Chapter 111: Chapter 111
Bang!
The guardian ninja, already trapped in Naruto's grip, had no chance to defend against the powerful sweep. With a forceful strike, Naruto sent the ninja soaring through the air, spinning in an elegant arc before crashing down like a falling crow.
Despite their predicament, the ninja's loyalty to the Daimyo burned strong. Even as they were flung into the air, they roared defiantly, their voices filled with unyielding resolve:
"Naruto Uzumaki! If you dare to offend the Daimyo estate, we will return to stop you!"
Naruto, having already withdrawn the Nine-Tails Chakra, scoffed at their determination. He pouted dismissively before casually forming a massive ball of glowing chakra in his hand.
"Odama Rasengan, go!"
He hurled the spiraling sphere of energy toward the airborne ninja.
Boom!
The attack detonated with a deafening explosion. The ground shook violently as smoke and dust erupted into the air, swallowing the hapless shinobi in its wake. The battlefield fell silent, their voices extinguished.
Satisfied, Naruto dusted off his hands and turned his attention to the Daimyo's mansion. Without hesitation, he strode through the gates, his presence commanding and unchallenged.
Inside, a wave of fear swept through the gathered guards and servants. Witnessing the earth-shattering power Naruto had just unleashed, they trembled like soaked quails in the rain. None dared to stand against him. They scattered like leaves in a storm, leaving Naruto to roam freely through the lavish estate as if it were his own.
But—
"Damn it! Why is this place such a maze?!" Naruto grumbled, his annoyance growing as he wandered through the sprawling mansion. "I'm about to get lost!"
Spying a servant cowering behind a fish tank in the garden, Naruto stormed over. He yanked the trembling man out of his hiding spot and demanded, "Hey, you! Where does the Daimyo's son live?"
The terrified servant, unwilling to defy the powerful shinobi, raised a trembling hand and pointed toward a distant courtyard.
With a clear direction in mind, Naruto wasted no time. Too impatient to follow the winding paths, he cloaked himself in the Nine-Tails Chakra and charged straight through walls, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. In less than a minute, he reached the residence of the Daimyo's sons.
Inside, chaos erupted.
"Ahhh! Don't eat me!"
The youngest of the three sons, a boy no older than six, froze in terror. Seeing Naruto burst through the wall, cloaked in a menacing red aura, his face turned ghostly pale. He wailed uncontrollably, his cries filling the air.
Naruto blinked in surprise, taken aback by the boy's reaction. Glancing up, he noticed the other two sons—one around ten years old and the other twelve—also staring at him with wide eyes filled with fear and despair.
"Ugh," Naruto muttered awkwardly, scratching the back of his head. "These kids are more timid than I thought."
In an attempt to ease their fears, Naruto forced a grin and tried to look friendly. "Hahaha, you might not believe it, but I'm a good guy!"
Unfortunately, his efforts backfired. His grin, combined with the fox-like features emphasized by the ominous red cloak, only heightened the children's terror. All three burst into tears, wailing even louder than before.
Naruto was completely at a loss.
"What the heck? Even the Daimyo's kids are just ordinary brats... timid as hell," he muttered. Then, shaking his head, he decided to cut straight to the point.
"Alright, listen up!" he announced. "Your father, the current Daimyo of the Land of Fire, has been kidnapped by Konoha ninjas. I need a new Daimyo! So... which one of you wants the job?"
Naruto expected silence or reluctance, given their earlier fear. But to his surprise, the older two boys immediately stopped crying. Their faces lit up with eagerness.
"I'm the eldest son! As the firstborn, I should be the Daimyo!"
"No way! I'm the smartest, and Father loves me the most. I'm clearly the best choice to be Daimyo!" the ten-year-old countered. He then leaned closer, his eyes glinting with cunning. "If you make me the Daimyo, I'll even give you half of the treasure in the Daimyo's vault!"
Naruto stood dumbfounded as the two boys bickered over the position, seemingly indifferent to the fact that their father had been kidnapped.
"So greedy... and they're just kids," Naruto thought, a chill running down his spine. "If the Daimyo were still here, they'd probably fight over his position just the same."
Despite his annoyance, Naruto couldn't help but feel a flicker of gratitude toward the Konoha ninjas who had framed him.
"Sure, they set me up, but they've also made things way easier," he mused, a sly smirk tugging at his lips.
With his decision made, Naruto pointed at the youngest child, who was still sobbing uncontrollably. "Enough arguing. I've already decided—he's the new Daimyo of the Land of Fire!"
The two older boys froze, their jaws dropping in disbelief. Then, their shock turned to fury.
"WHAT?!"
They glared at Naruto, their expressions filled with rage, as if they wanted to tear him apart.
Naruto, unfazed, simply sneered and channeled more of the Nine-Tails Chakra. The oppressive, malevolent energy radiated from him in waves, silencing the boys instantly.
The two dropped to the ground like frightened animals, trembling violently.
"Please... don't kill us!" they whimpered in unison.
