Amidst the rubble and carnage, Blackbeard roared with manic glee, his body trembling with the stolen power of the Gura Gura no Mi. The damage Whitebeard had inflicted on him? A fucking afterthought.

"Let's start with… sinking this whole damn island!"

Blackbeard's declaration pissed off two men in particular.

Yuji, the Marine Vice Admiral who'd thrashed nearly 3,000 pirates without breaking a sweat, unleashed the ultimate technique of the Rokushiki.

Simultaneously, Fleet Admiral Sengoku, in his golden Buddha form, released a shockwave that shook the very heavens.

"GUWAAAAAH!"

The Blackbeard Pirates were sent flying, blood spewing from their mouths as they crashed into the rubble. Before them stood two titans of justice—or, in Yuji's case, 'something resembling justice.'

"This is Marineford, the heart of the fucking world! The fact that we stand here means something to every living soul on this planet! You think you can just waltz in and sink it, you cocky brat?!"

Sengoku's voice boomed like thunder. It wasn't just about the fortress; it was about the symbolism.

Marineford was where the world's justice converged, and Blackbeard thought he could just erase it from existence.

"I'm not as soft as Sengoku, you bastard! You stole my prey, and now you're talking about sinking the place where I keep my treasures… You really think I'll let you walk out of here alive?"

Tono Yuji's voice dripped with venom. He wasn't some paragon of virtue, but even he had a line. And Blackbeard had just crossed it.

"ZEHAHAHA! Then try and stop me, you weakling bastards!"

The Calamity responded by vanishing with Soru, reappearing inches from Blackbeard's face. His left hand, coated in Busoshoku Haki, shot forward like a bullet.

"Pistol."

"GOGAAAAH?!"

The punch landed with the speed of a cannonball, slamming into Blackbeard's gut with enough force to make the air crack.

"Tch! That move…!"

"What? Marines can't use pirate techniques now?"

"You picked the wrong fucking place to start a fight, Blackbeard Pirates…! Garp and I are one thing, but you really thought you could take on Yuji here?"

"Shut up, Sengoku! Right now, we've got a crew to wipe out."

Sengoku's orders to Yuji had always been clear: Watch. Learn. Dominate. And Yuji had done just that, mastering techniques that should've been impossible without a Devil Fruit.

"The next generation's strongest… It's undoubtedly Yuji Tono!"

"Getting praised by you just makes me wanna puke."

"You blind or something? My arm didn't stretch, dumbass!"

Yuji's fist plunged deep into Blackbeard's stomach again. This technique—Pistol—was originally Monkey D. Luffy's, a move impossible without the Gomu Gomu no Mi. Yet Yuji had replicated it, sans the stretching.

 "Shiryu. You're next. Got some… tips from Hawk-Eyes~"

"Tch! Die, you fucking dog!"

Shiryu lunged, blade gleaming. Yuji's grin split his face like a knife wound.

"Rankyaku!"

"Ngh… Gah…!"

"Kehaahaha! No one said I got this from 'Hawk Eyes'… but—"

"Shit…! Shiryu, dodge it!"

Yuji's razor-sharp Rankyaku sliced through Shiryu's exposed abdomen, leaving a deep crimson gash.

Yuji swung his blade horizontally without mercy.

"Guh…!"

"—No one said I wouldn't use it either… Kehaahaha!"

Blood gushed from Shiryu's torso and mouth as his body collapsed backward, powerless.

"One traitor's down… Who's next?"

Yuji's blade aimed straight for Shiryu's heart, ready to end his life—

"That's enough!!!"

A shrill voice echoed from where Sakazuki stood.

"…Huh? Who the fuck…?"

"Please… stop this! No more fighting! Lives… they're too precious!!"

"Keha! Oi, Sengoku… why the hell is that little brat in your ranks?"

Yuji's irritation flared as he turned toward the source of the voice.

"The objective is complete… why are we chasing pirates who don't want to fight anymore? Greed… is the reason this battle continues…!"

"Kehaahaha! No will to fight? It was the old man who started this war and got himself killed!"

Yuji's frustration twisted into a smirk before fading into a look of pure disgust.

"You're abandoning soldiers who could be saved… and piling corpses on top of them…! How stupid can that be!?"

"Kehaahaha! That's how it works! The weak die first! Just like Shiryu!!"

The desperate cries reached Yuji's ears, but he had no sympathy for cowards clinging to life.

He stepped forward to finish Shiryu—

"Huh…? This aura! This Haki… No way…" His blade stopped in mid-air.

"Well done… young marine…"

A familiar Haki, a voice that carried overwhelming authority.

"The 'few courageous seconds' you risked your life to create… whether good or bad… have just changed the fate of the world!"

A presence equal to Whitebeard's, radiating raw dominance—

"I've come… to end this war!!"

Red-haired Shanks, one of the Four Emperors descended onto Marineford.

"You, Red Hair! Stay out of—Gah!"

"Wait… Yuji!!"

"Nueah!"

In an instant, Yuji was slammed into the ground.

"What the hell are you old bastards doing?!

"Calm yourself the fuck down, Yuji! I understand your rage, but don't provoke him now!"

"Ahh~ You cowards wanna run from these bandits right in front of you!?"

"No! Just stand down for now!"

The ones restraining Yuji's raging body were none other than Sengoku and Garp, two living legends who had weathered the storm of the seas long before the Great Pirate Era even began.
