Marshal Kong sat in his office, frowning as he addressed Chief of Staff Tsuru.

Tsuru examined Charlotte's route, but nothing stood out to her.

"There's no clear pattern. And we don't have any spies in the Rockefeller Pirates. The World Government has tried multiple times to infiltrate them with CP0 agents, even disguising them as slaves, but every attempt has failed. It's as if Charlotte somehow knows."

Tsuru's brows furrowed as she explained, her tone filled with concern.

"This latest incident, where the Rockefeller Pirates defeated the Eight Treasures Navy, has had a huge impact. Pirates that even the admirals struggled to deal with have been subdued by other pirates. It undermines the Navy's authority. We need to address this immediately," Kong said, rubbing his temples in frustration.

"Currently, Garp is pursuing Roger's pirate crew in the New World, and Sengoku is keeping tabs on Shiki the Golden Lion. The only available combat force is Zephyr, who is clearing out pirates in the North Blue. Should we recall him?"

Tsuru asked, glancing at Kong for guidance.

After a moment of consideration, Kong nodded. "Yes, recall him. Have him monitor the pirate Charlotte."

"But won't this weaken our presence in the Four Seas and the first half of the Grand Line?" Tsuru asked, her voice tinged with worry.

Bang!

Kong slammed the table with his fist. "The Navy is too weak!"

Tsuru remained silent, her face calm.

"Tsuru, I'll need you to step in and manage operations in the Four Seas and the Grand Line."

Kong looked at her with gratitude, knowing it wasn't easy for someone like Tsuru to leave her administrative role and go to the front lines.

Tsuru sipped her tea and nodded. "I'll leave once I finish processing these documents."

"Thank you."

Kong's voice softened, appreciating her willingness to shoulder the burden.

Tsuru smiled faintly and returned to her work.

A man in a crimson robe held a newspaper in his hand, laughing loudly.

"Hahahaha! Charlotte, just wait! I'll be back to see you soon!"

He gripped a red umbrella crackling with lightning and unleashed a massive slash at a pirate ship in the distance.

"It's the great swordsman! Run!"

The terrified cries of the pirates were silenced as a crimson slash obliterated the ship.

"Hmph, so this Chinjao guy was the one who robbed our goods?"

The man sneered, addressing his subordinates in a hall split by his attack.

"Boss Shiki, you wanted to recruit him before, didn't you?" a four-meter-tall subordinate asked cautiously.

"Recruit him? He's trash! Kill him if you see him again. Who does he think he is, stealing from the Flying Pirates?" Shiki growled, tossing the newspaper aside and puffing on his cigar.

"Yes, Boss!"

The subordinate cursed inwardly at Shiki's fickle nature. A few days ago, Shiki had considered Chinjao a valuable recruit for escaping Admiral Sengoku. Now, after Chinjao's defeat by Charlotte, he was deemed worthless.

The hall soon erupted into a chaotic banquet, filled with drunken revelry and debauchery.

Charlotte lounged in a beach chair, sipping lemonade as the sun blazed overhead.

"Captain, we've arrived at Punk Hazard!" Carter announced, walking up to him.

Charlotte removed his sunglasses and looked at the island in the distance. A smirk spread across his face as he stood up.

"Prepare for battle. We're going ashore," he said, the Seven Star Sword appearing in his right hand.

Carter, sensing the tension in Charlotte's demeanor, immediately understood that a major battle was imminent.

"Sir! A massive ship is approaching Punk Hazard!"

A navy soldier ran up to a CP0 officer dressed in white. The officer bore a prominent scar across his chest—a mark from Charlotte's attack during the battle at the Valley of the Gods.

Demoted to Punk Hazard to protect Vegapunk, the CP0 officer was essentially there under the guise of surveillance.

Upon hearing the report, the officer grabbed a telescope and looked out to sea.

When his eyes landed on the flag of the approaching ship, his pupils contracted sharply.

"It's the Rockefeller Pirates!"

His voice trembled as he realized the gravity of the situation.

Captain Rockefeller Charlotte, the Bloody Swordsman, with a bounty of 1.57 billion berries—why was he here?

"Sound the alarm! Request reinforcements from the nearest naval branch and call for an admiral!" the CP0 officer barked.

He then hurried into the depths of the island to warn Vegapunk to evacuate, knowing the island's location had been compromised.

Navy soldiers scrambled to prepare for an attack. Cannons roared as a barrage of shells was fired toward the incoming ship.

Charlotte watched the projectiles with disdain.

"Let's try out my new move," he said, rolling up his sleeve.

"Divine Fist!"

With a single punch, Charlotte obliterated the incoming shells, leaving his ship untouched.

The navy soldiers stood frozen in shock as Charlotte's ship slowly approached the port.

"Brothers, wipe out these lackeys of the Navy and the World Government!" Carter shouted, leading the charge.

Wolfe, Paul, Isaac, and hundreds of crew members followed, surging onto the island. Even Barrett joined the fray.

Seeing the chaos unfold, Esdeath grabbed her Holy Realm Sanction and attempted to rush forward, but Charlotte stopped her.

"My little ancestor! Do you really think you're ready for this fight? Grow up a bit first!"

He grabbed Esdeath by the back of her collar and handed her to Elena.

"Damn it, damn it! How unfair!" Esdeath stomped her feet in frustration.

"Stupid Dad!" she muttered angrily before storming back into the cabin, with Elena following behind, smiling wryly.

Charlotte chuckled at his daughter's tantrum before turning his attention back to the battlefield.

Closing his eyes briefly, he activated his Observation Haki, enveloping the entire Punk Hazard in his awareness.
