Netori: I Shall Steal All Of My Enemies' Women For Revenge!

Chapter 208: Bloodbath

Haruto looked up at Daiki, who, to him, was like one of the world's unsolved mysteries—impossible to predict, impossible to understand.

'Is he crazy? Was Ren never important to him to begin with?' His frown deepened as he weighed the bat in his hand.

It was the same bat that had sent him to the hospital when he fought Daiki. And now, that very weapon was in his grip, meant to send Ren straight to hell.

Yet, despite his advantage, irritation churned inside him. 'So all my effort to take Ren down was pointless?! All my time and Ayaka's sacrifice meant nothing?!'

For some reason, the urge to beat the shit out of Daiki instead burned hotter than his hatred for the pathetic wreck in front of him.

Ren, bloodied and gasping, was no longer a threat—just a man screaming and cursing at the one who had trapped him here.

"I BECAME YOUR LAB RAT FOR YOU TO TREAT ME LIKE THIS?!"

Ren's hoarse voice cracked as blood dripped from his lips, his body trembling with rage and desperation.

Daiki, lounging comfortably, barely spared him a glance. "Don't get me wrong," he said coolly, "you were the one who volunteered to be the lab rat. A failed one, at that."

Ren coughed violently, spitting red onto the floor. "I'M ONE OF YOUR MEN! I MADE YOU A FORTUNE! IF SHOHEI HEARS ABOUT THIS—"

Daiki sighed, his voice laced with boredom. "He won't mind." His grin widened as he leaned forward.

"Tell me, Ren, do you remember the Underground Ring's slogan?" His tone darkened, a quiet menace creeping into his words.

"Better to die than to give up. That came from him."

Haruto smirked. That meant his efforts wouldn't go to waste since Ren was somehow important to Shohei.

He lifted the bat slightly, tilting his head. "If you really want to give up, I don't mind."

His voice was calm, almost amused. "But first, you'll have to kneel."

Ren's glare burned with fury, his pride keeping him upright even as his body threatened to collapse.

Haruto knew that look. Knew that Ren would rather die than bow before him.

"FUCK YOU!" Ren spat, his voice dripping with venom.

Haruto chuckled, twirling the bat in his grip. "Well then. If that's your answer—"

He took a step forward. The dull thud of his foot against the ground sent a fresh spike of fear through Ren's spine.

Another step. Ren's vision blurred, his chest caving with panic, his fingers clawing against the ground, desperate for anything—any way out—

Haruto raised the bat. The wire gleamed under the light.

Ren's eyes widened in horror.

The first swing came down hard. A sickening whip-crack filled the underground ring as the wired bat struck Ren's side, the barbed metal sinking into his flesh before Haruto yanked it back.

Strips of torn skin followed, a fresh spray of blood splattering onto the ground.

"AAAAHHH!!! YOU PIECE OF SHIT!"

Ren's body arched violently, a guttural scream ripping from his throat. His arms flailed uselessly, his fingers clawing at the air as raw agony pulsed through him.

Haruto exhaled slowly, shaking off the blood that clung to the bat before adjusting his grip.

'This is somehow satisfying.' he thought, looking at Ren looking like a worm on the ground, helpless, like all his victims.

Haruto movements were calculated—precise. He wasn't going to let Ren die just yet.

No, he had other plans for him.

Another swing.

This time, the bat slammed into Ren's thigh. The moment the wired metal struck, it latched onto muscle and skin, embedding itself deep.

Haruto twisted the bat before pulling it away, tearing another chunk of flesh free.

"SHITT!!! SHITT!!! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU HARUTO!!!"

Ren shrieked, his leg spasming violently. He crumpled onto his side, his breath ragged, his fingers twitching as though trying to grasp at the pain and crush it.

But Haruto wasn't done. 'This isn't even half the pain, the humiliation, the dread his victims felt.'

'What Ayaka and Haruka went through was worse than death itself.'

He stepped closer, boots splashing against the growing pool of blood beneath them. Ren could barely move now—his limbs jerking weakly, his face contorted in agony.

A pathetic sight.

"Still think you're untouchable, Ren?" Haruto's voice was eerily calm, a stark contrast to the brutality he was delivering.

Ren choked on his own breath, eyes rolling wildly as he tried to focus on him.

Blood leaked from his mouth, pooling beneath his chin, but he still managed to rasp out a broken curse.

"Asshole…"

Haruto clicked his tongue. "Guess not."

Another swing—

This time, straight to the ribs.

A loud crunch echoed as Ren's body convulsed, another agonized wail escaping him.

Blood splattered onto Haruto's face, warm and thick, painting streaks of crimson across his cheek.

He didn't bother wiping it off.

His black shirt, once clean, was now soaked in red, sticking uncomfortably to his skin. But he barely noticed.

Because Ren was still breathing. Still conscious. Barely hanging on.

Haruto crouched beside him, gripping the bat with both hands. His gaze swept over Ren's trembling form—his torn flesh, the broken bones beneath, the way his body twitches violently with every breath.

'Good. Now for the last hit.'

Haruto's muscles tensed as he raised the bat high above his head. The room fell silent, the air thick with anticipation.

Even the Red Fang members, once jeering and laughing, had gone quiet.

Then—

He brought it down.

The bat smashed into Ren's face with a brutal crack.

"That's for every woman you would've ruined, you sick fuck."

The impact sent his head snapping to the side, his body going completely still. A fresh splatter of blood arced through the air, landing in thick streaks across Haruto's jaw.

Ren didn't scream this time. He didn't even flinch. His body simply slumped against the ground, unmoving.

Haruto let out a slow breath, lowering the bat as he stepped back. Blood dripped from the wired metal, forming small, irregular puddles on the already stained floor.

Ren was out cold.

And just as planned, he was still alive.

Haruto wiped the blood from his cheek with the back of his hand, smearing red across his skin with a smirk.

He could feel it, all the power inside him, all of his rage toward Ren was turned into satisfaction.

His shirt clung uncomfortably to his chest, soaked in sweat and blood.

And just as the silence settled, a voice from above broke it.

"Hah… That was quite the show."

Haruto didn't need to look up to know Daiki was smiling.
