Two people were looking at each other with a complicated expression on their faces as they stood a few feet away from each other.

Gabriel had a complicated expression on her face as she didn't know what to say or do.

He didn't want to be hated by someone he had fond memories of , although it was his father's memories he could see that Gabriel was a very gentle and pure person.

If she somehow was angry at his father for God's death then he didn't make it hard for her by trying to be in her presence.

Seeing the son of your father's killer might be a hard thing for anyone so he wouldn't blame Gabriel for hating him or being cold to him.

The hesitant expression on her face and her silence only strengthened his guess as he was more hesitant on talking to her.

No matter how mature he was or memories he had , he was still a child

Gabriel on the other hand seeing the hesitation of the child felt that he was uncomfortable in her presence and this made her sad and she took didn't know what to do.

Due to a small misunderstanding an awkward atmosphere formed as two people who very much wanted to talk to each other became hesitant with the intention of not wanting to make the other party uncomfortable.

Venelana felt amused seeing this situation, she wanted to laugh a little bit she held it in.

She knew that Gabriel didn't harbour any hatred or enmity towards Helel or any of his kind. She understood why Gabriel was hesitant and she could also see Vivian's hesitation.

But in the end she decided to push him slightly from the back gently in an encouraging manner.

Vivian who felt his mother push him gently turned his head towards Venelana and after seeing her gentle smile , he calmed down and took a few deep breaths.

The worst that would happen was Gabriel would get angry at him or shout at him and try to take her anger out on him.

But that was fine, atleast in this way she would be able to vent her grievance , he felt Gabriel was a person that did not need to go through the heartache she went through and if her shouting at him would make her feel better then it would be good.

But he hoped that would not be the case.

Vivian walked closer to Gabriel until he stood a few feet away from her as he nervously shifted a bit.

Gabriel too was nervous as she clenched her fists.

Vivian hesitantly called out to her.

"A-Aunt Gabbie"
