Chapter 3: Useless Miwa 2. Learning about Jujutsu Sorcery
"I am Maki. Just call me Maki."
"Tobe Inumaki. Salmon."
"Panda!"
"Hora hora! I am Gojo Satarou, and I will be your sensei this year!"
I sat next to Maki, and I couldn't help but feel that I should have a heavenly restriction for not having a cursed technique.
Maybe I should try a binding vow? To boost my physical stats in return of giving up my innate cursed technique.
Or, do I really don't have a cursed technique?
How does one even get to know what their cursed technique is?
Maybe I do have a cursed technique due to my past life?
So until I know for sure, I wouldn't try bounding vows.
"Alright! So this year, we have a Panda, a cursed tool user from the Zenin clan, a cursed speech user, and...?"
"Umm, I can imbube cursed energy in my katana and body? Like, strengthening?"
"Almost everyone can do that."
"I don't know..."
"Alright! It's no big deal! Everyone, your first class will be, running! To the playground we go!"
-----------------------
"Alright! 3!
1! Go!"
Startled by this wierd start, our starting was ruined. I reinforced my whole body with cursed energy and started running as fast as I could.
Yet, Maki was too fast. Atleast I am faster than Inumaki and Panda.
In the 400m dash, Maki came first, I came second with taking double her time, Inumaki came in third, and Panda came in last.
Sigh, even with all the training I have done since birth, and reinforcing myself with Cursed Energy, I couldn't come close to even an unawakened Maki.
Gojo-sensei got a call, and he looked at us.
"Alright. There are books in the library. Today, you all just familiarise yourselves with each other, explore the dormitory, or play. I have a job to do."
He flew up to the sky, and looked like he teleported.
What a show-off.
Since his cursed technique is Limitless, related to space, he might be making the distance between two points infinitely small, allowing such movement.
Since he doesn't need to care about what happens to the air, he first goes up in the sky, and then goes to above the location he needs to go, while making sure that there aren't any instructions that can cause damage. Otherwise, he would have directly moved towards the location.
Limitless is such a hax cursed technique. It can probably still be bypassed if the speed of an opponent is faster than his automatic brain, so most of Narutoverse will stomp him.
Anyway, I don't have to think about that. He is strongest in this verse. Fraudkuna only won because of Megumi's body and Mahoraga, and having full information on Gojo while Gojo probably didn't even know about Mahoraga's ability until he fought it.
Information is still the key huh, even with revealing abilities making them stronger.
Shaking away those thoughts, I looked at Panda.
I wonder if he will be offended if I pinch his cheeks?
And it seemed like Maki and Inumaki are also curious about Panda.
"Ah! I am a cursed sentient puppet, created by Director Yaga. I am Panda. And I can eat other food aside from bamboo. And I don't really have a cursed technique."
Oh. A person who doesn't have cursed technique, like me!
"Salmon."
Inumaki said, and wrote cursed speech on a paper.
"I don't have even the basic requirements of being a sorcerer, not having any cursed energy. But I will become the head of the Zenin clan."
Maki said, putting her wooden sword into the ground.
So she didn't reveal that she can't see cursed spirits without her glasses.
"Well, I also don't have any cursed technique. But I have been practicing controlling cursed energy using chakra control methods from Naruto... And while I have not been able to form Rasengan, I can enforce my weapons and body with cursed energy!"
I showed by wooden katana getting enforced by my cursed energy.
Cursed energy is very difficult to control.
While I had cursed energy since birth, I was able to gather it in my legs and walk up a tree only two years ago.
I watched a lot of movies while being stuck on my room's ceiling, and fell on the bed too often.
I have been imbuing my wooden katana with cursed energy for years, but it is only now that I can maintain it steadily in sharp form without having to actively think about it.
"Well, I am going to the library. Anyone wants to come?"
All three of them denied it, so I had to go alone.
In the library, there were many books.
For now, I ignored the history section which has the largest section, and took out books on bounding vows, reverse cursed energy and techniques, body and weapon enforcements, barriers and Domain Expansion.
The books were rather thin.
Bounding vow is basically divided into two types. One is with oneself, and the other is with others.
Breaking a binding vow is vary harmful, and breaking a binding vow with others is 'worse than death'.
Reverse cursed energy is multiplying cursed energy with cursed energy. Meaning multiplying negative energy with negative energy to give positive energy.
Body and weapon enforcements weren't explained that well, aside from the fact that continuously imbuing a weapon with ones cursed energy makes the weapon a cursed weapon, taking on the properties of the cursed technique of person imbuing cursed energy.
So, the person who created Inverse Spear of Heaven must have a cursed technique nullification sort of technique.
Hmm... so my wooden katana is also a cursed weapon? So, maybe, just maybe if I have a cursed technique, it will take its properties?
The books say that people instinctively knows what their cursed technique is when they awaken it between the age of 4 and 6.
Some inherit the cursed techniques passed down by parents and clan, and some awaken techniques related to their character.
Since I am a reincarnator, can I please have Mahito's cursed technique!? Or even money release, since I was lamenting about poor-ness at that age?
"Cursed Technique: Money Release."
I whispered, but nothing happened.
All I heard was someone's laughter.
"Pfft!"
I turned around, and saw Gojo-sensei laughing at me.
And without caring about the stern gaze of the librarian, he started laughing more loudly.
"Hahahaha! Money Release!? Hahahaha!"
...I am starting to hate him.
