Chapter 4: Chapter 4 : “Encounter With Marine”

The sun breaks over the horizon as Kael's newly repaired ship slices through the waves. Behind him, the island he left fades into the distance, its smoke from the chimneys a faint reminder of civilization. But the sea is vast, and Kael knows it will not be long before this world's powers cross his path.

From the information that he receives form the village resident, he was at the Grand Line Seas, close to East Blue Sea. And the timeline that he was transferred into is the year where Rock's Pirate still ran amok across the sea and dominating the New World.

As he adjusts the sails, Kael's sharp senses catch something unusual. On the horizon, a ship's silhouette grows larger, its white sails emblazoned with the unmistakable insignia of the Marines.

Kael narrows his eyes, his grip tightening on the ship's wheel.

Kael : "Order. Justice. Oppression wrapped in noble lies. Let's see how these pawns measure up." Though Kael

The Marine ship closes the distance quickly. Its deck bristles with armed soldiers, their uniforms pristine and their movements disciplined. Standing at the bow is Lieutenant Horoshi, a young officer with a sharp jawline and a determined glare.

Lieutenant Horoshi : "Prepare to board that vessel! We've received reports of an unregistered ship in these waters, likely carrying pirates or smugglers. We won't let criminals run free on our seas."

The Marines ready their weapons, and the ship slows as it draws alongside Kael's. A loudspeaker crackles to life.

Lieutenant Horoshi : "Attention, unidentified vessel! By the authority of the World Government, you are ordered to stop and submit to inspection. Failure to comply will be met with force."

Kael stands motionless at the helm, his purple eyes locked on the Marine ship. A small smirk tugs at his lips as he mutters to himself.

Kael : "Force, is it? Let's see how far you're willing to go."

Ignoring the warning, Kael steers his ship directly toward the Marines, his expression calm but predatory. The Marines open fire, cannonballs and bullets tearing through the air. But before they can strike, Kael's body shifts slightly, dark scales shimmer on his skin, and a faint purple aura pulses around him.

With a flick of his wrist, he sends a burst of concentrated energy toward the incoming cannonball, shattering it midair. The display of power stuns the Marines, but Lieutenant Horoshi quickly regains his composure.

Lieutenant Horoshi : " A Devil Fruit User…..Men, stand your ground! He's just one man. Overwhelm him!"

Kael leaps from his ship, landing on the deck of the Marine vessel with a thunderous crash. The wood splinters beneath his feet as he rises to his full height, his imposing figure casting a shadow over the soldiers.

The Marines charge, weapons raised, but Kael moves with terrifying speed. He dispatches them effortlessly, his movements precise and brutal. His dragon-infused strength sends man flying, their weapons useless against his scaled form.

Lieutenant Horoshi watches in horror as his men fall one by one. Desperation flashes across his face, but he refuses to retreat. Drawing his saber, he charges at Kael, shouting.

Lieutenant Horoshi : "I won't let you disgrace the Marines! Justice will prevail!"

Kael catches the blade with his bare hand, the steel unable to pierce his scaled palm. He stares at the Lieutenant with cold indifference.

Kael : "Justice? Is that what you call this farce?"

With a single motion, he disarms Horoshi, sending the saber clattering to the deck. Kael steps closer, his towering presence overwhelming the young officer.

Kael : "Your justice is built on lies and fear. Let me show you what true power looks like."

Kael's hand begins to glow with a faint purple light, and the deck trembles as the aura of the Night Abyss Dragon begins to manifest. The Marines who are still conscious scramble to escape, abandoning ship as the oppressive energy grows.

Kael releases the energy in a controlled burst, leaving the Marine ship crippled but intact. Lieutenant Horoshi lies on the deck, gasping for breath as Kael leans down to speak.

Kael : "Tell your superiors what you saw here. Tell them about the storm that's coming."

Lieutenant Horoshi : " Who are …you? " Asked Horoshi scared

Kael does not answer him yet. He points his arm toward the marine soldier around him and blasts a purple fire from his arm and burns them to ashes in just a blink of an eye.

Screams are heard as the marine burns to ashes leaving Lieutenant Horoshi the only one left alive.

Kael took a step back and answer

Kael : "I'm the one who is going to reverse the order of the world, destroying the current regime and built a new one from it's ashes"

Lieutenant Horoshi heard the statement and started getting cold sweat, he was shocked that someone has the courage to state they are against the world government.

Lieutenant Horoshi : " Are you from Rock's ?" Ask Horoshi

Kael : " No….My name is Kael Draymour." answered Kael

The battle on the Marine ship leaves it eerily quiet. The once-pristine deck is now littered with dead Marines, shattered wood, and the lingering tension of Kael's overwhelming presence. As he strides back to the edge of the Marine vessel, his steps echo ominously against the broken planks.

With that, Kael steps back onto his own ship, cutting the ropes that tethered the two vessels. As he sails away, the Marine ship drifts aimlessly, its crew scattered and defeated.

