 17-kilometer journey in just 40 minutes.
At this speed, if he was riding a road bike, it can be said to be pretty good, better than most people.
But if it was a women's bicycle that didn't even have a gearshift function, anyone who saw it would have to shout "Wardfa!"
After getting off the bicycle, wiping the sweat off his face, and doing a simple two-minute stretch, Li Ang looked at his panel and found that his attributes had improved again.
Not only did his proficiency in [Cycling] increase by 34 points, but his physique and strength also increased by 0.03 and 0.01 respectively.
With the experience of the previous two purchases, Li Ang went straight to the special offer area this time.
It's not that he can't afford organic food, but discounted products are more cost-effective.
