The two divine beasts turned to see their master standing by the entrance of the Dragon King’s vault with an apple in his hands and a very pissed off Sun Wukong who was glaring at the the Fiery Phoenix.

"Master, you are back" said Feng Huang as she ran and hugged Lucifer.

"Okay, easy there, I have been back for over decades now, it is not news" said Lucifer patting her back.

"But how, your body was supposed to be here, how can you come back without your body, no what am I even saying, your body is no longer here, so it means that you are truly back in your body but how did I not notice anything like a fluctuation, there has this be something like a phenomenon akin to your resurrection, this doesn’t make any sense" said the Dragon King really confused on what is actually going on.

"You should listen to yourself, you might not understand yourself" said Sun Wukong who sat down to catch his breath after being burnt literally alive and forgotten like a dog on the streets.

The Dragon King looked at Sun Wukong before looking at Feng and raised a brow at her.

Feng Huang just shrugged it off like it does not concern her.

Lucifer seeing all this just chuckled and walked into the vault properly "you have amassed a lot of golds throughout the years, that is quite an achievement, I am very pleased" said Lucifer as he inspected every one of the jewelries and the other shiny things the Dragon King had in his vault "I understand you are a Dragon who loves shiny things, but you got to tune it out a bit, least, you will be known as a greedy Dragon, but if that’s what you want, then no problem"

The Dragon King pondered on what Lucifer said and looked at all of his treasures that he and the Monkey King has gathered through their blood and sweat and shook his head "I will rather be called a greedy Dragon than lose any of this" he said while rubbing his latest collection with affection.

Lucifer laughed out loud when he heard that "you are truly a Dragon but you are not in your element" said Lucifer while thinking of the western Dragons.

Those strong and powerful Dragons, capable of laying waste to an entire continent with just their breath, strong four limbs that can tear anything and strong skin for defense.

He is not saying that the Western Dragons are better and more stronger than the Eastern Dragons.

No, they both have their strength and weakness, they both compliment one another.

While Western Dragons are physically strong, the Eastern Dragons are more attuned to the divine powers of the world, which means they are more of a mage than a warrior.

And the reason why he says, the Dragon King I’d not in his element is that the Western Dragons are known to be greedy and have this habit of kidnapping princesses.

So he plan to make the Dragon King a hybrid of the two types of Dragon to compliment his greedy nature and also his heritage as a Eastern Dragon.

Lucifer walked up to him and placed his hands in the forehead of the Dragon King.

As soon as the hands of Lucifer came upon the Dragon King, his entire aura changed, his hair danced with the winds and his clothes flutter while he began floating in the air.

And this continued for a while until the Dragon King began transforming into his Dragon Form.

He transformed into a large and long reptilian creature, with eight legs as he danced in the air before his body structure started to change and his eight legs combined together into four huge legs, he became robust, muscular and two large wings appeared on his back, huge horns protruded from his forehead.

He stood like a normal mammal but with the appearance of a reptile.

Lucifer looked at the new creation and was happy, he initially wanted to do this years ago after his trip to the Koguryŏ Realm but he could not due to the events after that, but now, he finally did it.

"Now this is what I called a Dragon" said Lucifer marvelling at his work.

"Woah, how did you do something like this, this is incredible and I doubt many could do it" said Sun Wukong who stared at the whole thing unfolding in front of his eyes.

"Simple actually, even you can do it, every gods and cultivators can do it but they have to be stronger than the one whom they want to empower" said Lucifer smirking at Sun Wukong "it is called Power Bestowal, very good when it comes to empowering allies and armies"

"Cool, you must teach me, I want to learn" said Sun Wukong with stars in his eyes as he number around Lucifer.

[SMACK]

Feng Huang smacked Sun Wukong at the back of his head causing the Monkey King to turn in her direction with a frown "what was that for, lady?" He asked.

"Did you not here that every being in the God Plane can do it?" Feng Huang replied glaring back at Sun Wukong.

Sun Wukong scoffed and turned his back at her and walked out of there not without giving the Fiery Phoenix on last look "mark my word, one day I will make you ask me for mercy when I have you under my feet" he said and immediately ran out of the vault.

"You"

"Let him be, that’s how he behaves, but he is not wrong, you know, he is going to do just that" said Lucifer as he looked at the Dragon King who was done with his transformation and was already back in his human form that was completely different from what it was.

"How do you feel?"

"Incredible and very powerful"

"Good, you are now the god of Dragons, so this should be normal" said Lucifer as he turned to look at Feng Huang "and as of you, you are no longer a pet of mine, you now belong to my wife, Lilith Morningstar, and I know it is going to be sad for you but trust me, you will come to love her as you do me"

Lucifer said cutting off the connection between him and the Phoenix while creating a connection between her and Lilith.

Feng Huang was sad that she was being abandoned by Lucifer as tears threatened to pour out of her eyes but she controlled herself and did not let her weakness show.

With nothing left to say any further, Lucifer decided to leave the two and go back in his search of Khaos and undo that damn link that binds them together.

"Send my regards to Sun Wukong" said Lucifer and with a snap of his finger, he disappeared from the vault.

The Dragon King looked at the sad expression of the Fiery Phoenix and sighed while going to comfort her "hey, even if you are no longer the Devil’s Pet, you are still his wife’s and I bet she will treat you right just like he did to you" he said as he hugged her.

Feng Huang scoffed and looked at the Dragon King "speak for yourself" she said as she freed herself from his grasps and walked out of the vault leaving the Dragon King to wonder what he did wrong to warrant the anger of Feng Huang.

He did not dwell much in that as he clenched his fists, feeling the tremendous power coursing through his veins "I such properly test my limit now" he said while leaving the vault.

"Madam, I don’t mean to sound rude or anything but I want to ask what is it that threatens the safety of the universe?" Exousia’s assistant asked as she has never seen Exousia this worked up before.

Exousia sighed and rubbed her forehead thinking of ways to explain the situation to her in a way she would be capable of understanding but she could not come up with a way "there are things beyond your understanding and it must remain that way" she said dismissing her assistant who nodded and left with a confused face.
