The bathroom where the guard, Milovan, was imprisoned served as the backdrop for Hiriito's next move. He carefully dressed the unconscious guard in Arkham Asylum's standard inmate clothing and dragged him near the control room.

"From now on, buddy, whether I succeed or not depends on you," Hiriito muttered, smirking.

In the shadowed corner of a hallway, Hiriito pinched Milovan's philtrum, snapping him awake.

"You!" Milovan gasped, eyes darting between the man who looked exactly like him and his unfamiliar surroundings. Just as he was about to scream for help, Hiriito's hand clamped over his mouth.

Fear widened Milovan's eyes. Hiriito, with calculated movements, reached into his vest, pulling out a dark green syringe filled with Titan II Venom. Milovan thrashed, desperation in his gaze as the syringe's needle plunged into his chest, piercing his heart.

Almost instantly, the serum took effect. His rationality faded, replaced by primal rage. His muscles bulged unnaturally, his veins pulsating beneath his skin as his body expanded grotesquely.

"Perfect," Hiriito said with a satisfied grin. Sliding the syringe back into his pocket, he then delivered a calculated punch to his own shoulder, causing blood to seep through his vest. Wincing, he clutched the wound and bolted toward the control room.

---

At the control room entrance, Nightwing and a team of guards were interrogating Harley Quinn, who sat bound and gagged in a chair. Hiriito burst in, panting, fear painted across his face.

"There's a monster loose!" he cried, pointing down the hallway. "We need backup—now! Only a superhero can handle this!"

Nightwing turned sharply, gripping his escrima sticks. "Where?"

"Down the hall!" Hiriito gestured urgently. "It's almost here!"

Nightwing darted to the nearby monitors. The surveillance feed displayed Milovan, now an unrecognizable, hulking Titan, rampaging through the corridor, smashing everything in sight.

Without hesitation, Nightwing vaulted over the control room desk and rushed toward the chaos.

"We're going too!" the guard captain barked, rallying his men.

"Captain," Hiriito interjected, cradling his shoulder, "I'm injured. I can't use my gun—I'll stay here and watch Quinn."

"Fine, but keep an eye on her!" the captain shouted as he and the others followed Nightwing.

The room now quiet, Hiriito turned his gaze toward Harley Quinn, a sly grin curling his lips.

"Sorry, Harley, but I need some alone time." With a swift punch, he knocked her unconscious.

---

"Perfect," Hiriito murmured as he monitored the security feed. Nightwing and the guards were now fully preoccupied battling Milovan's monstrous form. Meanwhile, Batman was atop Arkham, locked in a deadly confrontation with the Joker. Commissioner Gordon dangled upside-down from the radio antenna, strapped to an electrified chair. The Joker, wielding a syringe gun loaded with Titan Venom, aimed at Gordon.

Just as the Joker fired, Batman dove into its path, taking the injection himself. With sheer willpower, he fought the venom's effects, suppressing its monstrous transformation.

The Joker cackled maniacally, only to inject himself with the serum, initiating another showdown with the Dark Knight.

"Good," Hiriito muttered, satisfied. "This keeps everyone busy."

He pressed a button on the control panel, unlocking all of Arkham's high-security doors. With a final glance at the surveillance screens, Hiriito turned and left.

---

When the Titan-Milovan was finally subdued, Nightwing and the guards returned to the control room, only to find Harley Quinn unconscious and bound. On the monitors, they saw chaos erupting as the asylum's now-unlocked doors allowed criminals to flee en masse.

Arkham Island, however, was surrounded by water, making escape nearly impossible for most prisoners—except Killer Croc. The few boats available were now the prize in a violent scramble, and only a handful of criminals would likely make it out.

But none of this concerned Hiriito anymore.

---

Standing at the shoreline, his shoes damp, Hiriito exhaled in relief.

"Walking on water is surprisingly tricky," he muttered, glancing at the still waters he had just crossed.

His chakra reserves were low, but his mastery of basic ninja techniques, such as tree climbing and water walking, had proven invaluable. While his current body lacked the chakra quantity and quality of his original, his skills made up for it.

"I need to conserve chakra," he reminded himself, stepping into a dense forest near the shore. "After some rest, I'll head to Gotham. The Transformation Technique will hide me well enough while I figure out how to gain more luck."

Having graduated from Arkham—a veritable academy of chaos—Hiriito felt confident. "With my education from that madhouse, Gotham's underworld should be easy to navigate."

---

Back in the Naruto world, Hiriito patted the wooden box on his back, where Fatty and Tom rested. The panel in his mind showed the progress bar for luck ticking up to 17.9%.

"Time to join the puppet army officially," he said to himself, heading toward the puppet army's headquarters.

---

A month had passed since the puppet army's selection. Of the eighty candidates, only twelve, including Hiriito, had passed. Before officially joining, they were required to complete another month of advanced training.

In a classroom constructed of rammed earth and stone, a puppeteer in black robes addressed the recruits.

"The puppet art you're about to learn is the culmination of decades of refinement," the instructor began. "Founded by the Second Kazekage, puppetry in Sunagakure has evolved into a complete system over the past thirty years. Today, we'll discuss the Black Secret Technique—a bridge between the past and the future of puppetry."

The instructor demonstrated with two puppets, manipulating them with fluid, precise chakra strings.

"Sand Secret Techniques form the foundation," he continued. "These techniques allow control over a single puppet. However, the Black Secret Technique is more advanced. It trains you to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, enabling the control of two or even three puppets in combat."

Hiriito listened intently, already imagining the possibilities.
