"Then stick with your master for now. Once I've taken Gon back, I'll return and help you develop your Hatsu," Ging said.

"Huh?"

Kastro was slightly taken aback. "Help me develop my ability?"

"What are you spacing out for? Hurry up and thank Ging," Morin reminded him from the side.

While Ging might be an unpredictable and eccentric individual, his expertise in Nen abilities was beyond reproach.

Given Ging's extensive experience and insights, he would undoubtedly be able to help Kastro create the most suitable enhancement-based ability for him.

This would also save Morin the effort of helping Kastro develop his Hatsu himself.

After all, Kite's Nen ability was entirely taught by Ging.

Although Kite sometimes complained about his ability when using it, there was no denying how smoothly it worked for him.

In fact, that very ability had saved Kite's life during his confrontation with Neferpitou.

Ging's custom-tailored abilities might not always be the strongest or most practical, but they were always the most suitable for the individual, allowing them to fully realize their potential.

That said, how many people in this world could earn the privilege of having Ging personally craft an ability for them?

After Morin's nudge, Kastro finally came to his senses. His eyes lit up as he quickly bowed and said, "Thank you, Ging-senpai!"

Since stepping into the world of Nen, Kastro had developed a keen understanding and admiration for the craft.

He was particularly amazed—and a bit envious—of the many practical and convenient tools his master casually pulled out, all of which were conjured through Nen.

After learning this, Kastro's desire to develop his own ability only grew stronger.

Even after the Water Divination revealed he was an Enhancer, he didn't feel disappointed.

As long as the ability was suitable for him and felt right to use, he wasn't picky.

"No need to be so formal," Ging waved dismissively. "If anything, I should be thanking you all."

"Once I have time, I'll bring my disciple over to meet you guys," he added with a rare hint of humor.

The sun dipped lower as the three of them talked, and the dark veil of night was beginning to settle over the land.

"Alright, we've talked enough. It's getting late," Ging said, glancing at the sky. "I'll take Gon back first, then return later."

As he turned to leave, Morin stopped him.

"Wait a second!"

"Huh?"

"Before you go, let's shake hands."

"Shake hands?" Ging asked suspiciously.

Under Ging's puzzled gaze, Morin suddenly produced a pair of gloves, a unique blend of purple and red. The wrist portion was purple, while the palm and fingers were red.

In just a few swift motions, Morin had donned the gloves. As soon as they were on, a faint glow emanated from them, and then—visibly—disappeared, as though the gloves had turned invisible.

"All done."

Morin smiled brightly. "Come on, just a quick handshake."

[Ability Copy Gloves]! Ging's incredible talent—copied!

Ging:

Do you think I'm blind? Or stupid?!

"Hey, hey, hey!" Ging gave Morin a look of disdain. "You're being so blatant about it! Do you think I'm an idiot?"

He genuinely felt like his intelligence had been insulted.

Pointing at Morin's seemingly normal hands, Ging asked, "What's that weird tool you've got there? Are you trying to prank me?"

His tone was filled with suspicion.

Through their conversation, Ging had begun to grasp Morin's personality.

Coupled with what he'd learned about Morin's interactions with others—like Ishukube—Ging didn't think Morin was a bad person.

Still, seeing Morin put on that suspicious glove right in front of him, Ging couldn't help but think it was some sort of prank.

After all, who knew if it was a tool designed to mess with him?

And why would Ging think that?

Well, let's just say he had plenty of personal experience in this area.

Morin clapped his hands and said, "This isn't a prank tool. If it were, I'd be using it secretly, not blatantly showing it to you."

Ging's suspicion only deepened. "So you do have prank tools! I'll have to keep an eye on you from now on."

"If I wanted to prank you…"

Morin smirked. "No amount of caution would save you."

"Oh, really?" Ging wasn't about to back down.

He raised a hand to stop Morin, "Alright, tell me—what exactly do those gloves do?"

"These?"

Morin raised his hands and explained, "They're called the [Ability Copy Gloves]."

Item: [Ability Copy Gloves]

Effect: When wearing these gloves, shaking hands with someone allows you to copy their abilities and skills. For instance, shaking hands with Edison would grant you his genius for invention. However, shaking hands with a second person will overwrite the first person's abilities and skills.

After explaining the gloves' function, Morin grinned.

Ging: ...

"Do I even have any abilities or techniques worth copying?!"

Hearing this, Ging became even more cautious. "If you're talking about causing chaos or acting recklessly, I can guarantee I'm second to none."

Hmm, this guy truly has some self-awareness.

"Relax, no need to get so worked up."

Morin looked at Ging as if he were a priceless treasure. "What I want is just your talent in combat."

"My talent in combat…"

It was only then that Ging remembered—he did have something that set him apart from others.

"Yeah, whenever I take a hit from a Nen ability, I can replicate it pretty accurately—about 80 to 90% of it."

And that wasn't even his Nen ability; it was purely his natural talent.

During the Election Arc, when Ging refused to meet Gon, he took a punch from Leorio, who was furious on Gon's behalf.

Later, when Ging was about to join Beyond Netero's expedition team, Pariston provoked the situation, leading some lackeys with guns to chase after both him and Pariston.

In an underground passage, right in front of Pariston, Ging unleashed a barrage of punches at the ground with incredible speed. The ground erupted like splashing water, sending debris flying.

Shortly after, electrical-like aura surged through the ground.

Pariston quickly recognized that this was the same move Leorio had used to punch Ging earlier.