A Couple Days Later, Marine Headquarters: The Aftermath

The grand halls of Marineford are a stark contrast to the chaotic scene left in Kael's wake. Gleaming marble floors reflect the light streaming in through towering windows, and the air buzzes with urgency as officers rush about, delivering reports and issuing orders.

At the center of it all stands Vice Admiral Onaga, a seasoned Marine with a towering frame and an air of authority. His dark coat billows as he strides into the briefing room, his sharp eyes scanning the gathered officers.

Lieutenant Horoshi sits at the far end of the room, his uniform torn and his face pale. He clutches his injured side, the weight of his failure clear in his downcast expression.

Lieutenant Horoshi rises shakily to his feet, his voice unsteady but determined.

Lieutenant Horoshi : "Sir, we intercepted an unidentified ship in the Grand Line waters. The individual aboard... he was no ordinary man. He overwhelmed my crew effortlessly. I've never seen power like this before." says Horoshi bitterly.

Vice Admiral Onaga : "Details, Lieutenant. Who was this man?" asked Onaga

Lieutenant Horoshi hesitates, his hands trembling as he recalls the encounter.

Lieutenant Horoshi : "He called himself Kael Draymour. He wielded abilities I can only describe as monstrous….. scales like a dragon, a terrifying aura, and strength that no human should possess. He left me the only one alive, sir... as a message." says Horoshi angrily.

The room falls silent as the officers exchange uneasy glances. A few murmur the name Kael Draymour, already sensing the storm it might bring.

Rear Admiral Lissette, a sharp-witted tactician, leans forward, her expression serious.

Rear Admiral Lissette : "A man with that kind of power…especially one who intentionally spares Marines to spread his name….isn't just dangerous. He's making a statement. If we don't act now, he'll become a rallying symbol for rebellion."

Vice Admiral Onaga : "And we cannot allow that. But we need to understand the full extent of his abilities before deploying significant resources. A direct assault could risk unnecessary losses if he's truly as powerful as Horoshi claims."

Rear Admiral Lissette : "Yes ..Vice Admiral Onaga" says Lissette jaw tightening. She was mad at the many marine who died because of this accident.

Vice Admiral Onaga : "We need intelligence. Track his movements. Assign reconnaissance ships to shadow him discreetly. If he lands on another island, we'll deploy agents to gather information and, if possible, apprehend him without risking a full-scale conflict." Command Onaga.

Suddenly, someone came inside the office.

As the discussion continues, the doors to the room swing open, and the imposing figure of Admiral Sengoku enters. Everybody on the room stand up and salute the Admiral

Vice Admiral Onaga : "Admiral Sengoku, Sir" Says Onaga respectfully.

Admiral Sengoku during the Rocks era was a younger, ambitious, and highly disciplined marine with a strong sense of justice. He was likely already renowned for his sharp tactical mind and calm demeanor, which would later earn him the title of "The Strategist."

Admiral Sengoku : "Vice Admiral Onaga, Everyone… Report to me what's going on?" Ask Sengoku

The room stiffens at the sight of the admiral. Sengoku's reputation for both his power and his unpredictable nature is well known. He glances at Lissette, then at Onaga. Ashe seat on a chair.

Vice Admiral Onaga reports everything to Admiral Sengoku about a rising power named Kael Draymour and his deed to Lieutenant Horoshi team.

Admiral Sengoku : "Kael Draymour, was it? A dragon-like power... fascinating. I might just have to see this one for myself."

Sengoku thinking to himself

Admiral Sengoku : "Prepare for contingencies. If Kael Draymour really intends to sow chaos, he won't stop with one ship. The Grand Line may soon have a new enemy to fear."

Vice Admiral Onaga :"Yes Sir" Salute Onaga

Admiral Sengoku : "And report to me about any activities, … Someone who kills marine without any prejudice is someone that we cant ignore" command Sengoku

During this time, Sengoku was deeply involved in combating the increasing threat of pirate crews, particularly the infamous Rocks Pirates, who were among the most dangerous and chaotic forces in the world. So his involvement to an significant matter doesn't really need to be much

Outside, the Marine base bustles with activity, the weight of the impending conflict evident in every corner. Unbeknownst to them, the man who has captured their attention sails farther into the Grand Line, his path carving chaos into the fabric of the world.

Admiral Sengoku :" And also.. Set up his bounty, do you get any picture of this Kael person? Asked Sengoku to Lieutenant Horoshi

Lieutenant Horoshi : "Yes sir…our ship viewing Den Den Mushi captures everything that happens…it has been sent to the Analysis and Information Division of the Headquarter, and ere is a copy of Kael appearance sir" answered Lieutenant Horoshi giving a picture paper to Sengoku

Admiral Sengoku :"Good, Onaga.. You take care of Kael Bounty…200 million should suffice for now" Command Sengoku as he looks at the face of Kael in the picture.

He can see the madness in the appearance of Kael, and he knows this guy is something different.
