"This must be a small daily supplies warehouse," Zeng Shen surmised and walked towards the warehouse door, opening it to peek at a corridor.

The corridor was brightly lit by a row of ceiling lights, illuminating the rooms on either side.

Zeng Shen left the small warehouse, moving down the corridor towards the next section, stopping at the door of a room labeled "Polygenic Fusion Technology Research."

"Isn't this the research Jack's lab is working on?" Zeng Shen wondered, focusing his mind and passing through the door into the room.

The room's setup was similar to what he had seen at Jack's research facility, filled with precise instruments. Three researchers in white lab coats were conducting fusion experiments around the equipment.

Nearby, several laptops displayed the latest findings and feasibility studies from the Old Xinshan Biological Gene Institute.

"Wow, this is the Trant family's secret biological gene research base. Clearly, they've set up a team to acquire a significant amount of fusion technology from the Big Trouble's official biological research base," Zeng Shen pondered, casting a Peering Eye at the three researchers to see if any would become a beast deity.

Soon, he received identical feedback for all three.

At that moment, his face showed disbelief.

At the corridor's end was a large hall, the size of a basketball court.

In the center were several intricate machines, and five giant cattle pens stood before the machines.

In these pens were California Dairy Cows, slightly larger than those above, each with wires connected to the machines.

The cows were fitted with numerous drip tubes, leading to a large glass container holding a thumb-sized piece of Green Dew Imperial Jade, glowing brightly.

Nearby, scientists in white lab coats observed the computer screens displaying data from the cows, occasionally expressing excitement.

"Wow, they're using the Green Dew Imperial Jade to emit faint energy and collecting it by soaking, then infusing it into these cows to trigger the unique phenomenon of animal growth through divine energy," Zeng Shen mused as he walked toward the hall center, overhearing a middle-aged researcher excitedly telling a white-haired professor:

"After half a month of research, Professor An, we've finally succeeded in creating a microbeast potion."

Zeng Shen sneered at the middle-aged researcher's claim.

"If microbeast potions could be created this way, wouldn't I be able to make a bunch myself?"

"Have they even tested whether the animals can retain divine energy in their bodies once the needles are removed?"

Reflecting on when he consumed stamina and energy potions, Zeng Shen recalled discussions on divine energy existing in cells before dissipating.

"Retaining divine energy before the eruption on Blue Star is truly challenging," Zeng Shen mused, approaching the researchers and casting a Peering Eye at each California Dairy Cow.