Before the lackeys could even process what was happening, countless fists erupted from beneath the ground, knocking them all out.

Pariston, visibly shaken, asked Ging:

"Is your Nen ability the ability to copy other people's techniques?"

For someone like Pariston, who rarely showed genuine emotion, his shock was evident.

It was clear just how much this ability had rattled him.

Ging, however, casually picked his nose and replied, "You're overthinking it. It's not that big of a deal."

"All I need to do is take a hit from an ability once, and I can mimic it pretty well," Ging explained. "If I had to describe it, it's just a talent I happen to have."

Just once—that was all it took for him to learn an ability to near perfection.

And it wasn't just limited to basic punches or kicks, but actual Nen abilities!

Not only could he mimic them, but Ging also had an extraordinary understanding of Nen and unmatched talent, allowing him to build upon what he learned.

For instance, after taking Leorio's punch, he immediately grasped that Leorio's desire to be a doctor influenced his Nen. Ging deduced that Leorio had accidentally developed his ability during his medical training, using emitted aura as a substitute for ultrasonic waves.

Ging quickly adapted this concept, converting his own aura into ultrasonic waves. He then used it to locate enemies hiding behind walls.

But Ging didn't stop there. Using the same concept, he devised a new technique resembling a doctor breaking up a patient's blood clots. He sent an aura projectile through the wall, knocking out enemies on the other side with a single move—like striking a mountain to move a cow!

Ging's talent, combined with his extensive experience from years of traveling and battling countless opponents, allowed him to create a perfect synergy.

If you consider the original Hunter x Hunter story, it's safe to assume that Ging had encountered and learned at least 50 to 100 abilities from his battles with various enemies.

Coupled with his genius-level intellect, even without using his own Nen ability, Ging could analyze an opponent's weaknesses, identify flaws, and counter them with copied abilities that the opponent couldn't handle.

This was why Pariston was so shocked by Ging's natural talent.

Ging's innate ability to mimic others' powers without needing elaborate conditions made him genuinely terrifying.

To summarize: Ging is a Hunter who has mastered 50 to 100 different Nen abilities, capable of switching between them flexibly during battle.

His own unique Nen ability? Well, since Togashi hasn't revealed it yet (probably busy playing mahjong), that remains a mystery for now.

No wonder Ging, at just a little over 30 years old, was recognized by Netero as one of the top five Nen users in the world.

With so many copied abilities at his disposal, it was no surprise that Morin felt assured leaving Kastro's training in Ging's hands.

But this didn't stop Morin from coveting Ging's talent.

That talent was just too good to pass up!

Effortlessly learning someone else's ability? It was leagues better than Chrollo's Skill Hunter, which required strict conditions to steal abilities and needed the book to be opened to the specific page to use them.

Compared to Ging, Chrollo's restrictions were just… too much.

Sometimes, you simply can't compare when it comes to natural talent.

Take the Nostrad family, for instance. Neon was born with the Specialist ability Lovely Ghostwriter, which could predict the future. Such gifts are like divine blessings.

But Ging's insane, unreasonable level of talent? That was more than just a blessing—it was monstrous.

Morin speculated that Ging's talent likely came from his ancestor, Don Freecss, who was currently exploring the Dark Continent.

Bloodline inheritance seemed plausible.

A good example would be the Zoldyck family's fourth son, Alluka Zoldyck. Alluka's abilities were likely a result of Zigg Zoldyck (Zeno's grandfather) bringing something back from the Dark Continent, which manifested in the bloodline.

In the strange and dangerous Dark Continent, anything could happen—both good and bad.

And Ging's talent was undoubtedly one of the good things.

With such a remarkable ability before him, Morin certainly wasn't going to let it slip by!

"So what you're after is this talent of mine?" Ging finally relaxed a bit.

To him, the idea of someone copying his talent seemed far less troubling than being pranked or harassed.

"If you want it, go ahead and copy it."

Ging extended his hands nonchalantly. "What do I have to do?"

"Just shake hands," Morin replied.

He placed his hands on Ging's, and a current-like sensation coursed through his body.

"All done!"

Morin immediately withdrew his hands and put on his gloves.

Having copied Ging's talent and skills, Morin was satisfied. He didn't want to touch anyone else and risk overwriting Ging's abilities with someone else's.

"That's it?" Ging inspected his hands. "I don't feel any different."

"Of course you don't—it doesn't affect you in any way."

Morin, now in an excellent mood after securing Ging's talent, smiled. "Okay, you can take Gon and leave now."

Ging: "…" So cold and practical?!

After being tossed aside, Ging rolled his eyes at Morin in disdain.

With the day growing late, Ging knew he had to take Gon back.

After bidding farewell to Morin and Kastro, Ging walked out of the starting hut with Gon in tow.

While this hut was technically the starting point for players, Ging treated it like an exit instead.

What else would you expect from the creator? The man acted with the absolute freedom of someone with admin privileges.

When Ging and Gon arrived back at Eta's hut, Ging was stopped by her before he could leave.

A virtual screen lit up in front of him.

"Hey, Ging, did you meet that guy?"

Onscreen, Dwun asked impatiently, his curiosity obvious. The other creators also leaned in, clearly interested.

"You mean Morin?"

Ging felt like rolling his eyes at this group of gossips.

"So that guy's name is Morin, huh?"

The others silently noted the name.

"He's fine. His tools are impressive. That's all," Ging replied dismissively, ready to leave with Gon.

"Wait, wait, wait!"

The others were clearly dissatisfied with Ging's vague answer.
