Akira licked his lips, his heart full of curiosity.

Before this moment, he had secretly speculated countless times.

The only clue about this reward had appeared earlier in the novice gift package, alongside two other options.

The first option was to gain all the abilities of the One Piece World, with powers as immense as the strongest monsters.

The second option was to upgrade his Devil Fruit ability to transcendence, reaching a Mythical Form.

It was clear that the first reward symbolized "strength."

Choosing that would have instantly transformed Akira, who was still weak at the time, into a powerful figure on the seas.

With great strength and his own cunning, he could more easily command the officers of Marine Headquarters and gain their support.

The second reward, "Mythical Form · Over," offered something different.

As Akira's mind raced, the reward for Ultimate Mission 2 finally revealed itself.

What appeared before him was an ancient stone gate.

The gate was massive, towering, and ancient, with a plaque that was barely visible at the top.

Its surface was carved with mysterious runes, etched deeply with the weight of time.

It exuded a sense of mystery and greatness!

That was Akira's first thought, completely stunned.

But he quickly snapped out of it.

"Where's the reward description? What is this stone gate for?"

"Am I supposed to figure this out on my own?"

After the system delivered the reward, it went silent.

This reminded Akira of when he first received the novice gift package.

At that time, the system had given no explanation either.

Akira shook his head helplessly.

Since there were no instructions, it seemed like he'd have to explore it himself.

He walked up to the stone gate, carefully observing it from left to right, front to back.

He even tried feeling around the mysterious rune patterns himself.

"The stone gate didn't react to my touch, nor did it change at all," Akira muttered to himself. After a moment of thought, he shifted his focus to the firmly closed door.

"Alright, let's do this!"

Standing in front of the tightly sealed doors, Akira took a few deep breaths to center himself.

Then, gathering all his strength, he placed his palms against the door.

"Open up!"

He growled through gritted teeth, veins bulging from the effort.

But nothing happened.

The stone gate remained as immovable as a mountain, not budging in the slightest.

After several minutes of straining, Akira finally relented. 

By now, it was clear that no amount of raw strength would open this door. After all, his current physical capabilities were beyond human limits—he could obliterate mountains with his power. Yet, even with everything he had, the stone gate didn't show the slightest reaction.

Just then...

[Ding Dong, a free trial is available.]

The system's prompt echoed.

Before Akira could fully process what was happening, the stone gate began to stir.

Crunch.

The two doors creaked open, just wide enough for one person to pass through.

Akira's eyes widened in surprise as he saw the space in front of him split open, with colorful beams of light pouring out.

A powerful force suddenly grabbed hold of him, pulling him through the gate in an instant.

The room fell silent once more.

Marineford was also quiet in the stillness of the night.

"Wow, Mom! Look at his justice cloak—it's so cool!"

"Is he someone important from the city? Better not get in his way."

"He's so tall, and his presence is intense."

Chatter filled the air as Akira's eyes shot open.

Boom.

Without thinking, acting purely on instinct, he released a blast of Conqueror's Haki, ensuring his safety before he even had a chance to take in his surroundings.

The world around Akira immediately fell silent after his blast of Conqueror's Haki.

Only then did he begin to take in his surroundings.

Snow-covered country lanes stretched out before him, with frost clinging to the ground. The architecture and clothing were distinctly reminiscent of a small, traditional village.

"This place... it's not the Pirate World," Akira muttered as he glanced around, his eyes finally landing on a modern electric pole with wires stretching across the sky.

Any lingering doubt he had disappeared as soon as he saw the technological infrastructure. While the Pirate World had advanced technology in some areas, things like utility poles and electrical wires didn't exist, and certainly not in a place that looked like a remote mountain village.

"The system somehow transported me here… but what about reality? How do I get back? And how do I finish the other two tasks?"

Akira sighed, feeling slightly exasperated, his mind swirling with questions.

Just then…

1. The countdown to return is 1 year and 364 days.

2. This is a free trial. The flow of time has been altered. Upon returning to the Pirate World, only 2 hours will have passed.

3. To open the stone gate again upon your return, inject physical strength into it. The more energy you infuse, the stronger the world that unlocks.

The system finished its explanation and went silent again.

Akira carefully read the four prompts, falling quiet for a moment.

The first three made sense, but the last one was what truly stood out.

It practically gave him free rein to do whatever he pleased for the next two years, hinting that he could even cause chaos without consequences.

"Is this system trying to tempt me into committing crimes?" Akira mused aloud, shaking his head.

Even though he wasn't sure why the system had pulled him into this world, it seemed that as long as it wouldn't affect the Pirate World, he had little to worry about. 

Two years in this world... he might as well treat it like a vacation.

"Let's figure out where I am first," Akira said to himself, his figure disappearing in a flash.

Time passed.

Akira found himself wandering through dense forests and remote areas, his Observation Haki fully active as he scanned the surroundings for any signs of life.

"The locals say that Ghosts come out after sundown..."

"Ghosts, huh? I wonder what they're like."

Intrigued, Akira heightened his senses even more, expanding his observation range as far as possible.

At first, he thought he had been transported to a peaceful, mundane world, but after hearing that comment from an elderly villager, his curiosity was piqued.

Demons—or Ghosts, as the villagers called them—were apparently real in this world.

To be honest, the moment Akira heard about the demons, he was thrilled.

He wasn't afraid of facing extraordinary powers—in fact, he welcomed them. What he feared was being in a world without any interesting challenges. If this world had creatures like demons, then he definitely had to check them out. Only by investigating could he truly understand the nature of this world.

Besides, Akira had a hunch that the third reward from the ultimate mission wasn't just for him to take a vacation. If that were the case, the reward would feel utterly pointless.

As the sky darkened, the snow continued to fall, growing heavier and filling the footprints left behind in the forest.

"Huh? Someone's nearby," Akira said, pausing to turn his head to the left.

After thinking for a moment, he activated Moonwalk, launching himself into the air.

In this kind of weather, it was odd for anyone else to be out here, especially in such a remote area. More suspiciously, based on his Observation Haki, it seemed like two people were locked in a struggle.

Deep in the snow-covered forest...

"Nezuko! Come on, Nezuko!" cried a boy's voice. "Hang in there! Don't give in to being a demon—you can fight this!"

Tanjiro Kamado, wielding an ax in both hands, desperately tried to hold back his younger sister, Nezuko, who had transformed into a demon.

His pleas echoed throughout the forest, but Nezuko, now much larger and stronger, was overpowering him. Her sharp teeth pressed closer against the ax he held, and she was slowly gaining the upper hand.

Suddenly, a massive force struck Nezuko from behind.

Tanjiro blinked, the pressure on him lifting instantly. When he focused again, Akira was standing next to him, his Justice cloak billowing in the snowy wind. Nezuko, now hoisted into the air by her neck, dangled in Akira's grasp like a helpless child.

"Hey, hey... what the heck?" Akira muttered, slightly exasperated. "This is 'Demon Slayer'? A low-level martial arts world? You've got to be kidding me."

Tanjiro, still in shock, hadn't even processed what was happening when another figure suddenly lunged from the air, sword drawn and aiming for Nezuko's neck.

The blade descended swiftly.

"Watch out!" Tanjiro shouted.

Akira had already sensed the attack, even before Tanjiro's warning. His eyes narrowed slightly.

Boom.

A sudden burst of Conqueror's Haki exploded outward from Akira, shaking the ground beneath them. The overwhelming pressure rippled through the air, radiating from Akira and rolling through the forest like a tidal wave. The attacker froze mid-strike, completely paralyzed by the oppressive force.
