Peter WHY...

Chapter 6: Chapter 6

After stopping the robbery, Peter was running above the buildings, using his webs only when absolutely necessary. The night was cool, and the city lights sparkled like stars below him. It was around 9 PM, and the streets were still bustling with people heading home or enjoying a night out.

As Peter swung across the city, he suddenly noticed Flash walking on the sidewalk. An idea crossed his mind. Maybe it's time to teach Flash a lesson, he thought. He decided to follow Flash discreetly, staying hidden in the shadows.

"Let's wait for a while." he said t himself.

After a while, when there were no witnesses around, Peter decided to take action. He grabbed a plastic bag from a nearby dumpster and put on another full black mask over his face. With his disguise complete, he sneaked up behind Flash and covered his face with the plastic bag.

"Hey, what the—" Flash started to shout, but Peter quickly dragged him into a nearby alley.

Keep your voice down you moron, Peter said in his mind.

Flash struggled, but Peter held him firmly, keeping him restrained. He found some waste material on the ground and used it to cover Flash's eyes and mouth, ensuring he couldn't see or call for help.

Peter looked around and found an old pipe lying nearby.

Wohh this is gonna be fun... he thought in his mind.

He struck the pipe against the ground near Flash, making loud, intimidating noises.

Peter then struck Flash with the pipe on his arms and legs, enough to break some bones but not to cause death. Flash whimpered in fear and pain, his earlier bravado completely shattered.

Look at him, poor guy would be in the hospital for a while, I wonder his family can cover the bills... Peter said in his mind.

With that, Peter removed the bag from Flash's mouth. Flash wiggled in the ground, gasping for air and shaking with fear. Peter quickly took Flash's belongings—his phone, wallet, and jacket—and left the area, making sure not to leave any evidence behind.

Peter climbed back up the building and looked down at Flash, he trying to crawl towards the streets.

That should keep him in check for a while, Peter thought.

He then went to a safe spot and burned Flash's belongings, ensuring there would be no trace of the encounter. Afterward, Peter made his way back home.

When he reached home, he greeted Aunt May and Uncle Ben, who were sitting in the living room. The cozy atmosphere of the room, with its warm lighting and familiar furniture, made Peter feel at ease.

"Hey, Aunt May, Uncle Ben," Peter said as he walked in, trying to sound casual.

"Peter, you're home late," Aunt May said with a concerned look. "Everything alright?"

"Yeah, everything's fine. I just had a lot on my mind," Peter replied, taking a seat next to them.

Uncle Ben leaned forward, sensing that Peter had something important to say. "What's on your mind, Peter?"

Peter took a deep breath, deciding it was time to share his plans for the future. "I've been thinking a lot about what I want to do after high school. I've decided that I want to attend Empire State University and major in Biochemistry."

Aunt May's eyes lit up with pride. "Oh, Peter, that's wonderful! You've always been so interested in science."

Uncle Ben nodded approvingly. "That sounds like a great plan, Peter. You know, your dad was passionate about science too. He'd be really proud of you."

Peter felt a warm sense of satisfaction hearing their approval. "Thanks, Uncle Ben. Thanks, Aunt May. I've been doing a lot of thinking, and I feel like Biochemistry is the right path for me."

Aunt May smiled, her eyes glistening with tears of joy. "We're so proud of you, Peter. You've grown into such a remarkable young man."

Uncle Ben placed a reassuring hand on Peter's shoulder. "You've got a bright future ahead of you, son. Just remember to stay focused and work hard. We'll support you every step of the way."

Peter nodded, feeling a deep sense of gratitude for their unwavering support. "I will, Uncle Ben. I promise."

As they continued talking, the atmosphere in the room became even more comforting and warm. The bond between them was stronger than ever, and Peter felt ready to take on the challenges that lay ahead.

After their conversation, Peter headed to his room to do his homework.
