Multiverse selection 1 Fairy Tail Karna

It was a wonderful day in Fiore when the Fairy Tail dragons decided to go for a quest.

"Grrrr" (We want to go for this one) Agni took the quest poster to Mira.

Mira looked at the quest and found out that the quest involved the hunting down of a few beasts in the mountains.

"Alright then, make sure to bring the body of the beasts you kill alright." Mira said as she approved the quest.

"Grruu" Agni gave a nod and went with Ash who was sitting there with Macao and grunting at him.

"Wow, Mira, you can understand what they are talking about" Lucy was astonished at the way they were communicating.

"Haha, since they are smart animals they understand human speech Lucy. Plus, we were here since the time those two were raised as babies, so we can understand most of what they mean to say" Mira said as she filled another cup of beer for the customers. "Plus, they are patient enough to take time in telling us what they want as well. You might pick it up faster than you think Lucy"

"Hmm, by the way can they do quests with clients who are a bit difficult to deal with" Lucy asked.

"Well, they mostly do the quest given to us by the officials of Magnolia like clearing the nearby forests and kill any dangerous special beast that wanders towards here like the one they just took. But sometimes a few guildmembers ask them to join on certain quests that are a bit difficult for them.

Since both of them had reached A rank, they are actually great partners to take with you to your quests. Though you have to give a major part of the reward to them if you are not doing any work, most of the guildmembers who are good at info gathering ask their help in many things" Mira said

At the time in the mountains

Ash and Agni were the Magnolia favourites when it comes to quests that involve protection of the nearby lands. When given to any other Guildmember, although there will not be any loss of human life, the resulting collateral damage will be twice as much or more than what the creatures themselves would have done.

But Ash and Agni on the other hand was raised by Karna and Cana who actually have a record of having almost no collateral damages. Plus, the two dragons were also raised by Porlyosika when they were little.

Theis resulted in them being more than careful enough in quests with the aim of taking care of the targets before they can cause any further harm to anyone.

"Grruu" (Do you think we will turn into winged dragons that Karna talked about soon) Ash growled.

"Graa" (according to him, as long as we gain more and more victories and experience, we will transform into it sooner or later) Agni replied

"Gruuu" (should we fight with Natsu again?)

"Gruuh" (Me too that's why I am telling you to take more quests, there is a chance of the quest turning into something that can help us grow)

By now they had finished cleaning out almost all the beasts that they had to hunt and was about to go back to the guild with a few spoils they had collected to present as proof to the city hall. But on the way, they heard a noise.

"Please, don't take my child!!"

The moment they heard it, they looked at each other and nodded silently, they dropped the bags they were carrying and used quick attack to move towards where the voice was heard.

Within seconds, they reached a small clearing. They saw a carriage filled with children guarded by a few men. The children seemed to be tired and malnutritioned as if they were in that situation for a few days and was just given enough to survive.

They also saw a burly man trying to take a child away from a mother who was trying her best to cover the child while crying.

"Enough already!, I am taking this child away for the sake of resurrecting Zeref. Your daughter is going to be used for the noble purpose of resurrecting him"

"I don't know anything, please don't take my child away" the mother cried.

"Mama, mama" the child at the time was crying seeing the wounds on her mother.

"Damn it, its your fault you're going to die" the man shouted as a magic circle formed on his hand.

That was enough for both the Charmeleons. They immediately rushed in to take them down.

The kidnappers were not able to do anything as they did not expect it. Ash did a fire punch on the guard who was about to use the magic on the mother, making him smash into a tree further away. Agni on the other hand got close to the carriage and used Fire storm.

With the amount of mastery on fire she had from training all these years, she was able to turn firestorm into a barrier that protected the children in the carriage while creating a dangerous rotating flaming wall on the outside.

"Grrrrrrr" (We can go all out now) Agni growled.

"Grrrr" (Way ahead you on that matter)

The others were now preparing their respective magic. Seeing the shapes of the two creatures who attacked them, they were shocked at first, but since the world of magic had a lot of weird things, they adapted easily.

"Grrrrr" (Do we have to keep anyone alive) Ash asked

"Grruuuu" (the guy you knocked out earlier was the leader, we can use him to find their headquarters)
