I'm Really Not A Nen Exorcist (HxH Fanfic)

Chapter 440: Chapter 440 Kill Steal

In less than a minute...

The four core members of the Erimo Bandit Group had all perished at Ging's hands.

Moses watched the battle from the sidelines, his eyes gleaming with excitement, his heart pounding.

The chained iron ball casually picked up from beside a corpse,

The mysterious Divine Script that seemingly bore the effects of 'teleportation' and 'explosion', carved in just ten seconds,

The skillful technique of kicking back the Emission-Type Aura Blade,

And the Nen Technique where he manipulated rainwater into deadly water blades with just his hands.

Moyu saw all the things that Jin showed.

All these feats demonstrated by Ging were etched deeply into Moses's mind.

The combination of the Divine Script and advanced Nen Techniques…

Together, they wove an attack so unpredictable and overwhelming that it left no room for defense.

Moses witnessed firsthand the terrifying potential of advanced Nen Techniques when pushed to their limits, and he also saw the hidden utility and function of the Divine Script in Nen Battles.

As a result, Moses became more interested in Divine Script and he also had a clearer understanding of how to wield advanced Nen Techniques.

Most Nen Users know that Nen can make something as thin as paper as sharp and hard as a blade.

This is common knowledge.

But how many Nen Users would think to turn the ubiquitous rainwater into a weapon?

Even if they could imagine such a tactic, how many would be able to pull it off?

In this battle, Ging gave Moses a new perspective.

It was as though-

The endless rain, the muddy ground filled with debris, and even the corpses or weapons of the enemies could, at any moment, become Ging's 'allies', offering him the assistance needed to solve whatever 'problem' he faced.

'Rainwater…'

Moses stretched out his hand, allowing the continuous rain to fall into his palm.

Within just a second or two, a small pool of rainwater had gathered in his upturned palm, and tiny ripples soon appeared on the surface.

Looking down at the rain water that gathered in his palm and was creating ripples, Moses's mind quickly thought back to the process of Ging's earlier manipulation of rainwater.

That was an incredibly swift Nen control, with Aura seeping out from his palm and fingertips, and then instantly merged with the rain that touched the palms, shaping into a water blade that could take people's lives.

Moses's mind stirred slightly, and he released his Nen to wrap around the small amount of rainwater on his palm.

With his Nen wrapped around it, the falling raindrops were blocked by the Aura, and the ripples on the water's surface gradually disappeared.

Then, Moses attempted to alter the shape of his Nen.

Under his control, the Nen enveloping the water began to take the form of a crescent moon, and the rainwater within followed suit, transforming into the same crescent shape.

Moses, who is proficient in Emission and Manipulation, easily replicated Ging's technique of using Nen to shape the rainwater.

However,

Mimicking the technique alone meant little.

The true difficulty lay in the speed of Aura manipulation. Controlling the flow of Aura in battle is the most critical aspect of advanced Nen Battles.

It was this swift and fluid Aura flow, which is nearly impossible for opponents to react to, that allowed for such devastating attacks.

'Achieving extreme speed while maintaining nearly flawless precision… just how many years would it take for me to reach that level?'

Moses dispersed his Nen, and the rain, having lost its 'container', immediately fell to the ground.

Mastering such techniques required not only hard work but also an immense amount of time.

However, people with extraordinary talents can significantly shorten the time it takes to reach the finish line.

Moses didn't know how many years it would take for him to reach Ging's level.

But at the very least, he now had a clear goal.

At this moment, Moses's eyes gleamed with newfound resolve.

On the battlefield, with Andre and Agathe dead, the tide of the battle had turned in an instant.

The Erimo Bandit Group, which originally had the upper hand, now only had Miro as the lone commander.

Isolated and without support, he now faced the threat of five formidable Nen Users.

This is undoubtedly a hopeless situation.

Miro looked at the bodies of his comrades lying near Ging, his face gradually turning ashen.

The gap in strength was simply too great, filling him with utter despair...

If Andre, Agathe and Zaina had been able to hold out for at least three minutes against Ging, perhaps Miro might have still had the will to continue struggling and fighting.

But now, having personally witnessed Ging's monstrous strength that defied all reason, Miro's face turned pale with hopelessness, and he immediately gave up resisting.

"You've given up, huh?"

Ging looked calmly at Miro, whose Aura was now radiating defeat.

From the moment Ging had entered the battlefield, the fate of these criminals had been sealed.

Even if Miro still had a few tricks up his sleeve, it wouldn't change the inevitable outcome.

With Nen swirling around him, Ging slowly began walking toward Miro.

Outside the combat zone,

Heram, Satotz, and Quinn kept their eyes fixed on Ging without blinking.

'He truly lived up to his legend...'

'In terms of raw strength alone, he was so overwhelmingly powerful that it was suffocating.'

"Ging Freecss..."

Satsu stared intently at Ging, his eyes filled with excitement.

His transformation today was entirely due to Ging's influence.

In a sense, Ging was his idol.

Menchi and Shizuku, who had arrived at the tent ahead of Moses, had also witnessed Ging effortlessly deal with those Nen Users from the shadows, and they couldn't help but be startled.

"So strong…"

Shizuku looked at Ging and her heart trembled with awe.

Strictly speaking, the conjured Blinky wasn't a purely combat-oriented ability.

Therefore, the destructive power Shizuku displayed in battle mainly stemmed from her techniques and tactics.

Now that she had witnessed Ging's extreme and terrifying techniques, she was naturally shocked.

Without Ging's live demonstration...

Shizuku's understanding of technique would have remained confined to the limits of her own abilities.

This was a road that filled with thorns, one that requires constant struggle to push further. However, in less than a minute, Ging had shown her a wide, open highway stretching far into the distance.

Menchi felt similarly shaken by Ging's strength.

If the two of them had known that Ging's power ranked within the top five in the world, they might have been able to come to terms with it more easily...

The rain continued to patter down, splashing countless droplets on the ground.

Ging walked slowly toward Miro.

The latter stood frozen in place, much like a criminal awaiting the arrival of their sentence.

Maybe in less than ten seconds...

The leader who had founded the Erimo Bandit Group would be heading to hell with heavy sins on his back.

Moses retracted one of his shadows and looked hesitantly at Ging, who was gradually approaching Miro.

In fact, after Andre and Agathe had fallen, Moses had already fully grasped the splendor of a world-class Nen Master.

So-

Moses thought that instead of letting Ging casually finish off the now-defeated Miro, it might be better to let him squeeze out Miro's remaining value.

That's right.

He wanted to kill steal.

Once this thought surfaced, it became impossible to suppress.
