Chapter 318 Heading to Wushan
A day later, Su Han had arranged various matters, and Yan Meiyu, Bai Qiuwen, among others, left matters to their deputies and came together to Huiyuan City.
Zhou Wentao and the other two had been waiting for a long time. Lone Wolf and Yang Chaojian summoned their flight Angel Envoys, ready on the side.
"Do we have a special route guide?"
When Su Han approached them, he suddenly asked, which left Lone Wolf and the others stunned.
"I flew along the highway."
The speaker was Lone Wolf, who was quite embarrassed, but flying along the highway, the original road signs were the best guidance; one could say it was an inelegant but practical method.
Obviously, though, that's not what Su Han meant.
"Alright then."
Su Han was somewhat disappointed, especially having heard about a plan like Star Torch, he thought that the Southwest Military Preparedness Force had already developed some sort of lighthouse technology.
He turned to look at Yang Chaojian and said, "You communicate with Tian Limeng, and it's not necessary to fully enter the sensation of the Spiritual World. Just knowing his location is sufficient. Tell him not to hide his presence."
Yang Chaojian immediately understood Su Han's intention, which was to use the connection with each other, taking Tian Limeng as a coordinate, to navigate directly through the fog.
Yang Chaojian was somewhat troubled and said, "But I have to control the Slaughter-winged Bat, and if the Spiritual Energy consumption is too large, it will be difficult to fly too far and instead may delay us."
"Slaughter-winged Bat?"
Su Han's eyes shifted to the giant grey bat with a wingspan of about twenty meters and a height of about seven to eight meters, with one larger and one smaller wing, the edges fitted with fine scales forming a barely visible cutting edge, indeed like blades.
However, after only sensing it for a moment, Su Han shook his head. It was just Lower Tier of the Third Order.
"Who said we're using your Angel Envoy to fly over there?"
As Su Han's words fell, the Book of Blood Spirit lit up, and a gargantuan crimson figure immediately shrouded the sky. Its presence instantly bore down on the Winged Demon Ghoul and the Slaughter-winged Bat, almost pressing their forms to the ground. Continue reading on My Virtual Library Empire
Zhou Wentao and the others wore shocked expressions, watching the hundred-meter-long Blood Dragon slowly descend from the sky, its casual movements generating gusts of wind.
Was this his Angel Envoy?
Without a doubt, this had to be another one of Su Han's Angel Envoys, considering the two known ones so far.
One, a Mother Worm, manipulating swarms of insects, with exceptional psychokinetic power.
The other was the crimson dragon before them, and while its exact capabilities were unknown, just its Flight Ability alone was already sufficient.
Zhou Wentao and the others could unapologetically say that Su Han's deployment of Angel Envoys was incredibly comprehensive.
There was no sign of the desperation found in an apocalyptic crisis forcing a blind selection of Angel Envoys.
"Everyone get on my Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon. Yang Chaojian will navigate, and I'll take on some of the mental energy consumption. A journey of over a thousand kilometers shouldn't exhaust you."
"No problem."
Yang Chaojian knew Su Han's strength. There was something he hadn't said to Zhou Wentao, although it was just a feeling.
When facing Su Han, that immense mental energy was far stronger than even Elder Li's.
"Get on."
Su Han had the Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon release a Blood Spring, with thick blood water surging like mercury, then forming a staircase connecting the back of the Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon to the ground.
Zhou Wentao and the others' gazes flashed with surprise; this was clearly one of the Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon's abilities.
They all mounted the back of the Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon, whose hundred-meter-long body could easily accommodate several people. Once everyone was securely standing, blood scales on the back oozed out much blood water, which coalesced in front of each person into two spike-like handgrips.
"Hold tight, and sit well. It'll be a bit fast, so just bear with it."
The Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon soared into the sky, and Zhou Wentao and the others swayed unexpectedly. Looking back at the Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon, its wings were already beating, propelling it into the fog, rising about four or five hundred meters.
Yang Chaojian immediately activated his talent and communicated with Tian Limeng at the Wushan Base, then pointed to a place in the white and vast fog, "Fly over there."
Su Han nodded slightly, and the Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon quickly flew in that direction. Meanwhile, he siphoned some of the Mother Worm's psychic energy to bolster himself and channeled it into the Spiritual Thoughts link established by Yang Chaojian, providing sustaining energy.
At the same time, a ring of Psychokinetic Power expanded outward, about five hundred meters in radius, to sense the surroundings, avoiding potential collisions with mountains due to the high speed.
Su Han's primary objective for this trip was, of course, to lend aid. He also wanted to further understand the Wushan Base and the Star Torch project, but this did not mean he wasn't interested in claiming some spoils.
Two Fourth Order Rank monsters, whether Evolved Kind or Mutant Kind, these were scarce Fusion materials.
Currently, only his Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon had reached Fourth Order Superior. The Nine-Snake Mother Tree was now fusing Spiritual Energy ore and Lamp Tree Crystals. By the time he returned for another operation in the Spiritual Energy Blood Sea, reaching Fourth Order Superior would likely be settled.
The remaining Insectoid Titan and Mother Worm were both at Fourth-order Intermediate level; their advancement paths still lacked a bit of significance.
Fusing with the Spiritual Energy Blood Sea was one route, but it did not mean there were no other options. The two Black Sturgeon Beasts in front of him were clearly another choice.
After all, bringing these two fish back alive was impossible. He, Su Han, was not a fisherman—hauling two fish over a thousand miles back home was unimaginable and way too cumbersome.
On-site Fusion, enhancing strength, was the best choice.
The question was, should it be for the Insectoid Titan or the Mother Worm?
While pondering along the way, the Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon flew towards Wushan City at full speed. The dense fog whisked past the flanks of the Blood-Erosion Alligator Dragon as a thin layer of black water shield blocked the strong currents.
